• Audrey (10/5): Propre, confortable, bien situé et personnel adorable - Dès l’arrivée le personnel à l’accueil est charmant. Puis dans la chambre quelle surprise! Elle est immense (chambre pour 4) d’une propreté impeccable, la salle de bain également. Il y avait tout ce qu’il faut et même plus : du thé, du café, chaussons à l’entrée et petit peignoir, tout le nécessaire de toilette. Nous avons également pu laisser nos bagages après le Check out pour les récupère plus tard dans l’après-midi. L’emplacement également très pratique sur l’axe principal de plusieurs lignes de métro, on rejoint rapidement Namba ou umeda. Excellent vraiment je recommande.

• yukko (10/5): ご飯美味しい&部屋がとにかく広くて綺麗！ - 朝食はパンの日バイキング形式でとても美味しく、スタッフの案内も親切でどなたも優しかったです。自分へのご褒美にゆっくり過ごしたいとこちらのホテルを選びましたが、広々としていて家のように歩き回って過ごせてとても快適でした！ 内装が好みで、お風呂も広々としていてチェックアウト前にもゆっくり浸かりました。 良くないというより、神経質な方は気になる点かなと思います。 風景が見えないので道路側の部屋だったのだと思いますが、車の音(特にトラックが行き交う音)やクラクション音が部屋によく響きます。 静かな環境だと眠れないという人にはちょうど良い賑やかさで、どこでも寝られる人には気にならないほど快適なお部屋環境です。

• TAEKO (10/5): 居心地のよい、また来たくなるホテル - 各階に3部屋しかないこじんまりしたホテルですが、スタッフも親切で、お部屋もとても清潔で、朝ごはん（一人千円）は感じのよい女性がお一人で切り盛りされていて、手作りの温かいおかずや切りたてのフルーツがとても美味しかったです。 壁が薄いようで、大きめの声で話すと隣に聞こえそうでした。 お風呂場のシャワーヘッドですが、立った時に置く場所はありますが、風呂椅子に座った時に置く場所がないのが不便でした。

• Androniki (9/5): - Location was perfect in Hommachi because there were 3 train lines passing the station. We came from JR Sin Osaka and the train was direct to Hommachi station. Easily accessible to Dontobori and Shinsaibashi area. Slight wind was coming from the windows because they are sliding and not double glazing but it wasn’t cold so it was okay.

• Stephen (10/5): Amazing hotel for large groups! - Very spacious room for a family of 5 adults. Friendly and helpful staff. Located in a good neighborhood with a grocery, multiple convenience stores, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Very difficult to find hotels that can accommodate 5 people, but this hotel filled the bill perfectly! No complaints whatsoever.

• えいすけ (10/5): - 館内、お部屋、お風呂、全て清潔にされていました。ブュッフェスタイルの朝食は品数は限られていますが、どれもとても美味しかったです。

• Tsutomu (10/5): あたたかい - こじんまりしたホテル（各階に三部屋のみ）、こじんまりしたお部屋（私が泊まったお部屋が狭い方でした）ですが、どこも清潔で、お風呂も気持ちよくて最高でした！朝ごはんを1,000円で後から付けました。朝食会場もこじんまりしていますが、感じのよい女性が一人で切り盛りしており、途中で出してくれる温かいおかず（私の時は、初回はフレンチトースト、チーズたっぷりドリア、2回目は茄子炒め、鶏肉とパプリカの炒め物）やフルーツがとてもおいしかったです。 部屋の壁があまり分厚くないようで、大きめの声で話すと、隣のお部屋に聞こえそうです。 シャワーヘッドですが、立った時には置く場所が有りますが、風呂椅子に座ったときに置く場所がないのが、少し不便でした。
• HIROYUKI (10/5): - 万博で利用（夫婦、子供2人）させていただきました。 清掃が行き届いていて、キッチンと4つのベッドが設置されており子供も大はしゃぎ。非常に快適に過ごせました。元々マンションだったのをホテルに改装したようでエレベーターが1機しかないことや朝方車の騒音が聞こえる点以外は満足いく施設でした。また利用したいと思います。

• Satomi (10/5): - 素晴らしいホテルでした。 駅から近くて、ラーメン屋やうどんチェーン店、マクドナルドなども近くにあり立地が良い。夜は車やバイクのふかし音がうるさいこともあったけど、許容範囲。 部屋はとても広くてこどもたちも大喜び。風呂、トイレも清潔感がありました。 朝食は種類豊富でとても美味しく頂きました。スタッフさんが優しく声をかけてくださり、子どもたちにもとても良くしていただきました。観光情報も教えてくださり親切でした。また泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。
• Ciortea (9/5): Great place to sleep - Excellent bedroom/dining area, with an additional TV room with mats on the floor. Lots of room compared to the average. Japanese modern design, wood paneling, sliding doors with washi paper between rooms, etc. The hotel seems to be specifically designed for the local taste, plus the space. All very clean and functional, but that's to be expected in Japan. Not really justifiable price for us, as we were just one couple, no need for extra TV room and large bathtub. But it may be ideal for others, like a family with kids. Also, communication was difficult with some of the staff, But to be fair, they did everything they could to help. Location not close to the train station, but close to subway. Still, centrally located. Not many places for breakfast around us. We did not reserve breakfast and when we asked to pay on the spot, they told us it's 'sold out'.

• Amy P (10/5): TOP NOTCH! LOVED our stay in MASSIVE 4 bed room! - The size and condition of the hotel room exceeded our expectations! This was our best and favorite accommodation of the 3 places we stayed. We will definitely stay here again! PROS: The room is massive for Japanese standards and impeccably clean! It had 4 full size beds, 4 massive windows and a balcony with cool privacy shades and 3 black out curtains. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was sleek, modern, simple and fresh. There was a large smart TV. The bathroom was split into 3 rooms: a separate toilet room with a nice TOTO bidet toilet, main room with dual bowl sinks and 2 large sliding medicine cabinet mirrors with disposable wash cloth, toothbrushes, combs and ear swabs and cotton pads and cups for each guest. The bathtub and shower area was large with a control panel many options for ventilation, drying and heating. The shower pressure was strong and felt terrific after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The tub was large and great for soaking. The front desk provided bath salts for each guest. CONS: We really didn't have any cons! Super minor but there was no utensils or dishes in the kitchen of the room. We found out we just needed to ask the front desk and they will give us whatever we needed from the breakfast kitchen. The 3 different front desk personnel we saw didn't speak English so we had to use translation apps but it was no problem. They were nice and professional in every way.
• Nick (10/5): - Booked a room that sleeps 4 but must have done something wrong when booking as they were only expecting 1 adult. We were 2 adults and a child. This wasn't a problem for the hotel and they were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was 1000 yen per day and was pretty good with a wide selection of cooked and cold dishes buffet style. Good location with walking distance to stations and lots of food options nearby. The room was the best we stayed in the entire holiday. Spacious with comfortable beds, double sink bathroom with large bath. We got complimentary bath salts on arrival. Shared washing machine on our floor and large flat screen that you can use for Netflix.
• Al (10/5): - It was a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful! Add the breakfast option to your booking! It's all fresh fruit, pastries etc and well worth it! We found the room to be full of everything you need. There's lots of variety stores, and little restaurants in the area. We had a fantastic meal at a restaurant named "Loop Hamburg", its owned by the sweetest young couple, and it's only about an 8 minute walk from the hotel! The only downside is the street, is a little noisy, but nothing horrible. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. We would stay there again!

• Sze Man (8/5): - 房間空間寬敞，可以分別打開24寸和29寸行李箱也沒有問題。 入住602號房間，此樓層便有投幣式洗衣機，可於2樓問職員免費取洗衣液。 酒店職員可以幫忙約黑貓宅急便把行李箱自費送到京都的酒店，只要將行李箱提早一天放到酒店大堂，隔天下午便收到。 唯一缺點是房間的窗位於床頭，百頁簾遮光不太好，每天早上4點便被照醒，最好自備眼罩。

• 小百合 (10/5): - デラックスフォースに宿泊しました。 部屋は広くてとても綺麗‼️入口で靴を脱ぐスタイルだったので中は裸足で過ごせてとても楽でした。 近くのコンビニでお菓子を買って、コーヒーを淹れてソファに座り、TVを観て歓談しながらゆっくり過ごすことができました。 食事なしプランだったのでチェックイン時に申し出て朝食バイキングを500円で付けてもらいましたが、種類は少ないものの味は良く大満足です。 また、駐車場はありませんが近くに安い駐車場が多く、最大料金も設定されていたので安心できました。 フロントの方もレストランの方も、スタッフはみんな親切で、フロントの方は大阪城への行き方を紙に書いて丁寧に教えてくださいました。 コロナ禍以降、あちこちのホテルに数え切れないぐらい泊まりましたが、1.2を争うほど良いホテルでした。安いのでまた絶対泊まりに来ます。

• Kathy (8/5): 隔音不好 - 房間很大，很舒適，很乾淨，清潔房間服務也不錯，每天都會補充瓶裝水，不過房間隔音真的很不好，第一天晚上，12時多，樓上十分吵鬧，整晚都聽到人的叫聲，只要樓上走路都會聽到聲音，睡著了又給吵醒，幸好之後3天比較安靜，不過有人走路，還是會聽到聲音。還有一樣需要改善，就是窗簾隔光，竟然有二個窗口是沒有隔光廉，還是在床邊的，另外床頭有隔光的，也只是一片布廉，隔光很差，如果是想要睡晚一點的人，完全不適合入住

• HeeJin (10/5): 만족스러웠습니다. - 방이 깨끗하고 넓은 편, 부엌과 화장실 전부 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 녹차나 커피머신, 전기포트 등이 있어 아침에 간단하게 커피 마시거나 라면 먹기 좋았습니다! 직원분도 친절하셔서 서비스면에서도 좋았습니다. 룸 클리닝 정도도 선택할 수 있어 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 단점을 뽑자면 호텔 출입구에 있는 계단과 역 출구 자체와는 가깝지만 미도스지선을 타려면 오래 걸어야한다는 점 정도입니다. 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다!

• han (10/5): 너무 만족스러운 곳👍👍 - 체크인시간 전인데 짐도 맡아주시고 준비된이후 짐도 방으로 미리 옮겨주셨어요. 친절하시고 숙박 중간에 깨꼿하게 치워주시기도 하셨어요. 어른4.아이2인데도 너무 편하게 잘있다가 왔어요.장소는 번화가 옆인데도 식당이나 마트도 있고 위치도 맘에 들었어요.
• ひさこ (10/5): - 広々とした部屋でゆっくりできました。鏡の数が少なく女子旅だったので朝順番待ちになったのが残念でした。
• CHANHO (10/5): - 아이들과 함께 3일간 지낸 호텔입니다. 불편함 없이 잘 사용했습니다. 아이들이 매우 좋아했습니다. 저 또한 매우 만족한 호텔입니다. 조식 또한 매우 훌륭했습니다. 다음에 여행을 가게 된다면 또 머물고 싶습니다. 지하철역(혼마치역)에서 매우 가깝습니다.

• ? (10/5): - コスパ良し、部屋も広く清潔でした。朝食も対応がフレンドリーでバランスの良い食事ができました。大変お世話になりました。また大阪に行く際は利用したいです。
• のぶやす (10/5): - 部屋が広くてホテルの外は繁華街ではないので静かなのが良かったです。ベッドも寝やすかったです。5分程度歩けばコンビニやチェーン店のレストランは多数ありました。 ドラッグストアがあったのも助かりました。 あえて言えば部屋のドアや部屋の作りが、もう少し頑丈で有れば良かったと思います。

• ようこ (8/5): - スタッフの方の対応もよく、部屋も広く清潔で　ゆっくり出来ました。 朝食もとても美味しく　ステキなホテルでした
• Leslie (10/5): Delightful hotel, just one or two subway stops away from Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi! - Breakfast was wonderful and the service and facilities were exceptional! Nothing at all.
• Masashi (10/5): - 館内、お部屋すべて清潔感がありました。 入浴剤のサービスが嬉しかったです。 駅が近くにあり、周辺には飲食店、薬局もあるので利便性の良い環境だと思います。

• キエ (8/5): - 部屋はとてもきれいです。 近くに飲食店も多くあり利便性も◯ ただナイトウェアが少し独特な匂いがしたので気になる人は苦手かも… その他はとてもよかったです。
• Verified traveler (6/5): - ホームページにフリーカフェでいつでもコーヒーが飲めると書かれていたので楽しみにしていましたが、朝食の時間しか飲めなかったです。朝食についての案内もまったくなかったので、自分のプランにはついてないと思い行きませんでした。いくらか支払えば食べられたのかどうかもわかりませんでした。 お部屋は広くて快適でした。駅も近くて便利です。
• Jacqui (9/5): Excellent stay at Yururito hotel - Convenient location close to Hommachi metro station and Osaka castle. Excellent private bathroom facilities. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Lovely little restaurant just around the corner. The pillows didn't suit us.
