- BRYAN (10/5): - This place is good, walking distance to Ginza and Tsukiji Market. Just a little off to Tokyo station (at least 15 mins walking). Quiet, cleanliness, staff are nice .. you ask them for towel/etc- they give to you with a smile.

- Lisa (6/5): - Great location for us to be close to the station after arriving in Japan so that we could easily get the Shinkansen the next morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was fine for our purpose - staying only 1 night, but I wouldn't want to stay longer. The rooms are tiny and feel like they could use a bit of updating. Even though I booked for 4 people -2 adults and 2 children, and the staff saw us check in as a family of 4, we were only given towels for 2. Overall it was fine for 1 night to just get some sleep before moving on but I wouldn't return.
- kaoi (2/5): - フロントのスタッフが不慣れなのか日本人でないからなのかカタコトの日本語で時間がかかる。 またこちらから予約しているにも関わらず、宿泊者情報を全て記入しなくては行けない。 部屋は暗く清潔感がない。シーツなど洗ってある感じであるが汚れがついていた。コップなども汚れたままだった。タオル、スリッパどれもとても古すぎる。新しいものに変えた方がいい。 部屋に電子レンジは必要ない。その分スペースが欲しい。何より掃除はしていると思うが、全体的に古すぎて汚れが落ちていないのだと思う。 エレベーターもとても遅いし、インバウンドのお客様がうるさくて落ち着かない。あと画像にあったアメニティ類はない。2度と泊まりたくない。

- Verified traveler (2/5): Don’t come here - The manager, Anita, was really rude and indifferent to you. If we asked for an extra towel or toilet paper they would give it with a lot of attitude. The bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. Don’t waste your money here. Save a bit more and go to a better hotel.

- Kenneth (10/5): - The hotel was able to fit my family of 4 sharing 2 double beds. It was a 15 min walk to Tokyo Station. A 7-Eleven was 3 min away. Very convenient because of proximity to subway to get to all the districts. The only negative was space for luggage... there was very little. We travelled light... 4 carry-ons, but that filled up whatever space there was. Apart from that, we would stay at this hotel again.

- shannonluciano (4/5): 2.5/5 - The only positive thing about this hotel is its central location, keep in mind the metro station nearby is on the Yurakucho line but the Ginza line further walk away had better connection to tourist sites. Check-in is all done on a self service machine, we had issues with matching info but the workers helped sort it. No room deposit was required and checkout was really quick. The room as advertised was really tiny but the bathroom is airplane bathrooms tiny. There wasn't enough floor space to fully open our large suitcase also. If you're non-smokers and still thinking of getting the smoking room cos it's cheaper than be warned the stench doesn't go away even if you air out the room (we tried for 5 days) as windows cannot be opened. Room cleanliness was good and so was housekeeping. Aircon, water had no issues there's even a microwave in the room. Bath had all the essential toiletries but they don't provide complimentary water bottles. There's a self-service laundry area that's coin operated on the ground floor and a beverage vending machine just outside the front door. Wouldn't revisit. Room: 1.5/5 Service: 3/5 Facilities: 2/5 Location: 3.5/5

- Yuya (4/5): - チェックアウト時間前にホテルから出たのに、1時間後ぐらいにスタッフから早くチェックアウトしてほしいと電話が来た。 またその他やりとりで話が通じない事が多かった。

She is terrible, doesn’t know nothing and keeps urging even though she’s working as a customer service representative without knowing English at all. Don’t want to help at all. It was a terrible experience of staying into the hotel.
