• Minh Tien Victoria (8/5): Good and convenient place that was lose enough to food and things to do + transport. Would recommend - The place was clean and tidy overall. Hotel gave a generous supply of toiletries and provided fresh towels everyday as well as additional cleaning service. Friendly staff. The room had a slight smell to it that was easily rid of by using the airconditioning. During checkout, we had left our luggage with staff and informed them of our return time to pick up our luggage. However upon returning, there was no one at the desk. We waited 30 mins to see if anyone would come. When we tried calling the staff with the provided phone and contact details, they did not come until 20 minutes+ later.

• Juliana (7/5): Ok - Fica bem perto da Doutonbori, dá pra ir a pé. O quarto é bem pequeno e apertado, o banheiro principalmente, mas a gente já esperava ficar em um hotel assim, então atendeu as nossas necessidades.

• Alessandro (7/5): Great location, great staff, clean room, potentially loud neighbors/ location and slightly uncomfortable bedding - Great location, good value for money, nice staff, fresh towels everyday, super clean room, good soap. The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable in my opinion (super stiff and heavy pillows), the room was very small and there was a ton of outside noise from room neighbours and an aircon unit (which I think was placed on the wall behind our beds - so very loud at times). Not really deal breakers, but I’m a very light sleeper so it was a bit uncomfortable in that sense.

• Simone (7/5): Gran hotel calidad-precio - La buena localización, pero en especial la amabilidad de los empleados La baja conexión del wi-fi dependiendo de la ubicación de tu habitación. El tamaño de la habitación, aunque realmente sea algo común de los propios hoteles de las grandes ciudades del país. Probablemente el mayor punto negativo podria ser el olor extraño que hay en las habitaciones, el cual no se sabe bien de dónde proviene.
• Ma Niña Ramona (7/5): Not bad. - It was walking distance from Dotonbori so it's very walkable from the train stations plus a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping districts. The room was too small than expected. They asked to pay extra fess (like accommodation tax and luggage storage) only in cash which was a bit disappointing since other accommodations I've tried didn't ask for this. No drinking water provided.

La literie est très confortable, il y a des rideaux pour cacher la lumière le matin, et l'hôtel est très calme. Hotel très propre, emplacement génial, personnel très sympa. On avait bcp lu que les chambres étaient minuscules... c'est franchement abusé. Elles sont fonctionnelles et très bien pour dormir. Nous y avons passé 3 nuits avec mon fils sans problème. Il y a à 50 mètres une supérette pour le petit dej. Une tonnes de magasins et resto dans un quartier vivant à 100m. Et surtout un superrrrrrr resto juste en face! RAS

Gece acil bir durum için verdikleri numaradaki şahıs İngilizce bilmiyor ve otele gelemeyeceğini söylüyor. Anahtarınızı odada unutursanız o geceyi dışarda geçirmek zorundasınız. 2. Tek kişilik iki yatağı birleştirip çift kişilik yatak yapmişlar. Yatakta iki kişi yatacaksaız çok rahatsız ediyor. Gece rahat bir uyku uyuyamadık 3. Ayrıca odada hafif bir rutubet kokusu vardı.

• Hüseyin (4/5): - Otelin sevdiğim tek yanı yeriydi. Otel Dotombori caddesine 100-150 m mesafe deydi. Ayrıca Namba metro istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde ydi. Japonya'da kaldığım üç otelin en kötüsüydü. 1. Parasını ödediğniz halde aksilik olur da akşam saat 22.00 dan sonra gelirseniz otele kabul edilmiyor sunuz. 2. Akşam gezerken 13 yaşındaki oğlum kendini iyi hissetmediği içinn otele döndü. Saat 22.00 gibi biz de otele geldik. Her oda için tek anahtar verdikleri için anahtar oğlumdaydı. Kapıtı defalarca çalmama rağmen oğlum kapıyı açmadı. Doğal olarak endişelendim. Alıp durumlarda aranacak bir numara vermişlerdi resepsiyonda ki telefondan aradım. Telefona bakannkadın İngilizce bilmediğini söyledi. Ben de kırma pahasına kapıyı çok fazla kaldım ve güç de olsa oğlum uyandı ve kapıyı açtı. Tehlikeli bir durum karşısında yapacak bir şeyiniz yok. 3. İki tane tek kişilik yatağı birleştirip çift kişilik yapmişlar fakat ara boşluğu kapanmadığından çok rahatsızlık veriyor du. 4. Yataklar rahat olmadığı için uyumakta zorlandım. Ayrıca Odada hafif bir rutubet kokusu vardı.

• 嘉慧 (9/5): - Location and the price are the main reasons I choose this hotel, and I like. The bathroom with a nice bathtub and cover curtains, keeping the bathroom dry. And there are enough towers, which we can change every day. The room is bit crowded, like some other guests suggested, it's a room not suitable for big suitcases.

• Rheza Leah (7/5): Great location. Near to train station and tourist areas. - Great location. Near to Nippombashi train station, Dotonbori, Kuromon market and Shinshaibashi. Lawson is few steps away. Hotel is clean. The elevator has great refreshing smell. I am alone in the room and I had a hard time due to its small size. Walkway is just the right size for one person to pass through. Luggage needs to be kept upright all the time else you can’t navigate the room. Fridge is located underneath the dressing table where a small chair is also located so the chair needs to be moved all the time for fridge access. There’s also a weird smell upon entering the room but nose got used to it after time.
