- Belikara (10/5): Lovely - Beds comfortable and also there is an communal area (balcony). Good for traveler. Higly recomended this hostel. I dont forget the thank you for 2 ladies every noon time cleaning every single area thx. N/A
- Jason Lee (8/5): -
- Triantafyllos (9/5): - Great location, comfortable bed and even offered slippers and bath supplies, which not all hostels do. Overall very good value for the price. Pods were a bit small

- Johnson (9/5): Overall it is a safe trip and affordable enjoyable trip - No Breakfast is provided; location offset all shortcoimngs Room is very small; hear cough noice all nights
- Cristina (9/5): - The location is very convenient to restaurants, tram station,MTR station & Bus Stops.
The room is very comfortable & clean.
Aron is very accomodating .
- miraflor (8/5): - Bed, the location is good easy to.find
It's clean every day pick up the rubbish The smell outside

- Inteasar (1/5): - Location False advertising
- Fernando (5/5): Not recommended for international travellers - The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The common space is too poor. There was a kettle and cups to make tea but no sink to wash them, no cutlery, table to eat or stove. It's not a social hostel, just a place to sleep and spend little time there.
- Romario (9/5): -
- Baljinnyam (7/5): - Of course, the price was cheap, but naturally, because of that, the interior of the room was a bit lacking. However, for those who want to save money, it’s still a reasonable choice. In terms of location, it was really the best—very convenient and close to everything. There was an unpleasant smell from the lift, and the room wasn’t very nice either. The windowsill had trash and cigarette butts, which made it worse. In the bathroom, a proper shower screen and a room air freshener would have made it much better.
- Dixon (6/5): -
- Marcus (8/5): -
- Dorian (8/5): - Centre of causeway bay No water at times
- Malak (3/5): Shit - Location was convenient Staff were rude. Put me in a room I didn’t book. Left to get food and come back and they wouldn’t let me in for some reason even though it says 24 hr desk service and no curfew. After being assertive and ordering him to open it he did.
- Adam (10/5): very good hostel on the island - great location on the island, close to metro and cool malls. nice staff, helps if you can use a translator to talk to them in mandarin if you can’t speak it on your own overall good property, security guard watches very loud videos at night sometimes but that’s my only complaint
- Rabyd (2/5): Very poor -
- John (1/5): Bad - It was dirty the toilet didn't work ..... didn't like any thing
- Lily (2/5): Very poor - The metal chain lock was broken. The latch bolt lock also didn't work. This meant that there was only an electronic key card lock, so it didn't feel very safe a solo female traveller
There was also no window.
It was hard to find.
- Ms (4/5): Disappointing -
- Kentaro (8/5): Very good - The location was very good. Besides it was close to the MTR Causeway Bay station, you can find eateries, shops, supermarkets, and a coin laundry in this area.
Reasonable price for a stay in Hong Kong.
Facilities (bed, wifi, shower, etc.) worked as expected. It takes a while to get hot water in the shower.
(Is this type of water heater common in Hong Kong?)
- Philip (7/5): Very compact but comfortable and simple, with clean and comfortable facilities for a budget stay - Small, very compact rooms with a larger than expected bathroom, Spartan but very functional and altogether larger and better appointed than I had expected with comfy bed and pillows Some building noise but not serious
- Philip (7/5): Modest and compact offering clean, well maintained small rooms at a budget price . - Surprisingly good value for this budget facility, clean, modern and modest offering good value and a great bed and pillows and a very modern bathroom. some noise, eg water flowing through pipes but not serious
- Philip (7/5): Good value, clean, small and well kitted rooms for the budget - Budget but good value. Small, compact but newly tiled and kitted rooms and very clean with a comfortable bed and two great pillows.Good supply of hot water and bigger bathroom than I expected. many subtle building noises: water, some knocking but not material
- Neill (8/5): Very good -
- Joselito (9/5): Superb -
- Terri (7/5): Good - The location was amazing, for price you have the best location. It was a really small room and you could hear a lot but defenitely would reccomend small room
- Yamazaki (10/5): Exceptional -
- Prabeesh (6/5): Not bad - The location was good. The staff were helpful and nice to us. The toilet was smelly. We had noise disturbances from the neighbors
- N. (10/5): Exceptional - Best location, near shopping centre and restaurants, etc. Value of money. Good choice for the budget hotel !!
- Liliyan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Huong (8/5): Very good - The location is super convenient to go airport or shopping streets, literally down the street. The room is clean and no sight of cockroach (as other guests reviewed). Price is a catch compared to other places, I was shocked that Hong Kong is so expensive to find a decent hotel and this place is for sure above decent to me. Rather hard to find the reception
- Jean (4/5): Disappointing -
- Mariateresa (10/5): Exceptional - amazing amazing
- Lan (7/5): A good place to stay in Hong Kong on a budget friendly basis - Location: The property is conveniently situated near Causeway Bay station, making it easy to explore the area using buses, trams, or the MRT. Many shops and restaurant nearby so it's easy for you to shop or find a place to eat.
Room: The double room feels surprisingly spacious compared to other rooms in Hong Kong at a similar price point.
Staff Experience: While I’ve come across complaints about the staff before booking, my personal experience during my stay was positive. Although they may appear a bit cold, I believe this is typical of service in Hong Kong. Room: Compared to the surprisingly spacious double room, the triple room is extremely cramped. Our 28-inch luggage could barely fit, and we could only open one at a time due to the lack of space.
Cleanliness: Overall, the place is well-maintained and quite clean but there is some yellow stains in the bed and pillow sheets.
- Mavic (10/5): Comfortable...safe - It's so accessible
- Putera (7/5): Good - Location Staff Hospitality
- Graham (7/5): Good - For what it is i can’t complain. Location was ideal
- Xinzheng (8/5): a nice journey - Costless & convenient, near the metro station and ding-ding line. 24h hot water supply Completeness of supporting facilities
- Catia (6/5): NICE STAY - Very good localization, nice staff and the bedroom was confortable and bigger than I expected. Very dark but with light and a window!
- Yiu (5/5): Not good value for the money one pay - Convenient location Thin wall. Could hear next room talking and taking shower.
- Allka (3/5): Uncomfortable, make-do kind of accommodation and with poor attitude and communication by the staff - There was no breakfast. There were no towels provided. The staff could not speak English. Whenever we went to the counter to inquire, they regarded us troublesome or troublemaker. (Chinese word: Maafaan). There was no TV and on inquiry, they said that the cable in the building was broken. When I pointed out that the booking site stated free TV, they attempted to connect the TV through some password stored on their phone. We still did not get any TV as they said it was only network TV - whatever that meant. There was constant machine sound of the compressors outside of all air conditioners of the rooms. The room was too tiny and uncomfortable.
- Amonrut (9/5): Superb -
- Crisco (7/5): Good - No breakfast offered but the nearby restaurants are pretty good. The location is very good. You can easily walk to Malls,Victoria Park, neighborhood restaurants, etc.
- Bob (7/5): Good - Location was very good and very easily accessible to MTR and bus stops. There was construction going on and rats were running around the trash on the 1st floor. The hot water kettle wasn't working and there is no Microwave in the pantry
- Anonymous (7/5): Good - Location, hot water, air conditioner Entrance is so so
- Leilani (6/5): Pleasant -
- Cristina (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ting (6/5): Good experience. - Good location and good price The staff could be more friendly (smile to the customers) and enjoy her job.
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ff (7/5): stay was OK - Lack of TV facility as stated in the room advertisement. There is a good TV set in the room but unable to have TV reception for all the rooms.
- Ff (7/5): Good - location is good and room is clean There is no TV facility available in the room as advertised. There is a very good TV set in the room but unable to broadcast. Staff confirmed that there is no TV facility for the entire hotel.
- Angela (8/5): Worth the value. - It’s in very convenient location. Although the building is old and rundown, the room is clean. And the most surprising is the comfortable bed and pillow, which I don’t expect for this price. The building is old and rundown, dirty on the stairwell between the first floor and the second floor.
- Yi (2/5): Nice room but the receptionist tried to scam our money.. - The room is huge for the price by Hong Kong standards and it is exactly as advertised in the pictures The receptionist tried to scam us. We already paid the full amount via credit card when booking this accommodation on Booking.com. When we were checking in, the receptionist told us that the room has not been paid for and demanded us to pay the full amount in cash. I even opened the Booking.com app to show her that the room has been paid for, she insisted that they have not received the payment. After a few minutes of back and forth with the receptionist, I ended up having to call the Booking.com customer service hotline, who confirmed with me that the payment has gone through and the hotel reception should only be asking for deposit payment. Once the receptionist saw me talking to the Booking.com customer service agent (I put it on loudspeaker on my phone on purpose to let the receptionist know I wasn't messing around), she became evidently more nervous and seconds after we told her that the Booking.com agent confirmed payment has been made, she told us 'oh the payment has just gone through I see it now'
Overall the room is actually ok, I think by Hong Kong standards it's a good price for a decent sized room like this, but please be aware of the potential scam at the reception you may encounter.

- Paul (9/5): Good value, clean, comfortable. - Very clean room, nice private toilet. Good value for money Noisy AC
- Paul (7/5): Good -
- Paul (8/5): cheap, clean and close to CWB MTR exit F - room was clean and modern little or no English at reception
- Arleen (2/5): Very poor - good aircon. the smell of the toilet, not good
- Chuen (3/5): Poor -
- Brandon (7/5): A nice place only if you are lucky with the air-con and neighbours and don't mind the TV not working - The location is super, just a few minutes' walk to all the shopping places in Causeway Bay, from the 5-star Hysan Place to Sogo to the ordinary ones. Restaurants at all levels are also plenty nearby. Public transport to many areas in Hong Kong, including the airport, is also very convenient via MTR Causeway Bay Station which is just a few minutes' walk from the property. The rumbling of the window mount air-con made it impossible to sleep at night the first night. I felt like I was sleeping in the engine room of a big ship. Luckily, they switched me to another room after I raised the issue the following day. But what if they were fully booked? Good sleep is the most important thing for us travellers after walking around the whole day during the day. I don't think I can cope if I had to stay in the first room for one more night in a row. Sound proofing in the room was also very bad. If you have a not very considerate "neighbour", you will have a hard time resting in your room. The electronic lock of the second room broke down one early morning after I stayed in that room for a number of days (I stayed for 15 nights in total). I had to change to another room as a result, wasting about an hour of my time that I could have spent for a relaxing breakfast instead. So it wasn't nice. The TV's (I'm not sure if they were TV's or PC monitors) in all the rooms that I stayed did not work at all. When I asked the front desk receptionist about it, because I wanted to watch news, she said the TV network of the whole building was not working because of the renovation work that was in progress. It turned out to be a lie. When I asked the building management office on ground floor about it, I was assured the TV network of the building was operating normally.
- Siddique (1/5): Bad -
- Anonymous (3/5): Poor - low price no tv, smelly toilet
- Lock (2/5): Very poor -
- Nameme2 (8/5): Quite good - Got an upgrade to a double room. Spacious. .
- Verified traveler (4/5): Stay away - Unless you're really tight on budget, don't stay here. Especially if you're with a family.
- Vish (2/5): - Worst Ever “hotel” - really a 3rd class hostel - I have ever stayed at. False advertised, I reached this hostel at 7 pm at night only to hear that they did not have a room for me. I then got walked to another hostel with a constant lie that “it’s part of our hotel, only a good 15 minutes away” - totally knew about the games they were playing. I googled up to find this other place to be equally worse. In short, don’t get fooled by these guys, this is not a hygienic or humanly survivable place - specially the bathroom. Spend an extra $20-30 and live somewhere else. Luckily for me, Expedia reaccomodated me to another much nicer real hotel.. not hostel.
