• Diego (10/5): Bom hotel - Bom hotel. Funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. O espaço pro café da manhã era um pouco apertado. As mesas muito próximas umas das outras. Mas nada que atrapalhasse a refeição, mas a pessoa come ouvindo a conversa do vizinho de mesa.

• Craig (9/5): Great, friendly, well located hotel for Rome stay - Location is excellent, the Colosseum is an easy walk and there is a Metro station very close to the property which is very convenient for getting around Rome. The breakfast is very good and all staff members are very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

• Jibran (9/5): - Very cute hotel, very strategic location and very warm and friendly staff. They even agreed to our request for a kettle in the room. The room was just perfect, bed very comfortable and very aesthetic interiors. The breakfast spread was huge and lots of variety. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a cozy place to stay which is around major attractions and near public transport facilities. Only thing I didn't like was the early check out time (10 am) 😱

• Miwa (8/5): - 長時間フライト後の1泊でしたが、ラッキーなことに午前中の到着早々お部屋に入れていただけたのが大変ありがたかったです。シングルルームでしたがお部屋にゆとりがあり快適に過ごせました。ヨーロッパのホテルには珍しくアメニティポーチもありましたし、冷蔵庫もあったので助かりました。 お部屋にゆとりがある分、バスルームは狭め。24hフロントなので問題ないですが、外出のたびに鍵は預ける必要があり、出入りは若干気を使いました。あとはホテルの問題ではないですが、主要な観光地からは少々距離があり、駅からは緩やかな上り坂を上がる必要があります。スーパーもちょっと遠いです。

Le petit déjeuner est très complet, des fruits frais, charcuteries, fromages, yaourts, céréales, viennoiseries, œufs durs etc. Il y a une station de bus tout près. Le quartier est calme et agréable. L'espace petit-déjeuner est un peu serré quand tous les clients sont levés, Nous nous sommes réveillés plus tôt pour être parmi les premiers du coup.

• Andrea (8/5): Friendly staff in a in-city countryside hotel. - What I liked the most was the cozy feeling, even being relative close to the main attractions in Roma it was like being in the countryside. The young men working nightshifts were very helpful and service minded. Free bottled water was also a nice touch as I was there when it was very warm and it helped me staying hydrated. :) In the big I did like the breakfast but it could be me not eating when it's hot outside because it had all the main things you could require from a breakfast and the staff made espresso and cappucino if you like. Cute rooms for it too. In overall it did it's purpose for my stay in Roma, the only two small tiny things was that it's not entirely in the city center and if you are not into the metro or bus system it can feel a little remotely, specially in the nights and that the checkout time was at 10 so if you were off in the evening it could been a bit long. Still that is a objective opinion as it suited my purpose fine anyways.

• Alona (10/5): - Ogólnie hotel bardzo nam się podobał. Pokój był przytulny, łóżko wygodne, a w środku było cieplutko. To świetne miejsce, żeby się przespać, odświeżyć i ruszyć dalej na zwiedzanie Rzymu. W pokoju ani w łazience nie ma okien, są natomiast drzwi prowadzące na mini balkony. Same balkony są bardzo wysokie i przypominają raczej ścianę, więc nie ma praktycznie żadnego widoku na ulicę. Nam to jednak zupełnie nie przeszkadzało, ponieważ wracaliśmy późnym wieczorem, a wychodziliśmy wcześnie rano. Personel jest wspaniały – panie w recepcji zawsze były pomocne i życzliwe. W dniu wyjazdu bez żadnego problemu mogliśmy zostawić bagaż aż do wieczora. Szczególne podziękowania dla pani, która mówi trochę po polsku – bardzo mi pomogła i wszystko dokładnie wyjaśniła. Śniadania są dobre – nie ma dań na ciepło, ale jest duży wybór kanapek, serów i wędlin, a także wiele słodkości, orzechów, soków, ciast i ciastek. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Koloseum i Forum Romanum znajdują się bardzo blisko – spacer zajmuje około 15 minut. W pobliżu jest też stacja metra Circo Massimo. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić ten hotel.

• Gomes (10/5): A estadia foi maravilhosa, perto das principais atrações turísticas e restaurantes. - O pequeno almoço excelente, com muita variedade, capuchinho muito saboroso, deliciosos croissants, fruta fresca e no fim um expresso servido com muita simpatia. Nada a registar, estava tudo ótimo!

• Gabriela (10/5): Geheimtipp - Tolle Lage (Metro in Gehdistanz), ruhiger Ort, schnell im Zentrum und das wichtigste für mich: sauberes, helles, liebevoll gestaltetes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war auch perfekt: schöne Auswahl, frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet. Ein Geheimtipp für einen entspannten Romaufenthalt. -

• Besa (7/5): Ok stay if it was cheaper. Neighborhood was amazing and near many important locations. - Breakfast had all the essentials. It was ok to have something to eat. The staff was trying to serve very fast and very polite. They were offering different type of coffees which was nice. The general feeling of the place was that it was not clean. I found a huge spider under my bed that had created home there. After talking to the staff they did not seem to bother, but rather explained to me that its because of the plants outside and they cannot kill the plants. Funny but not so funny. There was no effort to change something. If the room was cleaned thoroughly at the same day the spider would not have had time to build a home.

The staff were all really nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and the location is simply perfect. The hotel is 10 minutes away from some of the most beautiful sights in Rome, and yet it is tucked into a very quiet corner, with hardly any traffic. Very recommended for tourism and resting. Finally, the breakfast: rich, with plenty of choice and very good quality food. A great way to start the day. Overall, a great experience with excellent value for money. The breakfast is served in a covered terrace, which can be cold. That space could do with better insulation.

• Giulia (10/5): - La posizione dell'hotel è ideale per visitare la città,essendo molto vicina alla metro e alla fermata del bus,spostarsi è veramente molto facile. avendo girato diverse zone di roma,direi che questa rispetto ad altre è molto tranquilla.Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per essere vicini al circo massimo finito il concerto,non sapendo fosse veramente così vicino!! Siamo stati accolti calorosamente. Inoltre in camera era anche presente un set di saponi,cuffia,ciabatte etc.. per un prossimo concerto al circo massimo o per un’eventuale viaggio,ci torneremo sicuramente! The shower water pressure was weak. The ground floor rooms are very close to entry, so can be noisy if you want to nap off jet lag.

• Ģirts (10/5): Nice hotel with good breakfast close to Colosseum. - Nice hotel close to Colosseum and other main sites of Rome. If one likes walking, it was quite easy to visit all the sites, including Vatican, without using the public transport. The room was clean and cosy, but staff helpful. Breakfast was good as well.

Central location, nice staff. - We travelled as group for a working meeting in Rome in October 2025 and we decided to stay at the Sourire hotel which was recommended by our colleague who had been staying there before. It is located in a quiet and safe area, close to restaurants and metro, very central. Staff of the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. I've heard from colleagues that whenever they needed to ask for help at the reception the issues they addressed were solved quickly. The breakfast was good in comparison to other hotels in Rome that often only suggests cakes and sweets. We really enjoyed our stay in Sourire and will come back there again!

Once the staff learned that we don’t eat pork, they offered us beef/turkey options the following days. Very nice of them! +No big deal but we could hear guests in the adjacent room watching TV.

• Eron (10/5): Maravilhosa! - Já me hospedei nesse hotel no ano passado e resolvi me hospedar agora novamente porque gostei muito dele. O quarto é bem confortável e o café da manhã é uma delícia, bem completo! O monte Aventino, onde está situado o hotel, é um lugar com uma atmosfera mágica. A porta do chuveiro estava quebrada.

U blizini ima dosta restorana, barova. Miran kvart, nema puno prometa. Naša soba udobna i prostrana, wi-fi ima dobar signal u cijelom hotelu. Hotel je dosta uredan i čist, osoblje pristupačno. Doručak jako raznolik i kvalitetan. Jedina primjedba se odnosi na ručnike koji se ne mjenjaju tijekom boravka. Ovaj hotel mora popraviti ovu uslugu i mjenjati ručnike na dnevnoj bazi. Sve ostao super!

• Adriana (10/5): Great chic hotel in Rome in a nice area - Hotel was really nice. Very clean, the rooms big, well equipped, mini bar with several drinks and snacks. Location excellent. Breakfast also good. And the staff was really really nice and friendly. We were a group of 9 and the guy at the reception really made his best to find taxis that suit us all and were not overpriced. Very much appreciated everything that this hotel has offered. They also speak very good english . Boom with trust :) Everything was great
