- Takenori (8/5): New property and big beds. - Bigger than general Japanese apartment. Pretty new property. Dryer in the shower & bath room. There was a street construction work going on and the noise didn’t stop all night. The room I stayed in was much smaller than pictures on the website. There was a lot of dust between window and bed.
- Alexandra (3/5): - La pulizia era scarsa ( polvere intorno alla lavatrice, sotto il mobile bagno etc), il coprimaterasso era sporchissimo tanto che abbiamo preferito toglierlo , il materasso a molle era scomodissimo ( sentivo queste molle grandi sotto ai fianchi e quindi ho dormito abbastanza male).Al checkout la ragazza è stata molto scortese perché avevamo superato l'orario di checkin e stava entrando in camera senza rispettare la privacy minacciandoci che dovevamo pagare 4000 yen all'ora per il ritardo.

- Tomislav (2/5): Sramota - Lokacija zbog kolodvora Iznimno neljubazni, pogotovo što nema fizičke osobe, pa na pritužbu kako ne radi internet, oni traže da se spojim na drugu sobu, i nakon šta im napišete da uopće nema mreže, oni na svaku takvu poruku šalju isti tekst. A možemo malo i o čistoći, dijelovi kuhinje i toaleta nisu očišćeni jako dugo. WC školjka od dole nije oprana da se pitaš da li je ikad, kao i prljava šalica koja ima trag od kave.

Enjoy some fresh air on private balcony. Not a big problem but Access via security code system at security door and a tablet in a secure foyer wasn't super intuitive (we were lucky there was another guest there to assist) Press large red type button on bottom right hand side of front door security panel before entering access code to open the front door. Then once inside a, tablet offers connection to remote online (facetime?) assistance in real time if you experience any difficulties.

- Christopher (9/5): Perfect base for exploring Osaka - This hotel was in a great location for our family, quiet, but within walking distance of a main station. The facilities were great, having a table and mini kitchen was nice and the washer / dryer meant we could pack lighter. No major issues with the property, but there was only a single elevator to access the rooms, and the view from the rooms was not “amazing” but this did not spoil the trip at all.

Nella descrizione sul sito Booking risulta la tv a schermo piatto invece non c’è , troverete il proiettore. La pulizia in apparenza sembra buona ma spostando le tende dietro il letto abbiamo visto tanta polvere e capelli non raccolti da tanto. Credo facciano le pulizie solo dove visibile, invece il bagno era pulito.

- Kate (3/5): - Not much we liked about this hotel. The thing which was ok was the kitchen & Bathroom facility. Also that there is a washing machine in the room. The check in process was not good at all. Its all online which we did not know and when asked them they said its on their website they are not manned. The rooms are very small which does make it harder for 4 people. The flat screen TV is actually a projector which wasn't easy to use and stopped working. When i scanned the online help QR code in my room it wouldnt work so i had to go downstairs and use the online one to get help only to be told "we cant help as we dont have staff there after 3pm"

- C Rice (9/5): Enjoyed the central location - The size of the room was good and the ease in which we were able to check in was a plus. The room was orderly and clean and larger than expected. The projector screen tv was locked on a children's channel, and we didn't have access to it for 2 days until someone was able to troubleshoot it via messaging back and forth. It would be easier to speak to someone in person for some issues.

We couldn’t get into the wardrobe area, the only way was climbing up the bed. Since theres a launtry inside the room which makes the room a bit stuffy. Located abit far from main area, like 10-15mins walk and nothing much around the apartment so our only choice was walking back and forth.

Leute ist die Weltsprache! Ansonsten alles halt alles ziemlich eng so wie immer in japanisch Appartment oder Hotels Preis Leistung stimmt hier nicht überein Wir waren 5 Nächte dort!

There is no proper bed - just a sofa bed that is so flimsy and not good quality. So noisy and loud from street as well as people checking in and out on your floor. I could head the people in the apartment next to me.

- Annie (9/5): Très bien pour un séjour longue durée - Appartement très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Bien situé pour relier l'aéroport rapidement. Juste un conseil : rédiger en anglais les consignes de tri selectif des déchets. Matelas à ressorts peu confortable. Assez bruyant à cause d’un trafic routier important. 2 lits doubles pour 3 personnes qui prennent tout l'espace de la partie chambre.

No issues with check in process. Some of our previous hotels had some personal stuff at the room for free. I think that's a good idea in case you as traveler don't hace toothbrush or something like that.

- Vedarth (6/5): Nice place to stay near Osaka metro station - Good and budget friend place to stay near Osaka metro station. The room had all the facilities required for a long stay. There is a convenience store right across the street. The room is not as per the photos, it is very congested. The sleeping mattress is placed in middle of the room and there is not enough space to walk around in the room. Even though they have washing machine, there is no place to dry the clothes.
