• Valentina (3/5): - Punto strategico per i luoghi di attrazione turistica. Letto molto comodo. Che la caldaia aveva problemi a riscaldare l'acqua per farsi la doccia. L'insonorizzazione e la colazione scarsa.

• Burcu (1/5): Not the best choice - Close to center The door was broken- they did not notice sooner. The room was all dark and without a window. And right after an apology they said we can not find another place so the attitude was like ‘you have to accept it’. They did nothing else to recompence. The bath is flat- so when you take a shower the bathroom becomes like a pool.

• Lela (6/5): - Great location, in the heart of the city while also in a quiet area. Friendly and helpful staff. Someone was trying to open our door at 7:30 in the morning, while we were sleeping. They only stopped when we shouted that the room is already busy. Disturbing experience.

• Lucia (5/5): Aceptable para lo que puedes encontrar en Venecia - La ubicación sin duda es el punto fuerte, por lo demás muuuuy normalito. Precio un poco alto para lo que luego es en sí. Nos tocó la habitación de la planta baja y se notaba mucha humedad y olor a sótano. La cama era cómoda pero las dos almohadas eran totalmente diferentes, una durísima y la otra demasiado blanda. El personal sin más, ya que no se les veía para nada.

• Betty (8/5): Très bon logement pour une visite à Venise ! - La chambre était propre, nous avions le linge de lit et de salle de bain comme prévu. Nous avions également une bouilloire à disposition avec du café et du thé. La localisation du logement est parfaite car près des lieux de visites mais pas dans une rue passante donc la nuit c'est très calme. Il peut faire un peu humide dans la chambre car peu de ventilation mais c'est surement le cas partout dans Venise.

• Judith Balangyao (5/5): Nice location..but won't go back if I get to visit Venice again. - Staff in the reception are friendly. Barney who checked us in recommended a nice restaurant on our first night so we didn't have to wonder around for nice food as we arrived late in the evening. Loose tiles in the bathroom. Smell of cigarette all night coming through the bedroom doors. Noisy place- our room is near a common garden where people chat and smoke til late and early mornings.

Troppa luce in camera perché una finestra mancava di oscuranti. Bagno da rivedere completamente , pareti completamente scrostate e soffione da cambiare… per una notte ci sono stato ma di più è impossibile restare anche perché è a piano terra con tanta umidità

Une .mauvaise isolation des chambres voisines, on avait des voisins bruyants qui ne respectaient pas des horaires nocturnes. Et l'heure de départ à 10h nous a semblé trop tôt.
• Cristina (7/5): Correcto para dormir una noche - El hotel se encuentra en una muy buena ubicación. La cama era muy cómoda y el personal muy simpático. Hay aspectos a mejorar. Por ejemplo, el papel del váter ya estaba usado, y había dos sobres de jabón abiertos, incluido uno de higiene íntima. El agua de la ducha salia ardiendo o muy fría.

• laurent (5/5): dommage qu'un tel lieu soit si mal exploité - l'emplacement est idéal accueil sympathique lit fait tous les jours mise à disposition d'une terrasse extérieure chambre très différente par rapport aux photos, très petite, salle de bain non adaptée à la location, des travaux sont vraiment à prévoir terrasse non rangée de la semaine passée sur place, equipement de la terrasse de bric de broc pas de cafetiere à disposition, seulement une bouilloire à brancher au sol les clients bruyants ont la priorité sur ceux qui souhaitent rester au calme
• Elisa (6/5): Ok la posizione, ma… - La posizione La struttura era quasi fatiscente con mura gonfie di umidità, bagno impraticabile e finestre senza persiane, solo una sfoglia di tenda a fare da protezione( una sola finestra aveva una serranda alla veneziana consumata da sole e tempo). I letti ok, ma non potersi lavare perché il bagno era nella condizione delle foto mi sembra davvero fuori dall’accettabile. Va dato atto della cortesia del personale che ci ha atteso oltre orario e la posizione di rilievo nel pieno centro storico.

La habitación y el hotel en general necesitan una buena reforma. Estaba todo muy deteriorado y muy viejo. A pesar de que el baño era muy grande la ducha era diminuta y casi te podías mover dentro. Las ventanas no se podían abrir bien y las mosquiteras estaban rotas. Falta un poco más de luz en la habitación y el baño.

• Ekaterina (6/5): - Muy céntrico y si ruidos exteriores.El Patio interior en la entrada está acogedor Habitación sin ventana,hecha de recortes,el papel pintado muy sucio ,roto ,lleno de manchas y escupitajos, el techo sucio con manchas de sangre del mogollón mosquitos matados. La cama tenía un mínimo de 30 años reforzada con un tablero para sujetar el colchón sino, nos dormíamos en el suelo. El grifo de agua fría de la ducha no funcionaba, si te querías duchar te tenías que abrasar. Bastante mal lo pasamos como para tener que hacer fotos y recordar el mal momento. En resumen era todo un desastre.

Stanza dalle dimensioni giuste. temperatura nella camere (troppo freddo). I riscladamenti erano centralizzati e di fatto non si potevano alzare (erano spenti, anche in bagno a metà marzo).

• Kira (8/5): Great location and lovely staff - Location was amazing, especially for the price! The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful, apartment was perfect for a few days stay. The split level accommodation suited great for the three of us travelling. Bathroom wasn't the best to use, as the shower and toilet were overlapping, however wasn't a major issue as it was only a few days stay and we were out exploring most of the time.
