Perfectly located for exploring Amsterdam, lots in the nearby areas and quick access to all major attractions. Would stay here again if I travel to Amsterdam in the future. The lighting in the bathroom was truly terrible, which was surprising for such an otherwise nice hotel at this price point. Layout of the bathroom was also a little weird. The room appeared to have been recently updated and was beautiful, but the bathroom not so much.

The bed was also very comfortable and we slept very well throughout our stay. The reception staff were excellent, professional, and incredibly kind. They kindly allowed us an earlier check-in, which we really appreciated after our trip. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and efficiently. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

We had to argue about being charged extra for no pre-booking breakfast. No one informed us of the difference of 5 Euros. The front desk staff at first were very unhelpful. The issue was resolved very amicably on checkout. I never understand why the bathroom light is on the outside of the bathroom. That means I wake up my wife in the middle of the night when have to go to the bathroom and she is asleep. This is a common design error in most hotels.

Anche le biciclette possono essere affittate in albergo con un supplemento. La posizione è ottima con una passeggiata di 20 minuti si arriva al centro , musei e in tutte le zone dello shopping. Il prezzo è un pò caro ma questa è la media degli hotel a 4 stelle .super consigliato. Nulla.

Thought it would be noisy, but slept through the night even on the night before King’s Day! Nice, Clean and friendly staff who looked into all my requests with a smile on their face :) Nothing. I could think of. If I am to be critical Lotion, and gel pumps did not dispense sufficient liquid that I had to click multiple times.

A staff member was incredibly rude to me when I went to the lobby at 5am looking for coffee as the machine in our room was broken. Our sink was clogged and never fixed despite request. Housekeeping not good. Someone else’s dirty in a half empty glass was left behind when we arrived. Room itself (jr suite) was fine, quiet facing courtyard, with a small bathroom, bad towels. No drawers or luggage storage space. Way, way overpriced.

Personale, nessuno escluso, super gentile, educato e pronti a dare qualsiasi spiegazione. Il profumo, buono, troppo forte nella holl, se si rimane un po' seduti sui divani di fronte la reception, da molto fastidio..ma questo potrebbe essere un gusto personale. - Anthony (9/5): A lovely stay in a very fine hotel. - I love this hotel (2nd time staying), the location is perfect and so close to so many huge attractions Amsterdam has to offer, i.e. the museums, Vondelpark, Leidseplein and is super easy to get to by bus from/to airport. Breakfast is lovely, had everything I personally like. We had rooms on the 5th floor which had little balconies, which is not something I've ever had before, I Love the sounds of a City so it was perfect, early morning balcony doors open, sun shining, sounds of Amsterdam waking up - perfect. Reception staff were wonderful and we had a very engaging chat with them. I only scored 9 on the scale, only because nothing is perfect/exceptional on a score chart, but it's as close to a 10/10 as you can get.

Coffee and tea in the rooms and breakfast downstairs in the morning if you want it. Our soap and shampoo dispensers were low and needed a refill. Both of our rooms had a tub/shower combo. You need very long legs to get in and out of the tub/shower safely. I think most people would prefer a walk in shower or a tub that sits closer to the floor. I would request walk in shower next time.

- Eszter (4/5): Locatie goed, de rest niet voor herhaling vatbaar - Locatie is perfect Kamer + badkamer klein, verouderd en enorm koud (niet kunnen slapen van de kou). Personeel heeft het niet kunnen oplossen voor ons. Balkon op slot dus we konden er ook geen gebruik van maken.
