The apartment was in a very good location, well-maintained, and ideal for families and groups. What stood out most was the outstanding support from Rhea and Dario. They were very responsive, helpful, and helped organise our day tours and airport transfers efficiently. Their hospitality made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended accommodation in Dubrovnik.

Niedaleka odległość do przystanku autobusowego ( autobus nr 6 jedzie do starego miasta) . Właściciel może zorganizować transfer lotniskowy.

Well stocked with soap, dish washing liquid and shampoo. The location is too good . Very very comfy stay. The sea is 3 minutes walk away and we watched amazing sunsets . Pulpo restaurant a few doors away does Amazing fish cuisine, and there are plenty of good restaurants on the doorstep It took a bit of effort to make the elevator work as the ground floor button is worn out and I had to go up the stairwell to bring elevator down for the physically challenged rest of the group . Some of the plates in drawer had caked on food from previous visitors .

Kort avstand til flott strand og mange fine spisesteder og buss inn til gamlebyen lå 200m oppi gata. Fin leilighet med god standar. Vi kommer tilbake!!

Lil Dusty due to 2 constructions nearby, but that doesn’t affect you much. The owner helped us get a reasonable walking tour guide ( of the old town ) & also helped us with arranging vehicles for airport pick up at early hours. Thank you dear Bozo , for everything.

The shower did not drain, bulbs in Shower/toilet were broken and there was only one teaspoon in apartment. athis was not the cleanest appartment we stayed in. The entrance door to the lobby had it's lock & handle missing. Having contacted the owner to turn on WiFi the strength was useless. there was no instruction leaflet on facilities or local area.

Kitchen electric outlet was dangerously loose. Bathroom sink Drain was blocked. No toaster was provided. Guest were asked to dispose garbage. We could not figure how to use TV. AC remote was not working to operate the AC I had to change remote batteries . Without AC it was uncomfortable .

- Zlatko (10/5): It was 6 of us, and we loved the place! Staff was absolutely amazing and helpful with anything we asked for! True Croati - Location is excellent! Close to the beach and well connected to Old Town! Construction on surrounding buildings!
- Nora (8/5): Family Fun in the Sun - The location was perfect with the beach very close by, Supermarket on your door step, bars, restaurants and markets a 2 minute walk away. All the facilities to cook and dine-in are available in the apartment, the balcony adds room for shade in midday sun, aircon cools rooms and TV with Netflix for a cosy night in. Water is good to drink from the tap, 3 bathroom great for our group of 5 adults, great value for money Lockable key pad system would be useful for sharing the apparment key
- Monica (5/5): Over priced mediocre stay. - The terrace and layout It did not feel secure. Front door didn’t lock, safe didn’t work. The apartment had several maintenance issues. My husband had to clean the drain or the shower over flowed, dishwasher tab was broken, only 1 ac unit appeared to work. Nowhere to store luggage after check out
