• David (10/5): - When we first arrived at the main entrance, I was abit took back and thought what have I booked. Fast forward a few minutes to 3rd floor where the suites are located and all my worries was washed away, we was greeted by Elena who was a great host who would check on us daily and made our stay a relaxing and comfortable. The suite it's self was lovely, very big and comfortable, the jacuzzi bath was perfect after a very long 1st day, would definitely recommend this place.

The host (Elena) was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, with excellent communication throughout. Her friendliness and guidance really made a difference and helped us feel at home straight away. The accommodation was absolutely impeccable—the room was immaculate, very well maintained, clean, and comfortable, making the stay very enjoyable. The central location made everything very convenient for us. This is not a hotel, which actually makes it perfect for those who want to explore at their own pace, dine out, and experience the wonderful Italian cuisine and local atmosphere. Overall, it was a genuinely lovely experience from start to finish, and I couldn’t have asked for a better host. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone and would happily stay again in the future. The host was clearly dedicated to ensuring guests have a great experience. • Erica (9/5): zentral und ruhig gelegen - Die Lage war top! Die Wohnung liegt etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss von der Piazza di Spagna entfernt und befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, und das Bett war äusserst bequem. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars. Die Shoppingstrasse liegt gleich nebenan, und dort gibt es sogar einen kleinen Supermarkt. Die Unterkunft ist nicht wirklich ein Hotel, sondern eher eine Wohnung mit mehreren Zimmern. Dies ist auf der Homepage so nicht ersichtlich. Während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts haben wir kaum Personal gesehen, ausser den Reinigungskräften am Morgen. Die Rezeption war nur am letzten Tag besetzt, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Für den Check-in haben wir im Voraus klare Instruktionen per WhatsApp erhalten.

• Sandra (7/5): Perfect Location - The Location was absolutely perfect - walking distance to all major sites but away from tourist traffic so nice and quiet. Around the corner from a popular shopping district. Walking distance to Metro but we only used this when getting to and from Termini train station and the airport. Reception only open until 1 pm but available on WhatsApp for any questions or help (we needed extra pillows which arrived the next morning) The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of an older residential building, but the rooms are modern and comfortable. No fancy frills but had everything we needed for a short city break, out all day sign-seeing Fantastic Cafe Ripetta literally next-door - open 7 am till 9 - serving everything from coffee, breakfast and sandwiches. Staff were amazing
• Neil (9/5): A great value for money location!! - The location is excellent. Central to all attractions. Access was easy and property is very secure. Good fridge and a safe both present. I’ve read reviews that maybe weren’t so good on this property but we couldn’t fault it whatsoever. Cleaned every day with towels also replaced daily Found the fact there is no shower door/curtain strange, but soon got used to that!

• Konstantinos (8/5): - Very friendly personnel they were cleaning the room every day They gave us a lot of information during check in very good spot (around 500 meters from piazza di spagna) -The hotel was in a normal building. No sign (like a classic hotel) in the entrance. Difficult to find it the first time - When he booked the room, we received an automated email that the reception might not be open all day. So I sent an email 2-3 days before arrival that we will be at the hotel around 9 in the morning. So I asked if possible to leave the luggage somewhere safe and come back later for the check-in. They asked for our documents, we sent them and I thought that they will manage somehow. We arrived at 9. We rang the bell noone answered. Hopefully, a guy who works there was cming and helped us reach get inside. We left the bags and after 1 hour the lady contacted me via viber and informed me about the codes we could use to unlock the doors downstairs and in the hotel. Moreover, she told us that the reception is open only some hours during the day from 10-19.00 I think. We stayed 3 nights but we didn't see present anyone during these "opening hours" Hopefully, we didn't need anything.

• Domenico (10/5): Eccezionale rapporto qualità, prezzo, posizione. - Sei praticamente al centro del centro di Roma, ma, oltre a questo fatto importante, ho apprezzato moltissimo la immediata risposta della Direzione ad un mio suggerimento per migliorare il servizio al cliente. A mio parere, il rapporto qualità-prezzo e’ eccellente. Pulizie impeccabili ogni giorno. Servizi nuovi, stanza ristrutturata molto bene e letto comodo, che non e’ poco dopo aver girato la città tutto il giorno a piedi grazie proprio alla posizione centralissima, proprio di fronte l’Accademia di Belle Arti, a pochi metri dal Museo dell’Ara Pacis (vedi foto) e a cento metri dalla splendida Piazza del Popolo. Non c’entra la struttura ma semmai il condominio dove essa si trova: migliorare il vano ascensori un po’ datato ed usurato, e l’ingresso un po’ “triste”, da vecchi e umidi palazzi di Venezia. In pratica, il palazzo dove la struttura e’ collocata meriterebbe un po’ più di cura.

Staff were lovely over message and always helpful whenever we had questions. Would defo recommend staying here to anyone! Wouldn’t say there is much wardrobe space but it is okay for a short break. The shower is also open in the room so the room can get a bit steamed up and hot when you have a shower but nothing that is too bad.
