• Venture575581 (2/5): Confirmed change, then refused without explanation - I had a very disappointing experience with Park International Hotel and Booking.com regarding my reservation (Ref: 6997693898). In June 2025, I made a non-refundable booking for 23–26 July. Immediately after booking, I realized I had selected the wrong dates and contacted the hotel. I was clearly told (and later received written confirmation via Booking.com) that a one-time date change would be possible, subject to availability. I submitted my request on time, but instead of a proper response, my case was delayed multiple times. Eventually, I was offered a much higher price (£939.60), about £295 more than what I originally paid. What is particularly concerning is that during this entire period, the same room category remained available online at lower prices. I even offered to switch to a standard room for around €685 (close to my original payment), which was clearly available — but this was ignored. In the end, my request was rejected without properly addressing any of my proposals. Even more confusing, I was told there was no availability, while rooms were still visible online — only at higher prices. This lack of transparency and inconsistent communication made the whole experience very frustrating. I expected much better customer service from both the hotel and Booking.com.
• noelenec810 (10/5): Central and Comfortable - The hotel is in an excellent position on Cromwell Rd Kensington and so close to Tube stations, museums, supermarkets and other tourist attractions. My room was very large and overlooked busy Cromwell Rd but was very quiet. Facilities in the room were excellent and I had a very comfortable stay. Staff were all very friendly, efficient and accommodating and would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again 😊
• Rebecca (2/5): - This hotel and room was so disgusting. The carpet had huge stains. The curtains were stained all over. Worst of all the room smelled like sewage. I went to a different hotel even though I had pre paid for 3 days. Do not be fooled. The rooms are filthy.

When arriving the room was clean but the carpet was old and stained and the walls marked up. We asked for help with the safe in the room and received none. Also asked for a wash cloth to wash face and were told only suites get wash cloths! Unbelievable! Guess the middle class guests aren't expected to wash their faces???

The room was very small, not much fit in the room besides a double bed. Hotel was fine because we were out all day in London, but this wasn't a hotel that I would relax in.

This time the room smelled like sewer and the window in the bathroom wouldn't close so we had to deal with noises from the pigeons. The room was not that clean like other times before. We didn't say anything because it was just going to be for one night.

We were disappointed that we did not have a refrigerator in the room and were told the hotel was undergoing renovation soon so all the refrigerators had been removed from the rooms. • N8161ALerikd (8/5): Solid bang for buck - Comfy bed. Decently clean room and good service from the staff. Solid location close to the gloucster road underground station. I would have given this hotel 5 stars if the room didn't keep heating up all the time, causing us to need to use the AC (noisy). The only window seemed broken. The rooms doors are weighty and as such made a lot of nosie when shut. Hotel was quiet for the most part, with the exception of guests entering and leaving their room. We opted out of breakfast to save some money. The hotel gym is small and limited but it gets the job done to maintain your gains. This hotel is perfectly fine for the price.

I wouldn’t thought that would’ve been a very common question from tourists. All in all, the stay was comfortable but it won’t blow your socks off. It was a little run-down.

Les 2 femmes a l’accueil était très sympa vraiment merci à elle. Le lit état confortable le sol de la salle de bain grince, le sol de la chambre est de la moquette, lorsqu’on est arrivé il y avait de l’eau stagnante dans le lavabo, les murs paraissent sales, on a eu une serviette de bain tachée avec je ne sais quoi, mal insonorisé, on entend les gens marcher dans les couloirs, la chambre et la salle de bain sont vraiment petites, beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est, lit double mais petit, l’eau de la douche goutte parfois, les portes automatiques dans l’hôtel qui ne fonctionnent pas et nécessitent une manipulation manuelle, labyrinthe pour trouver l’ascenseur, la chambre à besoin d’un rafraîchissement, pas d’espace dans la salle de bain pour bien ouvrir les serviettes de bain ou poser ses affaires, la femme de ménage a un sac primark pour transporter ses produits et je ne pense pas que ce soit confortable pour elle, le buffet du petit déjeuner est très petit il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix

Rummet är daterat med skavanker här och där. Städpersonalen var inte särskilt engagerad. Jag hittade inget strykjärn och fick låna ett som läckte. De släckte aldrig efter sig utan alla lampor lyste när man kom tillbaka efter dagens ärenden trots att jag meddelade deras supervisor. Tvål och toapapper fylldes inte på utan jag fick be om påfyllning.

Dichtbij een metro station Gloucester Road (10 minuten lopen) Rustige en veilige buurt. Mistte prullenbakje op de badkamer. Bedden aan de korte kant, mijn voeten lagen iets over de rand (ben zelf 1.76 cm) passen geen langere bedden in doordat het gedeelte waar de bedden staan het heel krap is.

• Deryck (9/5): A great budget hotel choice in a nice part of town. - A perfectly nice spot if you are staying in central/west London and don't want to pay the earth. Easy access by tube, it is a short walk to attractions like the Natural History Museum, The Albert Hall and South Kensington. Staff were great, the room was clean and perfectly adequate, and breakfast was good value. We also had a very nice (and cheap) meal in the Turkish cafe/restaurant across the road.

The pictures showed a much larger room and also said there was going to be a mini fridge and hair dryer in the room. However neither was provided in the room we got. We were given a slightly bigger room after notifying the receptionist however this room did not contain a mini fridge or hairdryer either.

We ran out of toilet paper as there weren't full rolls in the bathroom, and the cleaning of the bathroom was very basic. The tiles on the wall were stained from previous guests!

• January (8/5): - Polite helpful staff. Since the details of issues or problems in any room would be noticed by the cleaning staff, management would do well to ask them to report. The closer on my room door did not function properly, held the door open, slammed it unexpectedly, etc but apparently nobody had reported it for repair. Non-cleaning staff should inspect. If you close the curtains without unplugging the coffee pot, it gets swept onto the floor. Hmmm
