J’étais à Paris pour passer un entretien (à 16h, bien après le check-out à 11h30) et les employés m’ont très gentiment proposé de rester dans un espace près de l’accueil pour travailler en attendant. Ça peut sembler simple, mais tous les hôtels n’ont pas cette attention, et ça fait vraiment la différence. Merci infiniment pour votre accueil, votre bienveillance et votre côté humain 🙏 En plus, la chambre était très confortable et parfaitement calme, ce qui m’a permis d’être dans les meilleures conditions pour réussir mon entretien… et décrocher le poste ! In der Nähe des Hotels waren auch ein paar Restaurants. Frühstück! Die Franzosen legen scheinbar darauf keinen so großen Wert. Es war eine kleine Auswahl vorhanden. Als wir in Straßburg vor einiger Zeit waren ,war das Frühstück dort sehr opulent. Im Gegensatz dazu, war die Auswahl im Pariser Hotel sehr begrenzt.

- Santanu (6/5): Bad value for money - Good location and clean. There was literally no wifi in the room. Neither in my iPhone 15pro, nor in my laptop. Weak Wifi was there in the lobby and breakfast area, but absolutely not in my room. I asked a few times in the reception, they just told me to try again, restart phone, etc. I understood that the staff couldn't do anything, so I gave up and used my mobile data. So if you are travelling for work where you need a wifi for meeting or something, or going for city trip where you need to find information in the internet about different sites, then I will absolutely not recommend this hotel. Or, just after checking in, check if the wifi is there in your room, if not then ask them to give a different room. This is really not acceptable for such a price point. Breakfast is very minimal. Room is very old, but clean and no issue.

At the hotel, the front desk staff were all very friendly & helpful. Unfortunately the beds weren't to our liking & we slept terribly. There's construction outside (the hotel can't control that) we were on the 1st floor and had constant noise from above...moving furniture etc.

The room ventilation had a sufficiently quiet fan mode that a light sleeper is not disturbed. With no less than 8 pillows on the bed, it would be nice if one of them was thinner. Some people need a 5cm rather than a 15cm thick pillow. Instead of a shower cabin, there is a (tiny) bathtub. I do not understand why hotels have bathtubs - close to no-body uses them. On the other hand, every single hotel guest takes a shower. Please install proper shower cabins and get rid of the bathtub next time you renovate.

The hotel staff are so helpful and nice. It’s also very nice that the room is cleaned, tidied up everyday - also sorting out the towels. The mattress is a bit uncomfortable. The furniture are really old too but everything is clean.

На самамом деле он очень маленький, кровати стоят рядом, а не две раздельные. И вид во двор колодец с графити на стене

From helping me out with a spare charger when I arrived and wanted to visit the city, while mine was at the bottom of my luggage, to helping me with itineraries and making sure I understood the best routes at different times of the day to get to and from a show that was quite far away, Patricia was a most warm and professional host. The room was also very comfortable, the location was perfect for me, with everything easy to get to on foot or by public transit, and the breakfasts were delicious, with a good variety to choose from.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, and very helpful. The location was fantastic - located in the beautiful Latin Quarter, in a quiet street, yet only moments walk from the RER, and only a few minutes train ride to Notre Dame and other attractions. Wifi signal was a bit weak / patchy, but this was just a minor inconvenience. Everything else was perfect, and we hope to stay again in the future.

Pelas fotos parece um hotel mais novo mas na verdade é antigo. O café da manhã é péssimo, chegamos a comer fora pois tinha um pouco de ovo servido em uma tupperware (pouca quantidade) e houve um dia que acabou e não tinha mais, fora o ovo tinha uma salsicha fedida. Não recomendo fechar café da manhã

- Ivan (2/5): - Локация хорошая. В номере ценой 500 евро за ночь забита раковина, и никто за 4 дня не убрал разбитый стакан. Окна не закрываются полностью, и из них дует ветер зимой. На завтраке постоянно не хватало еды, и надо было ждать какое-то время ее появление. На выезде хотели взять больше на 60 евро, чем нужно было. Хорошо, что мы никуда не спешили, и смогли рассмотреть счет. В один день сломался лифт, и нам надо было ходить на 5 этаж пешком, по узкой лестнице. Рекомендую обходить этот отель стороной из-за уровня сервиса.

Waarborg moeten betalen terwijl nachlampje loshing toen we binnenkwamen.

- Athina (8/5): Will stay there again. - We loved the location, very convenient to go all the places we wanted to go. Our room was cozy, smaller than expected but it was beautiful. Too bad it was raining most of the time and we couldn’t enjoy the balcony. The breakfast choices. Pancakes and crepes are supposed to be warm, hot even and they were icy cold so was the syrup. The choices were the same everyday, only one option for eggs and the tarts disappeared the second week.

- Catherine (7/5): Nous avons passé un bon séjour, confortable, mais le tarif très élevé n’est pas justifié. - Sa situation géographique. Le chauffage. La literie. Les sols et murs de la chambre. Le confort. Pas à l’ « étiquette ». Joints de salle de bains et poignées de portes pas nets, évacuation difficile baignoire et lavabo, nappes avec taches pas parties au lavage dans la salle des petits-déjeuners, produits bas de gamme au petit-déjeuner (baguette blanche, œufs brouillés artificiels…). Quant au mini bar c’est le coup de barre pas clairement affiché dans la chambre.

Jacuzzi tub was a nice addition. Loved they had wash cloths. There is a lovely little salon like area with comfy chairs and a small "bar" where it would have been nice to be able to be able to have a glass of wine, instead of buying a 1/2 bottle or full bottle.
