• Jeyhun (10/5): Amazing location ! - Great location just a few minutes’ walk from the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The apartment was very convenient and centrally located, so we hardly needed to take a taxi during our stay. Cristiano was an excellent host — very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.

• Camelia (10/5): - Este aproape de centrul orașului, în special de atracțiile turistice precum Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi și piețele celebre. (Aproximativ 10-20 de minute de mers pe jos) si aproape de gara (10-15 minute de mers pe jos ) și de transportul în comun. Restaurante sau mici boutique-uri și magazine foarte aproape de cazare. Cameră noastră a fost foarte curată, personalul excepțional! Am primit recomandări legate de restaurantele din apropiere și direcții de mers prin oraș! Gazda este foarte primitoare, comunicarea a fost excelentă și de asemenea ne-a creat tot confortul dorit pentru vacanță. Recomand cu toată încrederea această cazare! -

La stanza molto carina per il soffitto affrescato, il bagno completo di tutto e utile la possibilità di lasciare gli zaini dopo il checkout. La posizione molto comoda, a cavallo fra le fermate di Cavour e Termini (metro B) e di fronte al Teatro Brancaccio. Ci tornerò sicuramente! Per chi ha problemi come me con la luce, ricordarsi di chiudere bene le tende la sera, per il resto nulla da dire.

• MARIA DOLORES (7/5): - La ubicación y la limpieza. La zona de "cocina" es común. En la descripción da a entender que es propia. La cama estaba elevada eb la zona central. Muy poca flexibilidad para el check in. Aunque aparece como "entre las 13.00 y las 22.00" y da a entender que lo puedes hacer en cualquier momento en ese rango, hay que acordar una hora porque no hay una persona durante todo ese horario. Tiene que ser una hora concreta que, al llegar de viaje o estar haciendo turismo por la ciudad, resulta un poco limitante. Entiendo que para organizarse se informe de hora aproximada o más bien rango, pero no que pasadas las 4 por ejemplo, no vaya a haber nadie hasta las 7.

• Nina (10/5): Super verblijf gehad - Wat is Cristiano een super Host! Dag van te voren kregen we een berichtje hoelaat hij ons kon verwachten. Daarna stuurde hij bus en trein mogelijkheden die we konden nemen om bij het appartement te komen. Toen hij er achter kwam dat ik jarig was die dag stond er de volgende dag heerlijke taartjes in de koelkast. De kamer is ruim, bed sliep heerlijk. Super centraal in minder dan 10 min ben je bij sint Maria kerk en minder dan 15 min lopen ben je bij het colleseum. Metro 5 min lopen en de bus om de hoek. Om de hoek zat een heerlijke bakker waar we elke ochtend ons ontbijtje hadden. De douche werd af en toe koud/heet. Je hoorde de boven buren af en toe.

• Benjamin (10/5): A little gem away from the crowd - It was a very good location, walking distance from the colosseum, the Roman forum, and also the Roman Termini. It was just off the main road and so you don't feel the busy traffic at all. The place was well kept, warm and cosy, so it felt very homely. Cristiano was very assuring. I got a message from him a day earlier to confirm the check-in and also gave me some good directions. Was a good experience overall. If there is something, the queen size mattress we slept on is sagging inward, so we found ourselves rolling to the middle of the bed. Maybe it's time to get a new mattress.

• Olena (9/5): - We stayed at this hotel for my birthday, for two nights just before Christmas. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum and about 5 minutes from the metro station, from where you can easily reach the Vatican and other major attractions of Rome. The apartments were very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was available in the room, which made our stay very comfortable. The host, Cristiano, was very friendly and sent us a list of nearby places where we could eat. On my birthday, he even prepared a small sweet surprise for me, which made the experience especially pleasant and thoughtful. We stayed as a family of three — my husband, our daughter, and me. The room has a double bed that was very comfortable, including both the mattress and the pillows, which is surprisingly rare in hotels and apartments. There is also a sofa bed for two people; it may not be very comfortable for an adult, but it was perfectly fine for a child. I would also like to mention that the kitchen is shared between several rooms. However, this did not cause us any inconvenience at all. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed — glasses, cups, tea, coffee, and a small refrigerator. Next time, we will definitely stay here again.
• Agustina (3/5): Unfortunately it was one of my worst experiences traveling. - Sadly disappointed. The staff is responsive and the place is well located The pictures showed in the description don’t match up with what we found. We paid more than €150 per night and basic service was not available: The pillows were of very poor quality, as well as the towels, and the towel warmer didn't work. But the worst thing was that the most basic things were wrong!!! The mattress was worn out, so it sagged in the middle, and the shower water cooled down intermittently (we went at the end of December). The ceiling was damp and the walls were dirty. We heard noises early in the morning like vacuuming and tidying up (I guess because it is located in a building where common people live in) and the illumination of our room was very poor. They don’t offer cleaning service during the stay. There is a shared reception area where a water heater and free coffee and tea are available. Also a shared small refrigerator. When paying the tourist tax, we were asked to pay in cash (never happened before and without being notified in advance) but to our surprise, at the next hotel in Florence, The Social Hub, we were able to pay by card without any problems. We chose this accommodation because of its location, giving up on The Social Hub chain (more economical and a great experience in the past), and I sincerely regret it.

Otel konforu beklemiyorsanız çok güzl bir işletme.

Gazda este foarte primitoare, comunicarea a fost excelentă și de asemenea ne-a creat tot confortul dorit pentru vacanță. Am putut să ne lăsăm în ultima zi bagajele la proprietate până seara când am avut zborul fără niciun cost în plus! Recomand cu toată încrederea această cazare!
• gabriel (10/5): Da Clemy ti senti a casa. - Posizione ottima vicinissima alla stazione Roma Termini e a due passi dal Colosseo. Cristiano è un host molto accogliente e ci ha consigliato dei ristoranti ottimi, non turistici e a buon prezzo. Le camere pulitissime e silenziose, gli asciugamani che profumano di pulito e ammorbidente. La location si trova al primo piano con ascensore e il caffè coi biscotti offerti in camera sono un must. Non c'è nulla da obiettare in un luogo dove ti senti a casa.

Cristiano was more than gracious and flexible with our check in time due to the train strikes. We were able to walk to the coliseum, train station, numerous other sights and excellent local restaurants...like Trattoria Morgana just next door. We slept well with windows open and enjoying the chatter of locals. We'll be happy to stay here on our next trip to Rome! That we weren't staying longer.

The location is excellent, and Cristiano recommended an amazing restaurant nearby. They were attentive and helpful, and made sure we have everything we needed. Michaela even offered to pick us up at the train station. We would definitely recommend this place to others and hope to return in the future. The shower drain is a bit slow and may overflow if the water is running too strong, so you'll need to keep the water flow low to allow the drain to keep up . But overall the bathroom and shower are clean.

• mohammad (2/5): Not a hotel - This property is not even a proper hotel—it’s more like an Airbnb. It’s a three-bedroom house where each room is rented out separately. The towels and bed sheets were extremely worn out, and one of them even had a hole in it. The air conditioning was broken, and there was water leaking everywhere. When we requested a fix, we were told someone would be sent to repair it, but no one ever showed up. We stayed during one of the hottest days in Rome and couldn’t sleep until morning due to the unbearable heat. We ended up having to change hotels and requested a refund, but the property keeps refusing and redirecting us to Hotels.com. I honestly don’t understand why this listing is even on Hotels.com—it belongs on Airbnb, and even there it should have the lowest possible rating. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
• Jolene (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect. It was walking distance to the colosseum, the main train station and bus stations which takes you to the Trevi fountain. Cristiano was very welcoming and showed us all amenities of the property, as well as provide us with recommendations of local restaurants that were authentic and delicious. The property itself was spotless, everything was clean and the room was spacious enough for me to open up the big suitcase. It was also airconditioned and we felt very comfortable during our stay during the hot summer days. We would definitely rebook this property when we return to Rome in the future!

What a gent! the traffic can be a little noisy sometimes but there's nothing anyone can do about that.

• Elisa (10/5): Exceptional - This is my 2nd time at Clemy. The room is very comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful and responsive and the location is fantastic. Cannot ask for more. Everything was just perfect, no complaints
• Kateřina (10/5): Exceptional - We spend there 3 wonderfull nights. Many thanks for perfect service and hospitality. Guest house is situated near by Colosseo and Termini station-it is really good point for sightseeing. We can fully recommended this accomodation.

• Samantha (10/5): A must stay in Rome! - Cristiano was such a welcoming host! The apartment was in the perfect location, Monti is a really nice neighbourhood, close to the main sights in Rome, all within walking distance. We stayed for 3 nights for my husbands birthday & Crisitiano kindly left him a very kind gesture to enjoy. The room was spotless, comfortable and exactly what we needed/wanted for our stay.
