I read some reviews that it was noisy but that was not accurate at all, when the window was closed there was no noise at all and our room was on the street. Recommended Never seen the cleaner staff to ask for some extra toilet paper but we bought ourselves. Also no one came to clean the dustbin although we stayed for 3 nights four days

• Elizabeth (7/5): Clean, great location, basic stay - Great centrally located in Psyri (fantastic neighborhood). Not far from metro. Simple check in procedure (only codes). Customer service easy to reach. Clean! Very basic but only used to sleep. Can use some maintenance (room #25) on floor and bathroom (cabinet).

W pokoju było wszystko co potrzebnem również suszarka i żelazko i ekspres do kawki :) Mieszkanko miało windę. Kołdra i poszewka - kołdra zbyt ciężka, a poszewka śliska i nie aż tak miła w dotyku.

• julie (8/5): Dont believe the bad reviews, its a great place to stay. - The location is great. You dont have to walk far for anything. Pubs and restaurants literally right on your doorstep. The room is very clean with air conditioning, lots of storage, fridge and a kettle and coffee maker. clear instructions are given about entry and anything else you need from the owners. They were extremely helpfull. Excellent value for money. Nothing!! For the money you pay it is great. You can hear some music from outside late evening but that's part of the experience being where you are. The room has everything you need! In the description it tells you everything about the room and size!!

• Xènia (10/5): - Me alojé aquí durante mi estancia y la verdad es que la habitación cumplía perfectamente con todas las necesidades: cómoda, funcional y muy bien cuidada. Todo estaba en orden y hacía que la estancia fuera muy agradable. Pero sin duda, lo mejor de todo es la ubicación. Está justo en el centro y literalmente tienes TODO a pocos minutos andando. Todo, todo cerca. Rodeado de bares, restaurantes y tiendas, con un ambiente increíble. Además, está muy cerca de Plaza de Monastiraki y de Plaka, así como de los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad. Poder moverte andando a todas partes con tanta facilidad fue, sin duda, lo que más me gustó. Lo recomiendo muchísimo si quieres disfrutar de la ciudad al máximo

Floor was damaged by a previous water damage. The sound level from nearby restaurants was horrible. The bathroom tiles over due for renovation due to fungus.

• Yuliia (8/5): Все чудово - Апартаменти мають дуже зручне розміщення. До станції метро 5-7 Монастиракі 5-7 хв. Апартаменти поруч з великою кількістю кафе та магазинчиків, але це не заважає комфорту та сну. 9 хв хотьби до головного ринку. Декілька хвилин хотьби і перед Вами відкривається вид на Акрополь. У помешканні є кухня, ванна кімната. На кухні є все необхідне для приготування їжі. Кавоварка і, як комплімент, дві кави. Ліжко велике, зручне. Рекомендую. Можна залишати речі після виселення, що є дуже зручним. Хочеться повертатися в апартаменти Малопотужна витяжка у ванній. В кімнаті на стіні біля плінтусів лищиться штукатурка від вологи. Але це не заважає відпочинку.

General of facility and the room I stayed in were clean. And everything a guest needs is in the room. The information for entrance and communication were very good. I had a wonderful 7 days. Thank you for everything. I am planning to come back to Athens in this summer and I hope stay at Raise Boutique Rooms again. Thanks.
• yucel (8/5): a perfect choice for a budget, short stay - the location was very close to monastiraki station. full of restaurants. safe and central area. the building has a lift. the room was very clean. property was quick to reply. easy check in and out. it was very clean but there is housekeeping. we stayed there for 6 nights and we had a towel change twice only after i strongly requested. ours was a standard room and a bit small for two, though not terribly. but i can say that the room looks much more spacious in the pictures. the bed was really too soft. the ac was the only heating system and it worked a bit loudly.

Purtroppo il bagno aveva una perdita quindi il pavimento era sempre bagnato, e se proprio volevano lasciare il caffè potevano farlo per tutti e due i giorni che siamo state ospiti io e mia figlia, e non per un giorno solo.

• DARIO (10/5): Atene......sempre interessante - Camera ampia e ben pulita in una ottima posizione, in zona Psyri con molti ristoranti e bar sotto casa; la stazione della metro M3 ( la linea da/per l'aeroporto) di Monastiraki, a 5 minuti. le istruzioni per l'ingresso molto chiare inviate per mail e su Booking. il rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo, almeno in questa stagione. Qualche rumore dai locali nella via.

• Chiara (7/5): - Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr bequemes Bett und sehr gute Lage. Das Bad stand quasi immer unter Wasser, wodurch das Benutzen ein bisschen schwierig war.

• Felipe (6/5): Good location for one or two nights - It's fine for the price you pay, the location is very good, just for spending the night. The shower had a little rust and the shower curtain is a little small.

• Giulia (9/5): Posizione centrale con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - Ottima posizione in centro città, tutti i luoghi di interesse facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. L'appartamento è luminoso, con un bagno abbastanza spazioso ed una doccia molto calda. Il check-in è automatico, e può essere fatto in autonomia a qualsiasi ora. Si possono lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out. La camera è molto spartana, con i mobili che potrebbero essere rimodernati. I cuscini sono molto alti e duri (io preferisco i cuscini bassi, ed ho dormito senza). C'è a disposizione una macchinetta del caffè con due sole cialde, una per persona, indipendentemente dal numero di notti. I muri sono molto sottili e si sente quando gli altri ospiti arrivano/escono. Ritengo comunque che per la cifra spesa (40€ a notte a fine novembre 2025) sia una soluzione assolutamente valida.

Rutubetliydi, havalandırmama rağmen nem rutubet kokusu gitmiyordu, yan odadan horlama sesi kesilmiyordu her şey duyuluyor. Caddenin tüm gürültüsü odadaydı gece 4-5e kadar. Zaten eğlence mekanları içerisinde.

Temizlik iyiydi. Evin konumu psiri bölgesinde merkezi bir yerde. Her yere yürüyerek ulaştım. Eve girişte bir nem kokusu var. Ama çok rahatsız edici değil. Haftasonları gece geç saatlere kadar sokaktan canlı müzik sesi geliyor. Uykunuz hafifse kulak tıkacı getirmeyi ihmal etmeyin.

NON CI SONO CHIAVI E TUTTO FUNZIONA CON DEI CODICI DA DIGITARE NEI DUE INGRESSI. NON ABBIAMO MAI VISTO I PROPRIETARI, MA CI HANNO SCRITTO PIU' VOLTE PER VERIFICARE CHE TUTTO FOSSE A POSTO. MERAVIGLIOSA L'OPPORTUNITA' DI AVERE UNA STANZA DEDICATA AL DEPOSITO BAGAGLI (ACCESSIBILE CON ALTRI CODICI) DOVE ABBIAMO POTUTO LASCIARE LE NOSTRE VALIGIE TUTTO IL GIORNO VISTO CHE AVEVAMO IL VOLO LA SERA TARDI. ALTRO DA MIGLIORARE?? UN'INEZIA ...L'ILLUMINAZIONE E' MOLTO FREDDA, METTEREI QUALCOSA DI PIU' CALDO E ACCOGLIENTE. BAGNO DECISAMENTE PICCOLINO MA COMUNQUE HA FATTO IL SUO SERVIZIO.

• Jessica (7/5): Amazing location, simple room, would stay again. - Amazing location!! Quiet too, considering where it was. A few things seemed to be broken or falling apart - bathroom door handle, toilet flush. Only here for one day so it was completely fine for us.

Gradita biancheria e prodotti per l' igiene. Stanza piccolina, presente il minimo necessario. Doccia con tenda, quindi acqua fuori. Letto alla francese, non molto grande.
• Mariana (7/5): Bom para uma curta estadia - Localização excelente, muito perto do centro Respondem muito rápido às mensagens e resolveram um problema que tínhamos Check in fácil A rua tem música até muito tarde e fica difícil dormir (apesar das janelas serem muito boas). Quarto um pouco húmido - cheirava sempre a humidade Ficamos 5 noites e sentimos falta de um microondas para tomar as refeições, por exemplo.

• Pudło (9/5): Pobyt w Atenach - Lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Klimatyzacja działała. Okolica dość głośna ale z zatyczkami w uszach dobrze się spało. Brakowało worków na śmieci i jakiś środków czyszczących żeby po sobie posprzątać.
