Pokój widać, że urządzony w nowoczesnym stylu ładny z małymi niedociągnięciami ale zdaję sobie sprawę, że przewija się tam dużo osób. Zamówiliśmy pokój deluxe i nie był to ten pokój jak na zdjęciach przy rezerwacji. Dostaliśmy pokój z widokiem na tyły budynku. Po pierwszej nocy spędzonej w łazience i pokoju chodziły owady. Zgłosiłam to właścicielowi i dostaliśmy jeszcze tego samego wieczoru inny pokój z widokiem na miasto. Czy lepszy? - nie było owadów, większy ale było słychać wszystkie hałasy na mieście, dywan brudny i mogliby go wymienić oraz odpadała farba z sufitu ( sufit był ze starych desek, które kiedyś były malowane i się z nich kruszyło), jakieś drobne obtarcia ścian, czy drzwi ale to szczegół. Pościel czysta ale wnętrze, wypełnienie- kołdra brudna zgłosiłam i za chwilę dostarczyli nową czystą. Uważam, że tego typu sytuacje nie mogą mieć miejsca jeżeli chodzi o czystość i jakiś standard. A już napewno nie w tej cenie...
• KlaraLB (4/5): - Great location, between the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Can walk to most Rome attractions from the hotel. After booking, I got a message from the host that "they moved location and the address is not updated on Booking.com or Google", which was strange. This has been happening for at least a year based on later closer inspection of the past reviews. I gave notice to the host of our expected time of arrival 24 hrs prior, and when we did come to the address (Via delle Mercede 21) we realized it is a residential building and we got no instructions on how to enter. We had to call the host and wait for 25 minutes before anyone showed up. The room looked nothing like the pictures (I suspect the rooms in the photos are in the previous/"old" location) - these are residential apartments converted into rentals with 4-5 rooms, with the renovation being done quite poorly and clearly on a budget (i.e. the decorative trim on the wall was raw plaster, not even painted; there were zero hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels, no ventilation). Several amenities listed in the ad were also missing - no safety deposit boxes, no coffee/tea machines. There was also zero soundproofing (it's a wonderful turn-of-the-century building after all) and there is a music school one floor below. Although there is no reception area, they claim to offer luggage storage, but when inquired about it (in Italian so language barrier was not a problem) the answer was extremely unclear and ambiguous, and we decided not to risk it. I would not recommend staying here purely due to seemingly shady business practices.

• BiancaM14 (1/5): Avoid this accommodation at any cost - The neighborhood and that would be all. The first thing that was a red flag, was the fact that the accommodation is onto a different street than the one in Booking. The one I've booked was on via de la Mercede 21. The host told me that Booking didn't update it yet, but for me it seemed a lie. The second fact is that the host lied to us regarding the accommodation, because we had a small, with dust room and the bathroom was extremely tiny. I can't understand how they can lie and how they can pretend that everything is fine. There was mentioned even by the host that there will be coffee and tea. Guess what? There wasn't any. Also, no hairdryer in the room. I requested one, I've received one, but it was in a bad condition and I didn't want to use it (see the pictures) The bad wasn't comfortable, the room was hot and I didn't want to sleep with the window open, because anyone could have climb into the room, without too many efforts. The room next to us, room no. 1, was way bigger and more beautiful than the cage we had. The overall experience was bad and I do not recommend this accommodation to anybody. Take care, in order to not get scammed and choose wisely.

Πολυ κοντά στη trevi πολυ κοντά στο Πάνθεον αλλά και στην navona . H via del Corso (δρομος για ψώνια)στα πόδια μας. Η κοπέλες στη ρεσεψιόν πολυ εξυπηρετικές. I am very particular when it comes to hotel rooms, so when it came to booking I was skeptical (as always) but once we arrived I was blown away with the service, the style and the room. Everything about it was amazing and Martina was an incredible host, thank you for making this trip so special! I couldn't rate the hotel any higher but will 10000% be coming back and recommending all my friend/family! Location: The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the Trevi making nay late night visits super easy and fun. The colosseum is only a 15 minute walk. Surrounded by loads of good food and drink options. Below the hotel to the right do Happy Hour Aperol Spritz for 7 Euros which is so good, and they are all really friendly! Hotel style: Boutique, artistic and comfortable. All really well done and not half hearted- whatsoever. I noticed when booking that there were some complaints about the hotel noise, but I wouldn't say this was a problem. When you stay in a city you are always bound to some form of noise but that is what makes a big-city trip feel fun. You want to go somewhere with a bit of life and this location gives you life. That this hotel is so amazing that one day it will always be fully booked!!!
• Bettina (10/5): Tochter und Mutter (85) sind hier bestens aufgehoben. Alles fußläufig, außer dem Vatikan vielleicht. - Man wohnt in einem anderen Hotel, dem Couper Ulmilta. Dieses liegt noch besser: an der Haupteinkaufsstraße Via del Corso/Ecke Via d`Ulmilta also genau zwischen Pantheon und Trevibrunnen. Bus hält vor der Haustür, von hier direkte Verbindung zum Hauptbahnhof und Vatikan. Alles andere ist fußläufig - sogar für meine 85-jährige Mutter. Kaffemaschine mit sehr leckeren Kapseln, hochwertiges Duschgel, edle Porzellantassen - wirklich toll. Zimmer 107 ist behindertengerecht und etwas größer, Bäder neu, sichere Gegend, perfekte und sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit den Betreiberinnen. Gut zu wissen, dass die Gegend sehr laut ist - mit offenem Fenster kann man nicht schlafen. Hat uns im Januar nicht gestört. Wer zentral in Rom wohnen will, wird nichts Ruhiges finden. In einem der Zimmer war der Duschstrahl extrem schwach. Sonst wirklich perfekt.

La camera assegnata gode di una vista spettacolare su piazza Colonna ed è fornita di tutto il necessario, ottima la pulizia. Tutto perfetto! Struttura assolutamente consigliata! Menzione a parte merita la Signora Fabiola che ci ha accolti con estrema disponibilità e professionalità, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio, cosa non scontata! • Josef (9/5): Skvělá lokalita v centru Říma, překvapení s místem ubytování - Skvělá lokalita (v centru, asi 2 minuty od Fontany di Trevi), přitom klidné a bez ruchu z ulice. Velmi příjemný a milý personál, domluva předem skvělá po Whatsappu. Je milé, že člověk dostane 2 lahve balené vody denně :) Super! Až po zaplacení jsme se přes Whatsapp dozvěděli, že ubytování je vlastně jinde (o pár desítek metrů, stějně skvělá lokalita - možná i lepší). Ale překvapilo nás to hodně a trochu znervoznělo. Je možné, že se to děje jen při plném obsazení celé kapacity. Není to stížnost, jen překvapení, vypadá to, že provozovatel má více hotelů a sdílí si místa..

• Yaren (10/5): Amazing Stay, Highly Recommend! - We had an incredible experience at this hotel. The room was huge and comfortable. The hot water was always available, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Its location is ideal – just a 4-5 minute walk to tourist attractions, and getting to the hotel from the airport was super easy. It’s also within walking distance to all the main sights in Rome. The hotel was cleaned beautifully every day, and the staff were all amazing, especially Martina. They were all incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Rome. Highly recommend!

El trato es excepcional, la habitación totalmente reformada y con una decoración muy bonita. A nivel de limpieza, impoluto. Diariamente aspiraban y dejaban la habitación como si acabásemos de entrar el primer día, además un detalle increíble es que todos los días dejaban agua nueva en la nevera, varias cápsulas de café nexpreso, infusiones, hervidor. La experiencia ha sido una pasada, repetiríamos sin pensarlo. Gracias Nada, absolutamente todo era fantástico. Gracias

Maioritariamente, o nosso contato com o staff foi com a Alessia que merece um grande elogio pelo seu alto profissionalismo e desempenho e grande eficácia. Reservei 2 quartos em Mendeli Suite (Via della Colonna Antonina 35, Pantheon, Roma, 00186, Itália ). Após a reserva recebi um email e via WhatsApp uma mensagem de "The Couper", informando que tinham uma nova morada (Via Dei Condotti 9 ) e que o Booking.com ainda não tinha alterado. Talvez por ser novo, não foi fácil localizar o "The Couper" dentro do edifício. Assim a minha avaliação refere-se ao "The Couper". Na casa de banho o espelho está a atrás da porta. Julgo que deveria ter um por cima do lavatório

Super clean and nice coffee and tea setup Nothing except we had trouble finding the keycards on the desk at first for check in. It ended up being in the little gold bowl(which I am short so I couldn't see lol) but the lady responded within ten minutes anyways.

Nous sommes monté dans le lobby (moquette très sale) et avons eu un accueil assez désagréable. Pas de petit déjeuner possible dans l’établissement.. Aucun service ni endroit ou s’asseoir dans l’établissement. Chambre minuscule, sombre avec seulement une toute petite fenêtre à 2 mètres en hauteur sans vue), prises électriques déboîtées, eau à peine tiède et sans pression Nous avons reçu un mail la veille de notre arrivée pour nous informer d’un changement d’adresse. A l’accueil on nous explique qu’ils viennent tout juste de déménager et que ils n’ont pas eu le temps de mettre à jour l’adresse et les infos sur les plateformes de réservation. Mensonge ! Un établissement à plus de 350 €/nuit mais pas du tout recommandable en rapport qualité prix
• Lucija (4/5): - Soba nije bila cista, pod je bio prljav, rucnici su bili puni mrlja, iza nocnog ormarica bilo je razbijeno staklo koje je bilo i po hodniku

• Linnéa (10/5): Här vill du bo om du ska resa till Rom. - Jättefint boende med nyrenoverade rum, adressen är däremot inte uppdaterad ännu, så hotellet var beläget på annan adress och rummen var inte som på bilderna men trots detta superfräscha och bekväma. Bäst var servicen från personalen, de var alltid lättillgängliga och kom med tips på sevärdheter och restauranger i Rom. Vi älskade att bo så centralt, med bara 5 minuters promenadavstånd från Pantheon. Kan varmt rekommendera att bo här, vi har trivts jättebra och fått ett superfint bemötande! :)
