- Alexandra (6/5): - The procedure to get the key to the suite was complicated and it is not clear early enough (when still having WLAN) where to go to. It took us 1h to find out. The suite itself is less exclusive than in the pictures but in walking minutes to Petronas towers.
- Cassandra (4/5): - The host of this property is quite rude and his communication is poor. The key pick up process is complicated with you having to go to another building to collect keys and the key box shares keys with other rental properties which makes it very confusing. The view is amazing and the apartment is spacious and beds are comfortable. However the bathrooms are the real let down. There is a lot of mould and the glass shower screens are very dirty. My husband wanted to move to another place because of the uncleanliness of the bathrooms. Note the gym and pool are an extra cost of MYR20 pp each. Overall a fairly good location.
- Raymond (10/5): - if you want to stay downtown and this would be the best place. Also the place has great view of KL tower and Petronas Tower which is a plus factor in looking for a place. The property is cleaned and well equipped which makes our stay pleasant and convenient
