• Yaroslav (1/5): - Location. 20 minutes of walk to San Marco, middle of the town. The shower was dreadfully designed: the water was not draining because of a flat floor and the whole bathroom flooded (no partitions between the shower area and the bathroom, at this point just have a bath in a canal). Had to do the maintenance job to soak the puddle with towels after every shower, because the water reached the toilet and even the door, invalidating the usage of the bathroom afterwards. If not the horrendous time-consuming towel soaking process to clean the mess, I wouldn't have got back my ridiculous 150€ deposit that the owners held from my credit card upon arrival. The surfaces were dusty, no sockets near the bed. The apartment was on the ground floor but felt like a dungeon to keep the prisoners from the Doge Palace. Only one window having "the view" of the street (because of numerous tourists looking inside we had to use the light-proof curtain), the other one being stuck into the wall. Therefore, the feeling of never-ending night inside, because virtually no sunlight reached the room. Perhaps it's the only option for this money in this district of Venice but I'd recommend not to get this cheap on accomodation or rather settle in Mestre with this exact budget. Absolute no-go, don't ruin your Venice experience

El personal muy amable y siempre disponible para responder las dudas que nos surgieron a pesar de ser fin de semana. El sillón donde se quedó la tercera persona es un poco duro para dormir varias noches, pero todo el apartamento está muy limpio y bonito

Nonostante non abbiamo mai incontrato di persona lo staff sono stati sempre molto presenti, rispondendo sempre via WhatsApp. Molto semplice la procedura del Self check-in. L’appartamento era spazioso, pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort e in un’ottima posizione permettendo di raggiungere tutte i principali luoghi di interesse a piedi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. L’ultimo giorno ci hanno anche tenuto i bagagli prima del nostro ritorno. Lo consiglierei a chiunque!

• Simone (10/5): Ideale per visitare Venezia 😊 - La struttura è ubicata in un punto nevralgico della città a piedi si possono raggiungere le varie attrazioni e vari mezzi di trasporto...zona molto tranquilla dove non mancano negozi,atm,farmacie,bar,tabacchi etc.Il nostro contatto della struttura Cristian sempre cortese e presente per qualsiasi informazione. Torneremo sicuramente.

• Albanese (4/5): Posizione ottima ma zero igiene - La posizione era perfetta per ogni spostamento ed era vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, Wi-Fi, possibilità di prepararsi il caffè sulla piastra, arredamento carino. Purtoppo appena entrati sotto i mobili era pieno di briciole e pezzi di cibo, in bagno c'erano capelli e il bicchiere aveva un fondo di calcare e di sporcizia incrostata da tempo, il letto aveva forse una doga rotta o mancante perché all'altezza della schiena sul lato destro ci si affossava in un buco, inoltre a tratti si avvertiva un odore nauseabondo che non saprei dire da dove venisse, in cucina non c'è una cappa per aspirare gli odori quindi prepararsi un pasto cotto è fuori discussione in quanto il letto è situato nella stessa stanza, lenzuola colorate e a fantasia che impedivano di capire se fossero state già usate o no, direi che a queste condizioni il prezzo richiesto è troppo alto,

• Adriana (10/5): Lovely first experience in Venice - Great location, not hard to find and close to main attractions. It’s not a noisy area and just around the corner there are shops and restaurants. Comfy little apartment with all the essentials for a short stay. It was clean, we had towels, toiletries and plenty extra blankets. The bed mattress is great, we slept very well. Communication with host was easy and he was very helpful, straightforward instructions for a fast check-in, we had a lovely stay so thank you very much, Christian!
• Gailm (10/5): What a Gem! - We booked last minute while sitting at a restaurant on the canal. We were delighted when this place was available and literally around a corner from where we were sitting. It was incredibly good value for money, the bed was clean and comfortable, the shower and toilet facilities were clean and good, with plenty of towels and extra toilet paper, soap and shampoo. Instructions were easy to follow, and communication was super fast from our host. They didn't meet us at the venue, so this was helpful and a bonus. Thank you so much for a great stay! We didn't like that we only had one night in our agenda to stay here, as it was truly perfect for our visit to Venezia. Grazie Mille
