V1772FRmelanieb (6/5): Evening Reception is not worthwhile - with a full hotel hosting conventions & events. the evening reception should staff more than 1 bartender. nobody wants to stand in line for an hour to enjoy an amenity that is built into the cost of our room. Also, chex mix and popcorn is truly substandard compared to what used to be provided. (also the omelette station line should have been better staffed in the morning. the hotel is aware of the high occupancy rate each day). Breakfast was also very disappointing, very small selection and not well-cooked. hashbrowns were raw and tasted freezer burned. No biscuits & gravy, no bananas, stale muffins, none of it was worth waking up for.

Like Nate and Flo who are always helpful with anything you need. And Neaki (hope I spelled that right) who is always at the desk in the early morning saying “good morning” with a big friendly smile to start your day off right! There are just to many to name them all. And then there is the Omaha Steakhouse at this location where Kristen will take great care of you with delicious meals and drinks with a smile. I always come back!!!!

I think the lady in charge could’ve just been a little lenient about that but she was a stickler about the time other than that breakfast was delicious.

The evening reception with two free drinks was really good. Lisa was such a friendly person and even made us special drinks that were delicious 😋. Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing 👏 The location near the lake is serene. Overall we would absolutely come back to stay!
myrons366 (10/5): Better Than expected. - Prior to staying at location I was a little apprehensive about staying there, after seeing a couple bad reviews. To my amazement I enjoyed my stay. The front desk ladies were very courteous and helpful, the morning breakfast was nice and all the Amenities were in working order. I would definitely stay there again. Had 1 issue but was taken care of immediately by manager. Oh by the way the mini market that located inside the hotel was a little over priced.

It's right next to I-4 and right off of rte 436 which can take you straight to and from the airport. Disney is about 30-45 minutes away. There's a mall less than a mile away. There's a beautiful lake that has a walking path all the way around it. This is my go to when I come to Orlando. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast is good especially the cook to order omelets and fresh eggs. It is priced well. Friendly staff.

The listing states Orlando but it should be more transparent about how far from the Airport and other Orlando attractions they are. This should be listed under Altamonte Springs NOT Orlando. Other than that the property was good.

We really enjoyed the room, cleanliness, and services provided. We have stayed at other Embassy Suites throughout many states and did not feel that many of them lived up to the Embassy Suites/Hilton status that we have been accustomed to, but Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando North encouraged our expectations and gave us the excitement of continued stays with Embassy Suites. We will certainly stay here again and give positive words about this location. It's been over two years since we have found a satisfying Embassy suites that still posses the quality and high standards that we once new Embassy Suites for. TrishARNP (10/5): Our Cool Visit - This visit was only an overnight. We have stayed longer before. It was a "cool" visit as something was wrong with the AC in our room; our overnight temperature was 65 degrees! Maintenance came several times to try to fix and the final time offered us another room. Our granddaughter was already asleep, so we declined and just asked for extra blankets which he promptly brought us. He was very professional. Other than that, the room was great, clean, pleasant. There was a group of boys, baseball players, who were a little loud and rowdy but they quieted down before too late. Breakfast was delicious, as always, especially the made-to-order omelet. I'm sure we'll be back. Thanks!

Breakfast was ok. The hash browns were tough and chewy. The made to order eggs were okay. She used too much oil and did not cook the veggies at all before adding the eggs. The breads did not appear fresh.

Tried to cancel reservation and did not receive any of my money back. Made reservations within 10 minutes of each other. And, the only reason that I booked the second reservation was because the website showed that the room was unavailable, after I was charged $400.

You aren’t far from Orlando tourist attractions like I drive among others. The room was spacious though the bathroom was tiny. Ac leaves something to be desired but works well enough, the side of the bed closest to the window got very hot at night though. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it did the trick. Couch was very comfortable though! The amenities were lovely and staff was sweet. The attached steak house was pretty good though overpriced in my opinion especially for the area and all the food options located so closely. I over all had a phenomenal experience

terris379 (10/5): Great getaway - This was our first time at this hotel. We went for a quick 2 night getaway and really enjoyed our time there. Front staff so friendly and welcoming. We had a clean, roomy king bed suite. Great breakfast with made to order omelets. The chef is so personable and very efficient. He was making 4-5 omelets at a time and it was delicious! We enjoyed a couple of complimentary cocktails to wind the evening down at their evening reception. Great bartender! We would gladly stay at this location if we were in the neighborhood again.

The party in the lounge till 1 am, the elevators not working, cake on floor told staff they said that's fine. Kids running through the hall ways till late at night. Put chairs in front of door because I did know if it was people they ng to get in or kids running by. This is not my usual experience with this company and this hotel. Buts it like they didn't even care.

We recommend using a little less chlorine. Front desk girls were very attentive. There are also many restaurants and small businesses around the hotel. We brought our small dog ($75 extra charge) and had no issues. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Omlete station was excelent. Chef knew what I wanted after the first two days. He paid attention to details. There was a Musslum family that needed special diet and when he found out they were Musslum and had to have no meat touching, he explained to them he had their backs. He changed his gloves twice and cooked on the opposite side of the gridle for them. It's the little things that make people notice that you care. Every staff was so nice and willing to talk and help with anything. We will be back.

rbtwo4 (8/5): Safety a concern for me - Would’ve gave 5 but very concerning problem I noticed that needs to be fixed. But let me start with the positives. Rooms are great, beds are good, pillows good, shower is excellent very strong and really hot water. Pool was good and jacuzzi was as well. Breakfast was good and the complimentary drinks from 5:30-7 is good. But here’s where I have a major problem. As I’m sitting down having breakfast I noticed a homeless guy sitting there and having breakfast as well. I didn’t want to judge I thought maybe it’s possible that it was a guest. But then I over heard him thanking an actual guest for letting him “in” he was kind and I get it he was hungry and probably wasn’t going to harm anyone. But then during the complimentary drinks hour I noticed another homeless person possibly two HAVING DRINKS! How do I know this guy was homeless? Well as I was walking around the lake I saw him hanging out with other homeless people. Now I started thinking, the way the world is today who’s not to say a lone wolf or some mentally ill person walks in and does something horrifying? I didn’t notice any security around. Hope something is done about this cus I would hate if something happens. It’s a great hotel but my safety and my family is way more important.
ben4122019 (10/5): Properly managed and clean! - We were near Orlando for the theme parks but after a series of issues at a hotel near the parks, we decided to move to the Embassy Suites. Best decision we could’ve made! The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and there were plenty of spots. We stayed on the sixth floor and had a very quiet room. I assume the noise barriers are quite good because there were several high school baseball teams there and we never heard any noise from them. Breakfast was good and there was a good supply of options available. The management clearly have high expectations for the quality of service and cleanliness. We decided it was worth the drive and will return to this hotel for our future Orlando area trips. We have stayed in a lot of different hotels/resorts in and around Orlando as we go multiple times a year and this one was the best, least hectic experience.
