- Chris (1/5): Very bad experience, bedbugs all over, water leakage on third floor, no safety equipment to guarantee guests safety at t - Nothing to like completely a scam the photos on line don’t match the product of the hotel, I need my total refund. The bed had unwashed blankets and I had bedbugs. I reported and nothing was done. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed and I arrived very late around 01am and I had nowhere else to go since the property is located in a doggy area of the city.

A lot of people standing next to the door. no.2 the reception area is full of boxes 📦 it is not welcoming. no.3 the lift is not working 😕the receptionist says its been 4 years. no.4 there are cockroaches everywhere even the in the shower.🪳 no.5 the bedding has holes. The towels are old. no.6 the curtains are super dirty no.7 the paint is peeling off. no.8 the lights on the corridors are not working Most annoying it is a nonrefundable hotel

We wanted to change the channel but the remote was not there. Also should try to fix the lift.

- Khoza (4/5): All was disaster, thank you. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. - Noisy night from the passing vehicles in the nearby street. Cockroaches in the bedroom. No proper wardrobes. Broken bathroom showers. Leaking sink. One dirty bathroom towel provided. Old dirty blankets. Yoh! Even the building needs major renovation. We did not enjoy anything.

- Dr.E (2/5): - I’ve been in worse neighborhoods, but never attempted to sleep in them. Car horns were nonstop, as were attempts to steal from my bags on the street. After one night I moved to a compound behind an electric fence. No one should travel to Jo-burg, EVER.
