Guest Reviews
- Synøve (6/5): Fourth floor flat three minutes from Piccadilly - The flat is on 4 floor in a building without an elevator. The stairs are narrow and steep. The bathroom and kitchen are quite new but the windows and the door opening to the roof are old and extremely drafty. The location is Great, three minutes to Piccadilly Circus, lots of bars, restaurants and fastfood places just outside the door. However, this also means that there is a lot of noice 24/7, and with the old windows the sound is as if they are open.
- Zoe Danielle (2/5): NOT worth the $, not family friendly. - generally the communication from the loft was clearera they tried to be helpful. However they were not punctual when they said they would have the baby cot delivered. We ended up waiting for over 2 hours and that was time wasted and no communication on ETA
The Location of the flat is certainly convenient but the whole description of this loft is totally INACCURATE and MISLEADiNG. With a room at this price, I wouldn’t expect it to have no lift and not clearly state this On the listing. This place is NOT family friendly at all.
The room was located on the top 3 floors up of an old building in soho. As I was travelling for work , my 8 months old and my mother and should I have known that there was no lift access, i wouldn’t have booked this place. I ended up having to lug all the luggages 4 stories high to the top floor. I almost broke my back doing it, it was so damn tiring.
The apartment building itself was also quite dirty, trash ans garbage were thrown outside across of our apartment.
The room itselfs furnishing is OK but it’s with an attic room. Bathroom wasn’t particularly clean.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Apartment is fully furnished with everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook meals at home (minus condiments). It is in a noisy neighborhood next to a lot of bars. It’s very close to transportation (metro / bus).
Instead of putting a hold on your credit card, they charge you for the deposit and then return it to you in a month (or more, but you need to ask them for it back). Seems like pretty poor standards for a hotel business.
