The beds and pillows were luxurious and super supportive and comfortable. The location doesn't have a separate, safe area for drop-off and pickup when using local transportation.

They were more than happy to create an Irish Latte for me. Live music on the weekend was superb! I would definitely come back.

The rooms were modern, had everything we needed and were larger than anticipated. Overall the hotel was very clean, well maintained and a great place to experience Dublin.

• TerryFromCanada (2/5): Hyatt Best Price Guarantee isn't! - I will never stay at a Hyatt again. The best price guarantee is structurally fraudulent. I was overcharged for my room compared to the Booking.com rate and Hyatt Corporate is not concerned because their policy guidelines are met. The process is flawed. If you book the last available room in a specific room category, the check required requires more effort than simply trying to book another room to check the rate. When checked, there are no rooms available - I booked the last one. Hyatt must have known about this flaw for years as none of the agents I complained to seemed to find it unusual but also said that was the program design. OK, that means Hyatt Corporate no longer deserves my patronage. The Hotel itself was well located and the staff was very good.
• 905erican (10/5): Quiet Modern Dublin hotel - Hotel was nice. Felt safe staying here. Modern and clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. The bathrooms are large and loved the king sized bed. Our favorite was Lisa in the breakfast restaurant. She was always so friendly and upbeat. Loved hearing her singing along to the music every morning and in such a happy mood. Food at breakfast was delicious. Recommend visiting John Fallons pub next door and Kavanaughs pub just down the street. Big bus tours also stops near the hotel. It was a little far to walk to the main tourist areas such as Grafton Street and Temple Bar but a good location anyway.

Der Teppich im Zimmer ist schon eher ekelig und im Badezimmer gibt es keine Steckdose. Abends also Haare föhnen, wenn das Kind schläft, fällt flach. Alles in allem kein Wow, auch das frühstück war eher naja.

The lobby was tastefully appointed and breakfast was among the best I've experienced for being included in the group rate. Amenities in the room were above average and there was not any noise from neighbors or the hallway that I noticed during my entire stay, which is rarely the case in my experience with other mainline and mid-tier and even luxury brands. Overall an excellent value for a prime launching off point to explore Dublin. Live music Thur-Sun evenings was a unexpected bonus!

• Piglet26_8 (4/5): Disappointing - Arrived on Monday 27th April 26, first impressions very nice, welcoming staff nice reception area. I booked an accessible room and the room was spacious, but no grab rails in the bathroom. No proper wardrobe and only one drawer not ideal for a 4 night stay. Good service in the bar area but very expensive. Onto Breakfast - it's all table service - unfortunately every time they took the order , this was incorrect, with items missing or the wrong items bought. For some unknown reason, all items bought at the same time, so your main breakfast was cold if you had fruit/cereal to start. One morning I sat next to preparation area, and I witnessed the pastries being picked up by hand, when there were tongs right there. Also, the staff were standing around and slagging off customers this is unacceptable. After eating breakfast on the first morning I had food poisoning - this was the only place I had eaten, so I can only conclude this was my breakfast. The food quality was not good enough - the soup had basil oil all over it and I complained but the waiter didn't seem interested. Such as shame as Hyatt are a large chain and I expected more especially for the price!!!

Thanks to the staff at the Hyatt Centric Dublin, they were able to help me to feel it is a home away from home. I also want to thank Lisa from the breakfast staff to always so accommodating and cheerful. Makes each day start perfectly!

Switching loyalty to Hyatt - I've done a fair bit of traveling the past 4 years and can confidently say the Hyatt Centric Dublin was one of the best chain hotel experiences I've had. The location is excellent, the mood is relaxed yet sophisticated, the rooms are very well designed and appointed (with glasses, mugs, robes, and espresso machines), and above all the staff is top-notch. Lisa and Gareth and the whole dining staff took such good care of us at breakfast (Gareth brough us cappuccinos as soon as we sat down, without even needing to ask). Alex and Abdul at the front desk were amazingly helpful and accommodating, and even managed to upgrade us to a suite. Can't say enough good things about Hyatt Centric the Liberties. They raised the bar for our future travels and will be looking for Hyatt properties first from now on.

Very close - Decent sized room, pleasant staff, and nice restaurant The door to our room did not automatically close and therefore was left open every night we came back despite pointing this out to the front desk and the housekeeping staff. Very unsettling.

• MademoiselleX (4/5): Not for anything over one night. - We traveled as a family for St Patricks Week in Dublin so we had two rooms in our reservation. We were staying for a week in Dublin and decided on the Hyatt Centric The Liberties. But...not our best decision. 1. Checking in: The gal that checked us in at the front desk was not very knowledgeable and kept telling me that only one room was paid for in advance. Finally after pushing back on her numerous times, she FINALLY said...ahh now I see, yes it is already taken care of...as if it was some hidden notation that there was nothing owed that she had to dig around to find...then she points the direction to go to get to our room with no explanation. We walk through some doors and it suddenly feels like you are walking into a dormitory or a super 8 motel. Catch the lift up to your floor (which was better than the lobby entry area) 2. The Room: WOW...DISAPPOINTING AND BIZARRE (a Weird layout with a half wall with a TV on either side of it). We got a Deluxe King Room and were expecting what is in the picture or at least a close facsimile. Nothing close to it, the room is soooooooo dark an dreary...the lighting is terrible. First there is NO STORAGE. No Dresser or drawers to unpack so you can put your suitcases away. Nope...you have to live out of your suitcases and there is nowhere to rest your suitcases so they are propped on the tiny love seat. There is a desk with a bookshelf but NOTHING to put your clothes away in. The "Closet" is TINY. I am talking the size of a broom closet and all the space is taken up by the hanging bathrobes and the giant ironing board in the closet. Take the robes out you say? Would love to if there was a place to hang the bathrobes...nope...no hooks in the bathroom, no shelves in the bathroom, no towel racks in the bathroom. I don't know what this minimalist furniture thing is all about but if you are looking for a place for multiple nights and not just an overnight...this is not a room that welcomes you. It is cold and uninviting with its Ikea like furniture and lack of storage. The mattress for the bed was Okay. The Cleanliness was excellent. 3. The breakfast: You have to pay for breakfast as it is not included like MOST other equivalently priced rooms/hotels. So they gotta fix that. The staff in the restaurant was LOVELY and hard working. The options for breakfast are pretty good (I did enjoy the porridge). Pots of tea and Coffee. Poached eggs...all very satisfying. 4. Checkout: This was sure as heck smoother than checking in and the gentleman who checked us out was knowledgeable and never once tried to say the room was not pre paid for. He was helpful and kind giving us directions for our next leg of our Irish visit. 5. Location: This was the reason we chose this hotel. We did NOT want to stay in the center of Temple Bar or on Conners Street. We do like quiet and everything in Dublin is walking distance. We walked everywhere from the hotel. That is the one thing I can truly say we enjoyed about the Hyatt Centric at the Liberties. It is literally across the street from St Patricks Cathedral and everything is in walking distance without being crowded by the Central area crowds. In short...if it's a one night stay...sure. But not for anything longer. And they gotta fix that Breakfast not included policy. Not good form on their part.

• Unahayes (8/5): Lovely hotel with considerable nice staff - Really lovely hotel . Met the 2 Alex s at check in and they were super nice ! Breakfast was 7-11 which was a real treat . The à la carte breakfast was delicious - we were met by Katie in the breakfast restaurant - she was lovely ! And served by a lovely girl called Lisa - full of life and could not have been more attentive - also had Emma serve us she was a lovely girl .! Staff all so friendly . One thing though - it is the hotels policy that no food from outside can come in in the night - so we had just come back from a show and my friend and husband asked the man at reception could we bring in a pizza as we were hungry as no food was being served at that time - understandably - as it was 11:30pm - he said no problem - so they went and got a pizza - but just as we were finishing it we were told we could not eat it - and security man came and was quite rude - bearing in mind we were having some drinks from the hotels bar and had paid a substantial amount for the rooms (3 couples - so the hotel made a considerable sum from us !) just thought this was a bit petty - there was an American group next to us and they were also told they could nt eat ! Just a bit much I felt to be honest - 2 of us just went to bed then . Kinda put a dampner on the evening . Especially when we had the courtesy to ask permission and granted it ! But overall it’s a really lovely hotel and the staff were so nice . I would stay there again !

Would be great if more milk was left in room when I stay again or maybe I’ll bring my own. Very quiet area. Short walk to Vicker street. Parking is tight so best to reverse into the space. Think it’s 25 car spots. Get in early. We didn’t have breakfast but plenty of cafes local. Hard to find the parking. It’s the big garage door to the right on the building. Buzz in and the gates open. Will definitely stay again.

Pain de mie 1 petit croissant chocolaté et quand on a demandé un peu plus généreux on nous a ramené dans une grande corbeille deux petits croissants miniatures… Tous les jours ont été le même combat .

• Lynn (7/5): A little disappointing - The location was great and the front of house staff efficient and knowledgeable. Room was spacious and spotless and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was expensive and luke warm. Order was brought in a random order. The staff were more interested in a coach party enjoying breakfast than the independent travellers. We had a room at the front of the hotel which allowed a lot of noise in from outside over night due to inefficient double glazing.

• fernando (10/5): Hotel muy confortable a metros de San Patrick - La ubicación es en una zona un poco alejada del sector de más movimiento pero la zona en sí es muy tranquila. Los puntos de mayor interés están a 20 minutos caminando y a 5 o 6 minutos en Uber . Nada.

• IWONA MARTA (9/5): En general muy buena estancia!!! - Ubicación, se puede ir a muchos sitios de interés caminando. Las zonas comunes, recepción, restaurante etc… con una decoración muy bonita. Habitación amplia y cómoda con todo lo necesario, cama y almohadas cómodas también. Baño con buena distribución. Todo estaba limpio. Hicimos uso del restaurante para el servicio de cenas un par de días y nos encantó tanto la comida como la atención. Personal de recepción también muy amable y profesional. Check in y out muy fácil y ágil. Vistas (era un primero con la ventana que daba a un muro). Hicimos uso del servicio de desayuno un día y aunque la calidad y variedad nos parecieron correctas, nos sorprendió enormemente el servicio, sobre todo comparando con el de cenas que fue genial. En el desayuno aparte de muy lento, nos dio la sensación de que el personal no estaba atento ni pendiente en absoluto. Bastante mejorable.
