• Federica (8/5): Buona soluzione - Posizione ottima, disponibilità del gestore. In 3 lo spazio non è moltissimo, ma per il nostro breve soggiorno è andato benissimo.

• Aoife (1/5): I would strongly recomend not to stay here!!! - Nothing!! I am Sorry to say it was the worst place we have stayed in. We left after the first night. Even then we couldn't sleep in the bed. The covers and the pillows looked so old and worn! All the furniture looked so old. Very musty smell. Not cleaned properly. We had to book another place for the last 3 nights. We nearly left Venice over it! We lost nearly 500 euro on it. It is a very expensive place for what you get!! The canal noisy also as people are walking passed. We were told we are to fussy. We have stayed in many parts of the world. Stayed in a tree house in Cambodia, and it was better than here. Old shower bottle lft lying around. It nearly ruined our holiday. We had come from two different parts of Greece. Accommodation was good. We know when so. É thing is suitable. This place is not. It not!! We got told no way would we get any part of a Refund! But we couldn't t stay there! Also They require a 150 euro deposit. I never had that before. Did get that Refunded. Was told if the place wasn't cleaned thy would take 50 euro from the deposit. I have never heard anything like that before! Wanted so many details. Never had a place ask for so much info. I think this is the only time I have left a bad review on booking.Com Its an honest review. Since checking I have noticed some similar reviews!

• Rocío (6/5): - La localización es buena, en el centro de Venecia, se tarda poco en llegar a los puntos importantes de la ciudad. El tamaño del apartamento es muy pequeño, llegando a ser algo agobiante, las fotos están hechas de tal manera que no da esa sensación. La limpieza se podría mejorar, igual que otros aspectos como quitar la cortina de la ducha y la alfombrilla anti caídas, bastante desagradables ambas. Mucha presión de dejar la casa limpia cuando te vas (utensilios de cocina, basuras); no tiene sentido si luego va a pasar un servicio de limpieza. El checkout es demasiado pronto en una ciudad a la que vas de turismo y en la que quieres pasar el día.

• Barbora (3/5): Nedoporučuji - Lokalita Bohužel musím říct, že ubytování nesplnilo základní očekávání. Sprchová hlavice byla rozbitá a ve sprše byl pouze krátký závěs, takže i přes maximální snahu skončila pokaždé mokrá celá koupelna. Na stropních trámech v pokoji byla viditelná plíseň, což působilo velmi neprofesionálně a nehygienicky. Na postel nám poskytli pouze dvě staré deky, u kterých pochybuji o pravidelném praní. Peřiny vůbec nečekejte. Varná konvice byla silně zanesená vodním kamenem. Před příjezdem jsme museli posílat doklady a provozovatel si chtěl na dálku blokovat částku 100–300 € pro případ poškození, což mi přijde přehnané. Odpadky si navíc musíte vyřešit sami dle jejich složitého návodu – opravdu nechci na dovolené řešit ještě třídění a odvoz koše. Celkově tedy velmi slabá zkušenost, ubytování nedoporučuji
• Inigo (8/5): - De locatie is uitstekend! Een rustige plek en als je van drukte houdt ben je daar heel snel. Als uitvalsbasis voor een verkenning van Venetië is het een prima plek voor een paar dagen. Het appartement is wat krap, maar dat komt ook door de vele meubels. De matras zakt een beetje door.

• Spiegel (8/5): - 1) Musel jsem nechat na stole 18EUR v hotovosti, mělo by to být zahrnuto v celkové částce za ubytování. 2) Záloha (vratná) 150 EUR byla vyžadována až po zaplacení celkové částky za ubytování. 3) Ubytovatel vyžadoval kopie osobních dokladů a údaje z platební karty zaslat mailem, opět až po zaplacení celkové částky.

• Maëliss (8/5): Très bon séjour, studio confort équipé proche hypercentrere - Très bon emplacement. Proche gare et en plein hypercentre. On peut accéder à pied toute la ville. Humidité dans la salle de bain (peinture qui s effrite)
• Boris (5/5): - Central location The entire apartment is not 28 m2, I think it is 18 … The air conditioning is too old and very noisy. No free space at all. You can not walk around the bed. The ceiling you can reach we your hand. The bed linens are not good. This apartment was not comfortable for us, unfortunately. And the host asks for your credit card details to block a deposit of 150 Euro …

• Razia (6/5): Authentic venitian experience. - Excellent location for our needs. A little more compact than I thought it would be, but original beams on the ceiling and a large window right next to the canal made it magical. Wardrobe way too big for the room and too many chairs for the table so no limited space to move around.

• Moayad (4/5): Bad stay, bad staff, I don't advice - Ac was good The staff wanted an extra deposit and they insisted on getting my credit card details and they wanted to make payments from their side as I should trust them with information like this .. The staff was not helpful and on check-out a lady came and she was very rude on getting us out of the appartement and she even told us to pick up a the garbage plastic bag on our way out. The appartement was very very small, don't get fooled by the photos. And the sheets were dirty and the smell was a smell of moisture and rot. Very bad experience and I would not advice to book.. again don't get fooled by the photos.

• Victor (5/5): Not nice - It has a window that goes into the “canal” It was dirty. The host was not very nice and he asked for a safety deposit, and to fill a paperwork with your credit card number, exp date ( which is fine) but your birthday and your place of birth? I didn’t think so he said was on the description but it’s NOT on the main description of course, you have to go trough a special section and to be honest when you’re in vacation you are rushing everywhere and you don’t have time. He asked me to WhatsApp him/her and when the number HE provided to booking was not on WhatsApp and I told him he responded “Victor, did you read the instructions I send you?” As if I’m supposed to know that the ONLY NUMBER you could WhatsApp was the one in the pdf they send! When I told him about the safety deposit he replied “do you think we are international scammers?” Haha very sarcastic, way to respond for a host! I have to say I got my deposit back but it’s bs, If it was for me, I would’ve cancelled, which he also refused to do even when I asked him the very next day in the morning.

• Dharchowdhary (3/5): Poor - The room was very small and there was no facility of cooling or fan inside the house... it was really very small. The sofa was very uncomfortable. And the worst thing is they have charged me extra 50 euro for not keeping the house clean.... I have fulfilled all the requirements they have mentioned in their terms and condition... 1) condition was you have to keep all the kitchen utensils clean and keep them in proper place and the kitchen must be clean. 2) you have to throw the garbage and keep the bin clean.. We have fulfilled all the condition and have also cleaned the entire house including bed... but they have deducted 50 euro from my card. This is really very disappointing. Any ways I have mede a video while leaving the house regarding the cleaning of the room and will upload it in Booking.com complaint portal.

• Pietro (5/5): Good apartment, but dodgy owner wanting credit card outside of booking.com - A cozy little apartment in an excellent location, very quiet. My own cooking was made easy. The owner started communicating outside of Booking.com, asking to fill in my credit card details in a Word file. I refused, so he started calling me by phone. I found thad dodgy. He wants a “security” in case I break something. In Addition, there isn’t only no wifi, there is no mobile data except at one window. And one window has no mosquito screen, so there are lots of mozzies.
