- Michael (8/5): Very pleased I chose this hotel to stay for two nights prior to walking down to Galataport. - There are many good points relating to my stay at this hotel, some of which were: 1. The personal service from Aziz at check-in was outstanding. He was most courteous, welcoming and efficient. 2. The bed was very comfortable, the fridge was a good size and worked well, and the tea and coffee facilities were great. 3. The value for money was incredible. The price for two nights’ stay was what I would normally pay for one night in most other southern European countries. There are only three minor issues I can think of that were not to my satisfaction. 1. The television didn’t work, despite the extraordinary effort Aziz made to tune the television. (We could only get one very fuzzy channel and nothing else!) 2. There was no mounting for the showerhead in the shower, so I had to use the handheld showerhead which was fine, but just a little inconvenient at times. Nevertheless the hot water was instant and lovely, and the cold water deliciously and refreshingly cold! 3. I have very good hearing and unfortunately, the sound of doors closing on other floors and other rooms around the hotel, made loud banging noises and often disturbed me during my sleep. I had to resort to using earplugs and improvised white noise, by playing an eight-hour video of a loud waterfall on my iPad next to my bed to drown out these disruptive sounds which occurred mostly in the earlier hours of the night.
- Brixhilda (9/5): Very good stay in a great location with friendly staff and excellent cleanliness. - The hotel has a perfect location with an amazing view. It was very clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The reception staff, especially the two young men at the front desk, were extremely polite, friendly, communicative, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even better. There was nothing major that I didn’t like. The hotel building could benefit from some renovation, but despite that, everything was very clean and well maintained. I would also suggest adding a bit more variety to the breakfast.

Нам достался номер с маленьким окошком которое выходило на стройку, прижим у окна никакой так что все звуки мы слышали.один комплект полотенец был грязный,но его тут же сменили.

- Oksana (10/5): Если буду снова в Стамбуле, вернусь в ваш отель)) - Для своей ценовой категории отель очень приличный. В номере чисто. Да, есть поломки и недочёты, но меня это не напрягало. Так как для меня главным было, где переночевать. Днём в отеле я не сидела. Персонал дружелюбный, отзывчивый. Принести воды в номер - без проблем. Уборка по требованию. В номере есть чайник, чай, кофе, сахар, сливки и две чайные пары. Порадовали завтраки, которые реально в ходят в цену , даже если вы взяли номер эконом класса. завтраки вкусные. Всё свежее. Фрукты почти каждый день, тортики. Расположение отеля в центре, Я много ходила пешком, можно воспользоваться метро или трамваем, всё рядом. Если у вас высокие требования к отелям, то вам не сюда. В принципе, мне на это было всё равно, но слышимость очень хорошая )) слышно, как разговаривают, смеются, чихают, принимают душ в других номерах. Ну и всё остальное тоже слышно, учитывайте это )))

- Anastasia (7/5): - Завтрак на веранде на крыше, замечательная девушка готовила каждое утро. Была уборка по требованию, даже воду донесли. Хорошая транспортная доступность до основных достопримечательностей и рядом набережная. Рядом стройка шумно и все в пыли, улица в горку, с чемоданом пройти нереально, плохая шумоизоляция в номерах, очень грязный номер с плесенью, простыни с пятнами, мало места. При заезде пришлось перемывать чашки и протирать поверхности, было грязно. Видимо из-за стройки отель продаётся по сниженной цене.

Рядом есть кафе и магазины в большом количестве Есть лифт, чтобы не таскать чемоданы по лестнице. Номер очень чистый, удобный. Есть все необходимое. Завтрак отличный, разнообразный. Все ок

- Elena (9/5): Отпуск в Стамбуле 💕 - Отель понравился, хороший бюджетный отель. Расположение хорошее. На ресепшен вежливые сотрудники. Белье чистое. Матрас удобный. Номера чистые. Завтрак на 7 этаже хороший. Но омлета не видели чтобы готовили. Яйца, нарезка, сыры, маслины, сладости, очень вкусные мандарины, выпечка. Сотрудники приветливые. Нам дали номера на 5 и 6 этаже. Все понравилось. Особенно цена. Спасибо большое.

- Dmitriy (8/5): Номера не первой свежести, но отель хороший, чистый и комфортный. - Расположение, рядом площадь Таксим и станция трамвая. Мне сделали небольшой апгрейд номера, так как в отеле было не много гостей. Завтрак шведский стол включен в стоимость. Подают на террасе. Номер был уже старенький. Чтобы открыть ящик шкафа нужно было придерживать дверь шкафа, так как она мешала его открытию. Ну и много таких мелочей, которые говорят просто об изношенности номера.
- Tom Norbert (6/5): - Personal war freundlich, Frühstück war völlig ausreichend und es gab für alle etwas. Es gab einen Minikühlschrank und für den Sommer war eine Klimaanlage im Raum installiert. Von Außen macht das Hotel einen Renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Leider setzt sich das im Hotel innen fort. Im Badezimmer wurde versucht obligatorisch ein europäisches Bad einzurichten, aber auch dort muss man sagen, das es nicht gelungen ist. Die Dusche ist hat überall Rostflecke und das setzt sich überall weiter fort. Tapete löst sich von den wenden und selbst der Fußboden Bedarf einer Renovierung. Ich sage es mal so, für eine Nacht, war es völlig ok, aber ich würde definitiv keine 2 Nächte oder länger verbringen wollen. Für das Geld was du bezahlst, stimmt das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht.

- Zlatan (1/5): Do not book please - Proximity to the tram station was the only good thing. 1. Dirty bedding with hair residue 2. Dirty towels 3. Bathroom without hot water and heating (in January!) 4. Totally insecure door lock 5. Breakfast starting at 8 am 6. Favoring food delivered over nearby restaurants (probably the receptionist has a hand in this) I should have added a few euros more and taken a decent hotel. The overall score of this hotel is not valid.

- İkram (10/5): - Mein Aufenthalt in dem Hotel war sehr angenehm. Die Lage war ruhig und gut gelegen. Besonders positiv fand ich das vielfältige Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl an Lebensmitteln. Ein besonderes Lob geht an den Mitarbeiter Rahmi an der Rezeption – er war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat mir den Aufenthalt von Anfang an erleichtert. Ich habe mich gut eingelebt und wohlgefühlt.

- Daniel (10/5): Minunat! - Totul a fost perfect: personalul foarte amabil și politicos (Rahmi care se afla la recepție când am sosit la hotel ne-a făcut ”introducerea” și aproape ne-a făcut să ne simțim ca acasă), curățenie impecabilă, micul dejun diversificat. Hotelul este amplasat la câteva sute de metri de piața Taksim, foarte aproape și de portul în care sunt acostate navele de croazieră. Tot în apropiere, pe strada Cihangir se află o parcare publică ISPARK cu tarife decente.

Очень вкусный завтрак, спасибо повару, не помню, как её зовут эту милую женщину. Потрясающая терраса с видом на Босфор В отеле курили. Думаю, что это было руководство отеля.
