- Helmut (10/5): - 2 Zimmer gebucht, beide sehr sauber. Empfang freundlich, Frühstück reichhaltige Auswahl, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Lage des Hotels ist super, mit der Tram in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt. Prag ist mehr als einfach nur sehenswert. Einfach beeindruckend.

Many tram lines pass by the stop that is just around the corner. My room was bright, spacious and very clean. Reception closes at 8 pm. Didn't get to try the breakfast.

- Mia (8/5): Ganske fin oplevelse til prisen - Vi havde 3 overnatninger i 3 familie værelser, de var alle ganske udemærket. Air con og køleskab fungerede. Gulvtæppet var en anelse slidt, men det ændrede ikke på vores generelle oplevelse af at der var rent og pænt. Det ligger 2 min gågang til sporvognen så ganske nemt at komme rundt. Hotellet havde kun 4 parkeringspladser, så de har et samarbejde med et hotel der ligger 300 m væk, her parkerede vi og gav 900 tjekkiske for alle dagene, så det fungerede fint. Og vil heller gå lidt med bagage end parkere på de smalle gader.

- Tara (10/5): - Soweit ist die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlenswert: Günstig, geräumig, gemütlich und sauber. Das Frühstück ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, ab dem 2. Tag folgte Verstopfung und der Kaffee war miserabel, sodass wir dann doch auf die Lidlbackwarenabteilung ausgewichen sind. Zudem ist der „Schampoo und Duschgel“ Spender mit herkömmlicher Seife gefüllt, was wir so nicht erwartet hätten.

I left a bag in my room containing my luggage and some very expensive items including fragrances, sunglasses and unopened bottles of high value patron and they stole the high value items and claimed that they knew nothing of them. The manager was very nonchalant about the issue when I showed up to collect my item and didn’t even attempt to investigate. Don’t stay here they are dishonest.

Parking place tiny, takes a pro driver to enter and exit without damaging your car. Unfortunately the breakfast was worse than what I ever imagined something like that existed... Boiled eggs that were grey. 1 sheet toilet paper, maybe it's a czech thing, but wow. All in all it was okay, but don't know if I would book here again.

- essi (6/5): - Hotelli oli hyvien liikenne yhteyksien varressa ja sinne oli helppo löytää. Huone oli siisti ja sänky ihan mukava. Aamiainen oli ihan hyvä. Ongelmana oli kuitenkin, olin varannut meille huoneen 1 makuhuoneella ja keittiöllä, mutta se oli vaihdettu tavalliseksi huoneeksi(ilman keittiötä) ilman ilmoitusta. Toki ehdoissa luki, että huone voidaan vaihtaa mutta tuntui hieman huijauksella maksaa erillisestä makuuhuoneesta ja keittiöstä lisää ja sitten kuitenkin huone vaihdetaan pienenpään ilman erillistä ilmoitusta. Lisäksi huoneen televisio ei ollut liitettyinternettiin ja sillä ei voinut katosoa esim netfixiä, ja tätä tästä kävin kysymässä respassa ja sille ei voinut tehdä mitään. Lisäksi huoneesta puuttui kunnon roskakori(vessassa vain pikku roskis) muuten ihan ystävällinen palvelu ja lähtiessä respasta tilattii pyynnöstä taxi
- Ari (8/5): Asiallinen majoituspaikka - Asiallinen hotelli, lähellä hyvät raitiovaunuyhteydet, eikä metrokaan kaukana ollut. Äänieristys porraskäytävään voisi olla parempi. Aamiainen perustasoa, mutta riittävä. Huoneessa oli jääkaappi ja vedenkeitin, mutta vierailun ajaksi tarjottiin vain 2 teepussia kahdelle, ei kahvia tai kaakaota, saati että tarjontaa olisi täydennetty päivittäin.
- Elias (10/5): - Die Unterkunft war super! Die Mitarbeiter waren super nett und es gab auch keine Verständnisprobleme auf Englisch. Zudem gab es Parkmöglichkeiten an einem anderen Hotel welches nahe an diesem war für 300CZK/24Std. Die Einrichtung war zwar relativ minimalistisch und eher spartanisch dennoch trotzdem schick und für den Preis absolut mehr als erwartet. Wir haben 33€/Nacht bezahlt und dafür hatten wir Ein Doppelbett mit Fernseher, eine eigene Küche mit großem Esstisch und ein sehr großes gut ausgestattetes Bad. Zur Stadt kam man auch schnell 10min zu Fuß bis zur U-Bahn und dann zwei Stationen zum Nationalmuseum (Halstestelle: Muzeum) oder direkte Bahn Anbindung innerhalb von zwei min zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten in direkter Nähe Einkaufsladen direkt um die Ecke (ca. 600m) und auch ein Ramen-Restaurant direkt neben dem Hotel (sehr zu empfehlen) und natürlich noch mehr Restaurants und Imbisse in direkter Umgebung. Allen voran möchte ich sagen, dass wir auch Frühstück inkl. hatten und dafür war dieses vollkommen ausreichend also der Preis ist schon wirklich zu günstig um wahr zu sein. Im Gesamten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden immer wieder dieses Hotel buchen, wenn wir nach Prag fahren. 👍

- Peter (10/5): - The Kings Residence was an en excellent hotel, very convenient for the tram and metro and only a few stops away from "Old Town" Prague. The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and clean, toilet and shower room were small but adequate for us. (could have been difficult for a larger person). The staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and definitely stay there again.

- sabrina (8/5): - Prima hotel voor de aangebode priijs. Kamer netjes badkamer wel klein. Wij hadden 2 kamers 1 was prima qua badkamer maar bij de andere moesten we douchen in klein bad. Ontbijt prima ,brood wel wat droog ,maar wel voldoende keuze(wel elke dag zelfde) Dichtbij het fantastische metronetwerk en winkel.
- Maria Anna (10/5): - Es war ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt. In der Umgebung gibt es Cafes und alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit der Straßenbahn in max.10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Angestellten waren sehr feundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer und Bad sind geräumig mit vielen Möglichkeiten die persönlichen Sachen unterzubringen. Das Frühstück war auch gut und abwechslungsreich. Ausser frischen Semmeln war alles da. Brot konnte man toasten. Würde beim nächsten Aufenthalt wieder dieses Hotel buchen

- Alexandre (10/5): Tudo perfeito! - O hotel fica localizado próximo ao centro histórico de Praga, facil acesso via tram. Nas proximidades mercado, algins minis mercados, lojas e restaurantes. Atenção a recepção do hotel fecha as 20h e o check out do hotel é às 10h. O hotel é ótimo, limpo, organizado e excelente atendimento. No quarto que ficamos, era um apartamento, com 2 quartos, cozinha equipada com frigobar, forno elétrico, micro-ondas, panelas, pratos e utensílios, TV LCD, wi-fi, boa cama e ducha, endredons quentes, mesa de jantar, sofa-cama e o banheiro com sabonete líquido e ducha, bastante armários e um cofre O café da manhã é bom, com boas opções que sempre são sempre respostas. O atendente do no nosso check in foi muito atencioso e prestativo, mas todos no hotel fazem de tudo para.o seu bem estar. Lembre-se de ter sempre um contato do hotel, pois caso precise de algo depois das 20h, tipo perdeu a chave, somente será via telefone, aliás sugiro ao hotel criar um WhatsApp, pois nem todos os hospedes quando viajam para outro país, tem uma linha telefônica e sim compram pacotes de dados para usar a Internet e redes sociais e o WhatsApp é um deles e é fácil de contatar via mensagem ou chamada. O bairro do hotel é tranquilo e com boas opções de transporte. Gostamos muito da nossa estada no Kings Residence Praga.

Probably the person who switched them wounded himself/herself. When we let the staff know and they immediately took action and switched the sheets for us. We had a very pleasant stay

- Verified traveler (6/5): Pár gondolat - A szállás tiszta volt és volt minden ami kellett (konyhai felszerelés). Mivel akadálymentesített apartmant kaptunk így érdekes volt a fürdő mert a lefolyóba bele kellett "húzni a vizet mert a lefolyó nem győzte elnyelni a vizet zuhanyzás közben illetve utána sem. A wc igencsak magas volt (lehet az akadálymentesítés miatt), de tiszta volt a fürdő. A reggeli változatos és finom volt. Sajnos amikor érkeztünk nem volt hely a belső parkolóban így elég messze volt lehetőség parkolni (másik hotel parkolójában) amit ott fizettünk ki. A szállás környékbeli utcái fel vannak "túrva" felújítás miatt így megközelíteni sem volt egyszerű! Viszont tágas volt amit kaptunk apartman.

Besonders begeistert hat mich die gut ausgestattete Küche, die alles Nötige für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt hatte. Das WLAN war zuverlässig und schnell. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Frühstück war frisch und lecker. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Ich kann diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

- Michael (6/5): - Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber, allerdings riecht es bei der Ankunft extrem nach Reinigungsmittel. Wir hatten ein Familien 4 Bett Zimmer gebucht, aber statt 2 Einzelbetten (wie auf den Bildern zu sehen) gab's nur eine extrem harte Ausziehcouch für die Kids. Das Frühstück, war die totale Katastrophe. Der Frühstücksraum liegt im Keller, überall sind feuchte Flecken etc. Schlechter Kaffee, trockenes und nach nichts schmeckende Brötchen und Brot, Eier die wohl min. 15 min. totgekocht wurden. Allgemein sehr schlechtes Angebot. Also, für den Preis sehr Mittelmäßig.

- niloufar (6/5): - staff was friendly and helpful. You can also ask for late check out z.b 30-mins to 1hr. However, the building has a very thin walls which cause inconvenience over night when your neighbors make showers or watch tv. Also the bad-tab pipe had problem , the water goes very slowly down. The tab in kitchen also was unstable, we afraid if it would come off!! There was no daily room cleaning. Towels were too old which had fabric tears and in some parts, they had wired color of like iron rust sign… I know it was 3 stars hotel but some basic facilities could be improved. Also the floor was carpet which looks dirty. In general I don’t know how I should expect from a 3 start hotel in Prague, but at least my insight might help for improvement.

- Lars (8/5): - Hotel værelset levede op til billede. Lækkert 2 værelse med lille kækken. Perfekt til vores mande/loge tur. Vi boede på øverste etage og der var desværre rigtig meget regn og det regnede/dryppede ind af nogle af vinduerne. Maden var elendig, og slet ikke det som der var vist på billederne. Super ærgerligt.

- John (6/5): - Alle Bewertungen sind total Überzogen, Bettlaken sind löchrig, Handtücher waren dreckig, der Teppichboden ebenfalls dreckig und das Frühstück schrecklich Automaten mit Kaffee und Saft beide auf Pulver Basis der Rest dem angeglichen. Die Handtücher wurden nicht mal gewechselt auf Nachfrage, nur der Wannenvorleger. Die Wanne hatte weder eine Vorhang noch eine Glasscheibe um eine Überschwemmung zu verhindern. Dieses Hotel hat nicht zu einem Positiven Aufenthalt in Prag beigetragen.

- Irina (8/5): - Hotel in einer Ruhigen Lage. Aktuell (Juli 2024) ist eine große Baustelle in der nähe, aber man hört nichts davon im hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, hell und modern. Der einzige Nachteil ist der helle Teppich, der ebenfalls sauber war, aber aus dem scheinbar sich nicht alle Flecken vollständig entfernen ließen. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück war nicht besonders groß aber ausreichend um satt zu werden. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 30 Minuten). In der nähe ist außerdem eine Straßenbahn Station an der viele verschiedene Linien entlang fahren.

Worst driving condition you have to check out by 10am sharp, the front desk was kind enough to give us extra 20 min. worst part is the bathroom hardware is leaking and spray waters everywhere . expedia we trusted you and you disappoint you with property like this just for you to earn commission from these house managed properties very shame on you.

We got in late, stayed out exploring the rest of the time so the room was only to sleep and shower. It was very comfortable with a great location. Breakfast was nice as well!
