- Angelika (7/5): Spoko pokój z dużym balkonem i aneksem - Duży balkon z wygodnymi fotelami, czysto, możliwość zostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu, bez kontaktowe, sprawne zameldowanie. Okolica choć wizualnie sprawia przeciwne wrażenie, to jest spokojna. Blisko do przystanku autobusu, metra, supermarketów i kawiarni (przy przystanku - polecamy). Brak większego przeszklenia w prysznicu był niekomfortowy, bo chlapało się na całą łazienkę. Trzeba się nastawić na całkiem długie dojazdy do centrum. I wiem, że tak jest pewnie kulturowo, ale ja nie lubię, gdy kołdra nie ma poszewki a jest tylko oddzielona prześcieradłem.

Very clean and beautiful; owners are friendly and willing to help with any kind of problems. Absolutely adore the bed, it's been a pleasure sleeping there 😊 Overall it's a good and totally reasonable place to stay Not exactly that I didn't like it, but it would be better to have a microwave; location isn't exceptional, but good in terms of shops etc. near and public transport

- Gevorg (8/5): - Το δωμάτιο σουίτα 1 δωμάτιο με καναπέ ήταν πολύ καθαρό και ωραίο ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες, εύκολο check in και πολύ καλή επικοινωνία Πάρκινγκ βρίσκεις πάρα πολύ δύσκολα προσωπικά έκανα κύκλους 30 λεπτά να βρω πάρκινγκ. Η περιοχή γενικά είναι λίγο περίεργη και επικίνδυνη, το ντούς ήταν πολύ μικρό χωρίς τζάμι μπροστά και έβγαιναν όλα τα μέρα έξω

- Maria (10/5): Comfortable, well set up, located close to the green line. - The studio was very well set up with good quality things. This is the second time I book in Nicholas Point Appartment. The first time a one bed (with my husband)and this time a studio on my own. They are both very good places for short stays. Check in and out are straight forward. It is very well located, close to the green line that allows for excellent connections only a few stations away and allows you to get to Pireous Port easily. It is in a very local neighbourhood with supermarkets, coffee shops and other shops close to it. I was glad we found this place. In addition, it was easy for me to go to KTEL station when I got back on my own.

- Subrat (10/5): Highly recommended for anyone visiting Athens. - Nicholas Point Apartments are located at walking distance from Aghios Eleftherios and Kato Patissia metro stations making it very convenient to explore Athens—especially iconic sites like the Acropolis. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a well-equipped kitchen that made our stay feel like home. We also appreciated the nearby supermarkets and local eateries, particularly Martini’s Kitchen Restaurant (Maptinhe), which was a great spot for very tasty authentic Greek food and drinks at a very reasonable price. Special thanks to George here for treating us with lots of love and care and also guiding us for the down-town tour. What truly made our stay exceptional were the hosts, Nick and Betty. They were incredibly helpful—providing detailed guidance on local attractions, offering tips for getting around the city, and even helping us book a taxi to the airport. Their warm hospitality and personal attention made a big difference in our experience.
- YOKO (10/5): - 女性1人で6,7泊ほど滞在しましたが、とても快適で安全でオススメです。 強いて言うなら、観光中心部まで地下鉄3,4駅乗車マストな距離なのをまだるっこしく思う方はいるかもしれませんが、 コスパ含め補って余りある良い宿だったと思います。 まず部屋が全体的に使用感薄く、新しい印象で清潔。 キッチン・バスルームといった水回りもきれい。 自分は潔癖気味で日本国内のホテルでも身構えがちなのですが、清潔さの点で不満ゼロで感動しました。 冷蔵庫も庫内キレイかつ旅行中の自炊に十分なサイズ(たぶん70Lくらい)です。 基本は住宅街という感じのエリアで、ほど近くに23時頃まで開いてるスーパーマーケットや、日中は青空マーケットもやっていて、便利だし治安も穏やかな雰囲気。 ちょっとした水や消耗品の購入、お部屋の設備を使った自炊もやりやすいです。 管理人のNicholasさんもレスポンスが基本漏れなく&クイックで、 たとえば部屋の清掃をNicholasにメッセージでお願いしたら翌日にはちゃんと清掃スタッフを派遣してくれます。 *アパートメントのエントランスと部屋の解錠パスの連絡だけは、チェックイン当日の現地時間14:30くらいに連絡する運用っぽいので、それ以前にチェックインしたい人はご注意ください 総じて強くオススメします。
