• wendy (10/5): In short, I will use this hotel again without a doubt - The property was exceptional, beautifully clean, comfortable and in a great location Couldn’t find a problem at all park was brilliant and very reasonable. Very good hotel.
• Mahmut Deniz (8/5): - Bar, Restaurant ve cafe imkanları çok iyiydi. İlk giriş yaptığımızda saat gece 10:00 civarıydı ve hava soğuktu. Buna rağmen odanın klimaları soğuk modunda çalışıyordu oda sıcaklığı 17 derece idi. Klimanın ısıtmaları yaz moduna alınmıştı. Bunu hiç anlayamadım. Resepsiyondan ısıtıcı getirdiler. Bunların hepsi bir zaman aldı ve oldukça stress yaşadık. Sonraki günlerde de devamlı ısıtıcı taşıyan görevliler gördüm.

Unfortunately our room had a faint, but noticeable, sewage smell. Housekeeping tried to fix it but it didn't work. Had to keep the windows open. Too short a stay to switch rooms.

• Costanza (10/5): 10/10 - Struttura davvero bellissima e appena ristrutturata. Appena si entra si viene accolti da una hall nuova, molto bella e anche super profumata. La camera era perfetta: della giusta dimensione, pulita e con letti super comodi, abbiamo dormito benissimo dopo le lunghe giornate passate a girare Londra. Anche il bagno era grande e sempre pulito, ogni giorno ci venivano cambiati gli asciugamani e rifacevano il letto. Lo staff è stato sempre molto gentile e accogliente. Abbiamo passato un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Inoltre la posizione è comodissima: la struttura si trova a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro di West Brompton, da cui si raggiunge il centro di Londra in pochissime fermate. Assolutamente consigliato! Niente, la struttura era perfetta.
• Teresa (10/5): - We stayed here about three years ago and since then there has been a successful refurbishment. It's definitely raised the level of the appearance and comfort of the hotel. It makes it great value for money. The rooms are a good size, clean and with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also a good size and clean. The location is excellent for us as we can walk to a favourite venue. There are good restaurants nearby too. All good.

Las camas es lo que más nos ha gustado, cómodas y la habitación muy limpia. El personal es muy entregado y solucionaron todas nuestras dudas. El desayuno maravilloso, muy variado. La ubicación está algo alejada del centro, pero por otro lado es un barrio super tranquilo, cosa que también valoramos positivamente. Italiano, japonés en la misma calle, muy recomendables. • Pezzarossa (8/5): Ottimo Hotel a Earls Court - L'Hotel si trova in una posizione ottima: abbastanza lontano dal traffico del centro ma a due passi dalle fermate metro West Brompton ed Earls Court con le quali raggiungi tutto a 20 min. Cuscini un po' fastidiosi. Nella stanza d'Hotel c'era davvero l'essenziale niente di più e niente di meno.

• ivana rita (10/5): - Hotel davvero confortevole ubicato a due passi dalla fermata della metro west brompton; alcune mattine abbiamo fatto colazione in hotel in una sala molto bella e accogliente. Pulizia molto soddisfacente rispetto agli standard di Londra! Personale disponibile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti! Per me assolutamente consigliato. Inserirei una scelta maggiore di dolci a colazione.

• Tracy (2/5): Disappointing, not a hotel for business stays. - It was close to where I was having business meetings. My room wasn’t ready at 3pm as promised, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive of the fact that I needed to have a room to change ahead of a business meeting. They even suggested I went and changed in the bar toilets whilst the driver waited downstairs to take me to my meeting. This is not a hotel that offers a quality service if your stay is for business. Very disappointing.

• Dario (9/5): Newly refurbished IBIS standard hotel, busy but fine - The room was quite newly refurbished and it look tidy and pretty new. The bathroom is IBIS standard and I am more than fine with it. Shower was easy to use and perfect (almost new). Linen was fine and cleaning either. The restaurant is a good option to eat inside even if not too pretentious. I highly appreciate the discount. Staff has been excellent at the check in and at the restaurant. I did not try the breakfast. Position is fine but for the location of my workplace it took 40' with District line. Maybe not so central, but I think that for tourist is fine even if in Zone 2 (for a mile).

• Leona (10/5): Excepțional - Totul excepțional. Mic dejun foarte bogat și diversificat, asta poate și pentru faptul ca practic sunt 2 hoteluri în aceeași clădire, dar cu spațiu comun pentru bar, restaurant, mic dejun. Am avut opțiunea să le lăsăm bagajele la recepția hotelului, ceea ce ne-a ajutat foarte mult, atât la sosire cat și la plecare. Situat la 3 minute de mers pe jos de o stație de Under/Overground. Temperatura din cameră părea să fie blocată la 19 grade, deși am încercat să o setam pe placul și nevoile noastre.

• Liam (10/5): - Hotel room was lovely and clean. Situated in a good location, just a short walk away from West Brompton tube station. The bed wasn’t very comfy at all.
• David (8/5): High quality accommodation and an excellent location and near the underground. - The room was clean and well laid out. The internet was easy to connect to and functioned well. The television was large and easy to view while lying back on the bed. The room was a little dark. Their was no ironing board and iron to prepare my clothes for the following morning. The door to the bathroom was left open which gave a slightly unpleasant odour.
