• Umut (8/5): - You have to know that you pay for location / hotel is close to main train station. Room is clean. Coffee machine was strange, I was able to use it once and then it does not want to function :))
• Maria (10/5): A Great Clean room near Napoli Centrale - I've stayed a couple of times at this Great clean room with a balcony, which is close to Napoli Centrale, shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the historic center. The hostesses are always polite and accommodating.

• Kim (4/5): Skummel lokalitet - Ved ankomst blev vi mødt af en dame der ikke kunne andet end italiensk og meget svær at kommunikere med. Gaden var meget skummel og vi var lidt utrygge ved at gå ud om aftenen, først aften så vi en pung der var tømt for alt det lå smidt hen af gaden. Fik også at vide at der var mange sigøjnere i området.

• Maria (10/5): Comfortable room near Napoli Centrale - Great, comfortable room with a balcony, near Napoli Centrale. The hostess was very attentive, with fast communication. The only drawback was that the bed matress needs replacement, as it was sinking in.

• Eduardo E (2/5): - The room was clean inside, but right at the entrance there is sewage odor. The area around the building is dirty and poorly maintained. The taxi driver told us to be careful in that area, especially at night. There was "free breakfast" advertised, but there were just couple of pieces of bread and biscuit, two coffee pods, and nothing else. We are very disappointed.

• María Ángela (6/5): - Tuvimos problemas para hacer el check-in, nunca respondieron nuestros mensajes desde expedia. No hay timbre ni front-desk. Tocamos cualquiera y después de dos llamadas (sin wifi, me salió carísimo), nos dieron el num de la anfitriona que te da dos claves para ingresar (esto te lo podría enviar una hora antes de la llegada para evitar esperar en la calle). La ubicación es buena, aunque no está en una calle principal (de noche hay poca iluminación y es medio turbio). Hay una escalera súper empinada para acceder. El depto es lindo, con balcón a la calle, ac y baño grande. No había cortinas, no quedaba otra que subir y bajar la persiana eléctrica que se traba (cuidado) El colchón se hundía. El agua caliente dura poco: ducha super express. Sale un olor feo de la ducha. Para el desayuno, te dejaban random (el famoso Nutella una sola vez), pero puras galletitas, tostadas y medialunas envasadas, a veces un café para dos y luego de dos días ni agua. La cafetera no funcionaba, pero a los dos días la cambió. Le preguntamos sobre el check-out un día antes, para ver dónde dejar las llaves y a una semana seguimos esperando su respuesta.

• Carolyn (6/5): - Would not recommend, especially if you’re a female solo traveler. Area is super sketchy even though it’s 10 min from train station and 10 min from Scappanapoli. Extremely noisy, you can hear every sound outside and it was loud. Host never contacted me on WhatsApp like she said she would (Roberta) so I had no way to communicate with anyone during my 2 night stay. Two older women greeted me upon arrival but the one that helped me to my room spoke zero English so she called Roberta and put me on the phone with her. I sent messages thru Expedia and only got one response the first day finally after 5 hours and needed the WiFi info asap. I also asked how to change safe code and she never told me. There’s no front desk. If you lose keys (thank God I didn’t) you are screwed because that’s the only way to get into the building. You have to go thru 3 doors (3 different keys) to get to your room, which makes me believe it’s super unsafe here. Shower was freezing. Bed not comfortable. AC was nice, and room was clean. I messaged the host to “do not disturb” but they still came into my room and cleaned. Also, if you have heavy luggage, good luck! You have to carry up a very long flight of stairs to get to the room. Overall, would not stay there again and glad to be out.

• Verified traveler (6/5): En natt i Napoli - Sentralt i Napoli med kort vei til å gå til diverse steder. Rommet var stort med balkong. Verten var behjelpelig med å bestille taxi til oss til flyplassen. Renholdet var så der med skittent laken og sengeteppe.
• MARIA (10/5): Muito bom! - A principio achei que seria um hotel, mas trata-se de um aluguel de uma suite, não há recepção e quem abre a porta pra você é a proprietária/hoster. café da manhã: fica dentro do quarto, ela deixou uma cestinha com bolachas e capsulas de café. Nada demais, não vá contando com isso, mas aproveite, você estará em Napolis e opção não faltará pra comer bem! Acomodação: Quando chegamos estava tudo limpíssimo, cheiroso, banheiro com chuveiro ótimo e ar condicionado funcionando bem, e de quebra uma sacada incrível no maior estilo local! Localização: excelente, fui andando da estação de Garibaldi, arrastando a mala por uns 15minutos. Bem tranquilo! Da suíte dá pra ir andando para as principais pizzarias. Pulo do gato que não encontrei em canto nenhum: Ao sair do aeroporto o meio mais prático pra chegar na estação Garibaldi é pegar uma van que faz um transfer direto pro metrô, não tem mistério, assim que sair terão diversos oferecendo o serviço, é melhor que pegar o transfer bus do aerporto, que é o mesmo preço e demora a sair. Ainda fomos conversando com o morotista e dando risadas com o estilo único dos napolitanos!
• Sari (6/5): - Vastaanotto toimi hyvin, vaikka tulimme sinne vähän kahdeksan jälkeen illalla. Huone oli ihan hyvä, mutta jyrkkien portaiden päässä. Hissiä ei ole, joten ison matkalaukun kantaminen on hankalaa. Aamupala oli huono. Majoitus oli ihan hyvällä ja rauhallisella sivukadulla.

• Nezahat (6/5): - Das warme Wasser der Dusche reichte nur für 1 Person, die zweite Person musste kalt duschen. Der Zusatz inklusive Frühstück ist nicht gegeben. Nur Kracker und ein alte Kaffeemaschine. Die Matratze war total durchgelegen. Die Bettwäsche sowie die Handtücher alt und fleckig. Freundlichkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, wir wurden mit schmatzigem Kaugummikauen begrüßt und ins Zimmer begleitet. Kein Englisch nur italienische Kommunikation mit Google Übersetzer. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen.

• Anastasios (10/5): Clean central place with a balcony! - Great stay! The place is very central (20 min walk from the port and 10 min walk from central station). Very clean with a balcony! the owners were very accommodating and allowed me to check in when I arrived (earlier than expected). Definitely recommend this place! The neighbourhood is quiet and there is an amazing pizzeria 3 mins from there

• Verified traveler (8/5): Broken shower but everything else was great! - Almost a perfect stay. The shower was broken but it had a handheld extension so I had to shower with that, I rather they buy a working 99 cents shower head than the whole shower setup they have that doesn't work. I like to be left alone so after check-in in a had no contact with anyone from the room, I like that personality. It had a balcony with a street view. It was mostly quiet. It was a clean big room with a big bed. What they call breakfast is a basket of snacks with some milk and juice in the fridge. There is a smell that creeps in from the bathroom so keep the bathroom door closed. I had a great time but the broken shower was annoying.

Location is good, close to Naples central, close to shopping and dining options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend others to stay at this beautiful home.

Stanza pulita,condizionatore nuovo e ben funzionante.
• shahira (8/5): Clean and renovated room, but…. - The room is so comfortable and clean. the AC is strong which was needed in mid august. The host did not answer 2x when I called her upon arrival, but she promptly called me back and gave me the code for the front door and gave me instructions on how to retrieve the keys from the lockbox. I didn’t know this would be a multi-step process. There’s no front desk, and we did not meet the host in person. Everything was done via whatsapp which added to our anxiety during check in. The neighborhood is dirty and shoddy but despite the lack of cleanliness in the area and city in general, we still felt safe as 2 women. Keep in mind that Napoli is not a clean city to begin with. We were beyond shocked.

• Lou (6/5): - La salle de bain est dans un piteux état, du calcaire de partout, les joints sont noirs ainsi que le pommeau de douche, les portes de la douches ne se ferment pas et se déboîtent. Plaintes qui s'en vont. Tâches sur la parure de lit Quartier très sale et pas frocément bien placé. Les murs sont très fins (on dort avec la chambre d'à côté presque) et les fenêtres n'isolent en rien le bruit de la rue...

• Philippe (10/5): Agréable séjour - Le logement est très propre, refait à neuf, très agréable. Le matelas mériterait d'être changé. Le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas génial. Le quartier est tranquille, près de la gare. Seul bémol dans notre séjour, c'est la réservation de taxi faite par notre hôte. Le taxi est bien passé dans la rue le lendemain matin à l'heure indiquée, mais à fait semblant de ne pas nous voir, et il a continué son chemin ... il ne voulait certainement pas se rendre à l’aéroport .... Viva Italia !!!

• Delia (6/5): - Stanza molto carina, spaziosa, accogliente, kit bagno e letto inclusi, acqua caffè, fette biscottate e marmellata. Posizione ottima nei pressi della stazione, zona molto tranquilla. Peccato che il materasso sia davvero scomodo, ma... la valutazione sarebbe stata comunque positiva se non fosse che (al contrario del resto della stanza che sembrava pulita e curata) la doccia era davvero impresentabile dall'interno e dall'esterno ancor peggio. Spero sia stata solo una svista, può capitare a chi lavora.

• Martina (8/5): - We arrived to the hotel to get informed that there was a mistake on our reservation and we couldn’t stay there. However the hostess was really helpfull and made a reservation for us in a hotel nearby. She stayed in touch until we were settled at the new hotel and made sure everything was ok.

La biancheria che inizialmente dicevano di cambiare a giorni alterni, non è mai stata cambiata. Colazione scarsa e bollitore sporchissimo. C'era presente la macchina del caffè, ma non erano a disposizione le capsule. Il lavandino del bagno sporco. C'erano ancora presenti i campioncini di shampoo aperti dagli inquilini precedenti. La biancheria era maleodorante. In teoria doveva essere a disposizione la rete WiFi, in realtà non ci è stata messa a disposizione. Inizialmente il personale di diceva disponibile a risolvere tutti i problemi a qualsiasi ora....in realtà non rispondevano nemmeno al telefono. Camera nella quale si sentiva ogni minimo rumore. Io sono rimasta insoddisfatta del soggiorno . Carmen
• YURY (10/5): Все хорошо, кроме маленьких проблем - Пришлось ждать подвоза ключей 15-20 минут, созваниваться нужно заранее. Вывеска плохонькая, искать лучше по адресу. Комфорт, чистота, завтрак, кофе-машина, холодильник, мебель, постель, санузел - все отлично. Не работал Вайфай, на одну ночь это не проблема. От вокзала 10-15 минут пешком, рядом небольшие супермаркеты. Ночью на улице тихо. Рекомендуется.
