- Franck (8/5): Bel hôtel bien situé à 2 pas de Duomo et prêt de tous les sites à visiter dans Milan. - Nous avons eu un accueil souriant et agréable à la Réception, au Roof Top ainsi qu'en salle de petit-dejeuner. La vue sur la ville est très belle de notre chambre. Quant à la vue du Roof Top, c'est magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de qualité. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres comme souhaité. Le dressing séparé est un plus. Le manque d'isolation des fenêtres ; le 1er tramway (et les suivants) nous ont réveillés très tôt. Nous avions une chambre familiale réservée pour 4 personnes et il n'y avait aucune prise à proximité du canapé 2 places. Nous attendions une prise à droite et une à gauche et la seule disponible se trouvait dans le meuble mini-bar ou au niveau du bureau situés tous les 2 au centre de la chambre.
- ANA CRISTINA (8/5): A estadia no Hotel Dei Cavalieri Milano Duomo atendeu às minhas expectativas. - Quando chegamos recebemos uma carta de boas vindas junto com uma caixa de chocolate Vendi e à noite deixaram uma bandeja de frutas frescas. Café da manhã maravilhoso. O hotel fica bem perto do Duomo e da galeria Emanuelle. Quarto limpo, com água e café free. Termostato não estava funcionando direito e tivemos que acionar a recepção mais de uma vez. Poderia ter box ao invés de banheira, pois o banheiro é espaçoso. Precisa melhorar a iluminação do quarto.

Aucune isolation acoustique. Claquement de portes intempestifs dans le couloir du matin 7h00 au soir 23h00 des clients voisins mais surtout du personnel pour accéder à leur réserve du 7e étage ou la chambre 702 qui fait office de bureau administratif… on a très mal dormi durant tout le séjour.

We felt we got the incorrect room for our 4 night stay and it was not fitted out properly. It was very small. No room for our medium size suitcases. The bathroom was poor quality with a difficult shower over the bath. It took 4 conversations with different staff at the front desk until finally we were moved, Our new room was more spacious however we had no hot water in the showers.

- Catherine (10/5): Would Gladly Stay Here Again - We loved the location- it's so close to the Milan Duomo, with easy access to the subway. Our 6th-floor room was quiet and offered a great view of the street below. It had a comfortable bed with a choice of pillows. The bathroom shower was superb. It felt like a gentle rainfall. Breakfast was excellent, with fabric-covered chairs, a wide variety of food and drink, and warm, attentive service. We also enjoyed cocktails on The Roof, with a beautiful city view, adding to our hotel experience. The front desk staff was consistently helpful and friendly. We would gladly stay here again!

- Hélène (7/5): Bien, mais avec des aspects agaçants - Petit déjeuner très bien, emplacement très bien, personnel aimable et compétent Isolation phonique des fenêtres insuffisante, WiFi aléatoire mais surtout : système d'éclairage de la chambre abscons, il a fallu appeler à l'aide pour éteindre les éclairages à côté des lits, profusion d'interrupteurs sans la moindre indication ou étiquette, extrêmement agaçant. Autre problème, j'avais écrit TROIS FOIS pour m'assurer que nous aurions bien deux lits dans la chambre, à chaque l'hôtel m'a répondu qu'ils feraient tout leur possible, sans jamais s'engager ! Très stressant. Nous avons bien eu deux lits, mais aurait-il été si difficile de nous en donner l'assurance avant notre arrivée ?!

- Fawaz (10/5): - التجربه كانت ممتازه جدا المكان مريح وجميل وكل العاملين متساعدين. الموقع اكثر من رائع وقريب من كل شي تحتاجه. الدور العاشر يوجد مطعم جميل وحلو للتجربيه سكنت بالدور التاسع. الدور العاشر يوجد مطعم وصوت الموسيقى عالي قليلا في الليل
