• Dean (8/5): - Very clean, close to many restaurants, quick check in. nly complaint is that on the website it said the pizza/bar open until 10:00 everyday. It is actually open til 9:00 Sunday thru Thursday. After I went down at 9:05 and found it closed, I saw a small sign in the lobby stating that. Also, staff at front desk could be a little friendlier, as well as woman working at the bar.

The tv wouldnt shut off it turned to a grey screen. Plus the young lady that registered me lacked customer service. Very dry and serious

• Eric (9/5): - I was in room 407. I stayed in Orlando Florida on International Drive. I also had a room with 2 queen beds. You should not have to pay for parking as a guest. That should be included in the price of your staying at the hotel. Also, if you want to make sure that it's your guest that's parking in your parking lot, then make it mandatory that they register their car whether it is a rental or personal.

• Lisa (10/5): - Our flight was delayed so we had a problem picking up our car then when we called the hotel to let them know that we were coming in later than planned. They couldn't find our reservation. The people on the other end searched for over an hour and a half. I think searching for a reservation and they finally found it. By the time we got in. They asked what time we'd be in and I we decided like 4:00 a.m. The woman that was dealing with us stayed at the front counter till we checked in and was amazing. Told us that we could sleep until whenever we needed to that. We were checking out the next day instead of that day knowing what time we got in and we still had to leave when we planned on because we had other stuff but I wanted to recommend that this woman is praised and I wish I could remember her name.

A acústica não é boa, hoje 21/05/26 eu estava hospedada no 15º andar e por volta de 7am um hóspede começou a gritar muito, parecia agressivo, acordei muito assustada e com medo, acho que ninguém foi checar o que estava acontecendo. A cortina não tampa muito bem a janela e o quarto não fica escuro.

• Alejandra (4/5): No volveria!! - Personal amable. Es un hotel decepcionante, no volvería. La relación precio-calidad es mala, no lo recomiendo. Se pueden encontrar mucho mejores alternativas e incluso mas económicas, que cuentan con sala de estar y cocina. No limpian la pieza, hacen las camas cada dos días y no te avisan. Finalmente cuando uno está de vacaciones y viene a los parques, llegas cansado y no quieres estar haciendo camas… Es mi quinta vez en Orlando y es el desayuno más deficiente que he visto. No hay queso, ni jamón, bollería… Tuvimos que comprar jabón para la ducha porque se acabó y no se dieron cuenta para reponer… Instalación antigua… No volvería.

You can purchase a trolley bus ticket for your stay and go anywhere along International Dr. Even to Sea World without ever going back to your car. Icon center is amazing. Air conditioning toonoisy. AC Needs to be upgraded. Building and the floors are shaped like an octagon. No end of the hall views. $20 dollar per day parking. No all day lobby complimentary coffee. Let customers know that they may have to use room key to access elevator floors.

• Josephine (4/5): Irritating vehicle situation on arrival. Then irritating check in situation. Then no volume on the tv in the suite’s “li - Close to the highway. The parking was ok once you got to the spot, but the access lane to the parking was blocked by people getting in line with their vehicles at the entrance where they would pull up to check in. There should have been signs to park not under the entrance parapet, but to the left. There should be better initial parking instructions. To check in, there was a long line, and initially two people were checking in patrons, then one disappeared, and we all had to just stand there waiting. Then there was another guy over to the left and apparently he was doing something other than facilitating check in, because he took care of one person in the line, then kind of kept his head down and didn’t make eye contact, so no one knew what his role was. Then I was finally first in line, and so I went over to him to query what the fuck, although I didn’t say that, and he said oh no, he was not doing check ins, but I have no idea what his role was, but he had taken one person out of the check-in line before. Also, my room was comfortable, but there was no way to turn on the volume for the tv. Zero. So I just turned it off and used my iPad to stream.

• Gizella (8/5): Szuper elhelyezkedés, ár-érték arányban a legjobb. - Nagyon jó helyen lévő szálloda, pár perc autóval az Epic Universe-től, a többi téma park is kellemes távolságra. A szállodából ingyenes shutle busz indul néhány parkhoz. A szoba rendkívül nagy volt, tisztaság jellemezte, az ágyak kényelmesek. A reggeli nagyon finom, jellemzően amerikai (tojás, kolbász, szalonna), ugyanakkor minden reggel friss gyümölcs is volt. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Éjjel sajnos a szomszéd szobából áthallatszott, hogy tv-t néznek (vékony válaszfalak), ez igen zavaró volt. Szerencsére csak 1 napig, utána már nem volt közvetlen szomszédunk.

Get breakfast included as it’s $35. So spend few extra bucs and good up to 4 guest. Was good only 5-6 handicap spots. Was more IHOP didn’t seat us right away took there time ended up leaving going to Dennys
