• Tatiana Sergeyevna (6/5): - This is not a 5 star hotel. It may had been at some point but those days are over. What saves it is the excellent staff and the private beach which was made into a cove by stone walls which break the waves. The water was amazing. The beach itself did not have enough cots. To reserve a cot you need to get up very early and place a towel or a personal object on it to signal that it’s taken. The mattresses on the cots are old and the mattress covers would often be torn up. There was never any beach towels available in the morning. You could get one after 9am the earliest. My room had a lot of moisture in it. I learned later from other guests that it’s a common issue. The room had a smell of mold, which got better after I complained to the staff and they made the extra effort to give it a good cleaning. But nothing could solve the condensation. If you turn the air off and open up the balcony, the mirrors, the floors, the walls and other surfaces would become wet in a matter of minutes. Only keeping the air around 20 degrees or lower would help with that. The clothes and bedsheets always felt moist. The last 2 days there was a smell of sewer coming from the air vents as well. Good thing I didnt spend much time in my room. The food was very disappointing. The quality of the ingredients and the variety were at the minimal. Vegetable spread instead of butter. My huge thanks to the staff. Everyone was super helpful, friendly and professional. The staff made my stay very pleasant.

• Jidesh (5/5): Perfect for Russians. Not for South Asians - It's located in the Fujairah region of UAE covered with brown hills and the Gulf of Oman. They have a talented dancer who doesn't lose her smile in spite of the tough art form that she displays. We were there for Christmas and their staff of two Russians from Siberia multitask as Hostess, Compere, Dancers, Swimming Pool Trainers, etc. There is a lot of profiling and the staff caters to Russians and the Caucasians better. We were there for Christmas and their staff multitask in different roles. Felt like they were super busy to attend to all. The food is repeated and the quality of the breads, salads and desserts can be better. Found the food trucks outside serving better tasting food.

Actually, I don't mind if we pay more because we always care about the room and the bed. What we don't like the most is the smell of the room. My husband and I trying to put some perfume but it's not working. The smell of our room it's like we are INSIDE OF THE TAXI. It's very uncomfortable. We were about to call reception but we decided not to because maybe we would wait again for 30 minutes or more like we wait before we check-in. Take note that check-in is at 3 pm and we arrived like pass 7 pm we thought that the room was ready but NOT YET READY. And honestly, my husband got sick and I had a headache. The smell of the room until the morning is still the same. I will never come back to this hotel.

The room had problems like the ceiling in the bathroom had a leakage and the way that the housekeeping cleaned the bathroom after the engineering fixed the leakage was not proper because there were some stains although the staff was polite. There's a loud water pump sound coming from my bathroom which disrupts my sleep.

I had to personally walk to the restaurant to give my room order. the only person who made our stay worth was the guy at the bar called Jayanth. He was friendly, helpful, courteous and went out of his way to make our stay convenient.

That 2 bedrooms apartment has whirlpool bathtub but NOT CONNECTED TO HOT WATER!!! It is really ridiculous Bed pillow case was old and with unpleasant stain Look like hotel has Quility issue and nobody manage to control it and resolve
