The breakfast was a good range of options. The shuttle collection service was a bit slow but the traffic was horrendous and lots of roadworks around the hotel probably didn’t help.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We honestly expected a simple airport hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised by how convenient, clean, and welcoming everything was. We loved all the little details: coffee machines both in the room and in the lobby, plus the small self-service shop in the lobby — everything was so convenient and well organized. The breakfast was wonderful, with a great selection, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We truly felt taken care of and appreciated. We stayed for three nights and were absolutely delighted with our experience. Everything was wonderful. Thank you for such a warm welcome and hospitality. If you are flying through Los Angeles, we highly recommend staying here. We are extremely happy we chose this hotel and sincerely hope to come back again someday! Everything perfect

• creativefoodie (2/5): Read before you stay - Delta will send you here when they mess up your flight. Request another hotel! They gave us two $ 12 vouchers for breakfast. The breakfast is terrible, over cooked eggs, undercooked potatoes, no bacon, no yogurt. And it ended up costing us $64. Including the vouchers. We said something and they gave us a 20% discount. Totally not worth it. The room thermostat did not work. There was so much noise all night long. People were partying somewhere. Left for breakfast and our room keys stopped working. They are taking advantage of travelers who had their flight canceled or experienced the Delta incompetence. Fyi.

C'est l'autre commis qui a intervenue. Ensuite nous a donné la mauvaise chambre avec un seul lit plutot que deux. Fallu redescendre et demander l'autre chambre comme réservé. Les lits sont soit extremement mou ou simplement trop d'usure. Ne retournerais pas à cet hotel pour le prix prestation ordinaire.

Breakfast was very good, and the coffee was better than most hotels we've stayed at. Staff was helpful, especially our afternoon shuttle driver. Our room was very good, very clean, the bed was comfortable, our only complaint was in the shower. The shower spray was very 'aggressive', I'm short so the fixture was unreachable, in fact, my 6' husband had trouble reaching it. The shower dispensers were on the same wall as the shower head, which made dispensing the product difficult. The 'grab' bar would be better placed at the rear of the shower, so once doesn't get blasted with water when entering.

We took an Uber to your property at our own expense. Not Happy! The morning shuttle driver back to the airport was not a happy character or very helpful with baggage.

Staff were very nice & the manager is very professional. I was very impressed. The breakfast was crazy good!! The night shift security guard is very kind & he deserves a raise! Small parking lot but the security guard is so kind & will find you a spot if needed :)
