Huong (10/5): Một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời – căn hộ đẹp, tiện nghi và chủ nhà thân thiện, chắc chắn sẽ quay lại! - Căn hộ rất sạch sẽ, thiết kế hiện đại và đầy đủ tiện nghi, đúng như hình ảnh. Vị trí ngay trung tâm Ba Đình nên di chuyển đi lại rất thuận tiện. Host hỗ trợ nhanh chóng và nhiệt tình, check-in dễ dàng. Mình đặc biệt thích không gian sáng sủa và yên tĩnh, tạo cảm giác thoải mái như ở nhà. Nhà ở trong ngõ cách mặt đường lớn 200m

Nguyễn (1/5): Phí thời gian - Địa chỉ tốt, nội thật khá xinh, tận dụng không gian ổn Bọn mình nhận phòng với tình trạng bồn rửa trong nhà tắm không thông được nước. Ti vi không bật được. Và điều đó có thể đã không sao, nếu không phải bởi vì dịch vụ thậm tệ. Điều tối thiểu là pass wifi của phòng, bọn mình hỏi từ lúc nhận phòng là đầu chiều mà không một ai trả lời. Cũng không được báo trước về thủ tục nhận mã hay vân tay để check in cửa, đến độ lúc phải ra khỏi toà cũng cần nhà khác đi cùng mở cho. Bọn mình nhắn hỏi bên chủ nhà từ chiều, thậm chí gọi cả 2 số điện thoại được cung cấp, nhưng không một ai phản hồi. Tới tối mới được vài dòng tin nhắn "ui xin lỗi b vì chậm trễ", "như này thì áy náy quá", kèm thêm một cái emote. Mình mong mọi người đừng thuê, mà nếu có thì chuẩn bị sẵn một checklist các nhu cầu kiểm tra phòng trước. Vì rõ ràng, họ cũng chẳng quan tâm cung cấp đủ đâu. Mong các bạn cầm tiền bọn mình vui vẻ. Đừng trêu ngươi bọn mình với cái lí do nhân sự thiếu hụt dịp lễ (thiếu hụt đến mức mấy tiếng đồng hồ mới trả lời được tin nhắn và cho khách mã để ra vào nhà?) và cái hỗ trợ 50% lần 2. Bọn mình không phải ăn xin để mà nhận hỗ trợ từ các bạn.

Sunny Nhu Thuy (8/5): - Phòng sạch sẽ, tiện lợi đi đến những nơi tham quan, con đường chính bên ngoài có nhiều quán ăn. Có máy giặt sấy và nước nóng lạnh rất tiện. Nếu bạn có nhiều hành lý hoặc hành lý cồng kềnh thì nên cân nhắc, vì xe ô tô không vào tận nơi được. Nhân viên sẽ hỗ trợ bạn đem hành lý nhưng phải báo trước vì không phải lúc nào cũng có nhân viên ở đó.

Điều hòa ko mát, đc cái quạt thì oặt ẹo, giường bé, điều khiển tivi chập chờn, cửa khóa trong phải dùng khóa ko có chốt xoay gây bất tiện, nói chung là ko quay lại

Hoa (10/5): Feel like home - The host sent us a video with clear directions to the house, which made it easy to find. The check-in process was smooth, it was a self-check-in with a password, which was very convenient for us. The room exceeded our expectations. As much as we loved the design, what truly stood out was how at home we felt, something we hadn’t experienced in other places. I’m not sure why, but the room was incredibly comfortable. The only small downside was that there was no drinking water provided, and we arrived late at night while it was raining. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Brian (10/5): Enjoyable - Great little place in the quieter back streets of Ha Noi. I was working for my days there and going out on day trips. It is quiet, good internet, clean and comfortable to work from. With a short scooter ride you can be in the old town and all the main attractions. I would certainly stay again.
Jakub (8/5): Nice, cozy apartments - Very nice and clean apartments. One faced the small street, the other one with little to no view. Smooth self check-in, flexible communication with a guy who managed the whole booking. Payment only in cash (opposed to what was stated at booking.com payment details section), so we had to withdraw extra cash.
