Nur wenige Gehminuten zur U-Bahn und in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befinden sich unzählige Geschäfte. Das gesamte Personal ist vorbildlich freundlich und jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine sehr schön ausgestattete Suite, sehr geräumig und wirklich groß. Das Badezimmer war der reinste Luxus, wir hatten sogar eine Gästetoilette, was manchmal ja auch von Vorteil sein kann. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super lecker und man hatte eine riesige Auswahl. Das kulinarische Angebot in der Executive Lounge könnte etwas vielseitiger sein aber insgesamt eine tolle Einrichtung.

Room was a really good size with moveable internal walks so you could either open up or shut off the bathroom space! In the breakfast buffet they had a robot who moved the dirty crockery - very unusual! Good. Ale for money. Heated toilet seat!

Las instalaciones están impecables; la limpieza es absoluta en todas las áreas. Además, las habitaciones son notablemente amplias y cómodas, un detalle muy valioso y difícil de encontrar en esta ciudad. Sin duda, una opción totalmente recomendable para cualquier viajero.

Die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet und verfügen über erstklassige Geräte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das bequeme Bett und die tadellose Sauberkeit. Ein großes Highlight war der Zugang zur exklusiven Lounge, das Personal dort war extrem freundlich und hat sich hervorragend um all unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Leider gab es während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts ein Problem mit einem sehr unangenehmen Geruch auf dem Flur. Zum Glück betraf dies wirklich nur den Flurbereich und nicht unser Zimmer, war aber dennoch störend.

- Manoosh (8/5): Quietness of the area, comfortable & clean rooms, late checkout option with no charge and generally friendly staff! - It was very clean. Comfortable beds. Large comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good enough variety (closes too early though at 10am!). Overall we were comfortable & facility were good enough! Swimming pool hours opens at 6:30am & closed at 7pm. The pool is closed from 1-2pm for cleaning (prime time for customers to use it if it is a hot day), it doesn't look clean. The pool water is not full it looks like it is dirty because it needs painting around the top (water stains make it look dirty as it is not full)! There are 2 staff sitting & staring at you while swimming! The younger guy with a pony tale was really friendly & nice. They control by having a staff at the bottom of the stairs asking you to sign in for towels! A lot of control for a mini pool! Only one shower in the change room & 2 bathrooms! We did use the pool facilities and were lucky the weather was okay but their most attractive value for me while on holiday was not good enough.

- ShanghaiStacie (4/5): 5 star rating does not equal 5 star service - If you are hoping for a five star experience, choose a different hotel. While this hotel offers a five star rating at five star prices, the experience is anything but. Upon arrival, the front desk staff argued about the type of room I booked. I had the booking confirmation on my phone. There was no explanation regarding breakfast time or location. Take your keys and get out of my face. The room has a beautiful view of the harbor but it is dated. We wanted to spend time by the pool. Obviously hospitality is about making money, but guests shouldn’t feel like they’re being scammed. Charging 80 HKD for an Asahi beer only for them to deliver a can (7 HKD at the local 7-11). Outrageous. The next day we bought our own cans only to be told outside beverages were not allowed. Guests must pay ten times the price to enjoy a cold one by the pool. Now, we get to the pool (no drinks) and the lifeguards inform us we are not allowed cushions on our chairs because “it might rain.” Indeed there was rain the forecast, but refusing chair cushions because of potential weather? This was at 10:00 AM. The rain didn’t start until 14:00. Plenty of time to put away cushions (only ten recliners on the pool deck). A complaint to the service manager got us one day of breakfast comped (two people in our room). The service manager lacked professionalism and not once apologized for the experience. Back at the pool today. Full sun. Not a rain cloud in sight. Chair cushions? Not a chance. I get it. Minor inconveniences, but if I’m paying this amount of money for a hotel supposedly under the Rosewood group, I shouldn’t feel like I’m staying at a joyless Red Roof Inn. If service is important to you, pick a different hotel.

All the hotel’s amenities make for a very comfortable stay. It starts with breakfast every morning. The rooftop pool and fitness center offer a lovely retreat in this bustling city. And in the evening, enjoy a delicious cocktail at the bar on the 15th floor with a sensational view of Victoria Harbor.

Great location just a few mins walk from the Harbour front. Also wanted to thank ambassador Jackie for handling our transport from the hotel to the airport super swiftly - we had no worries! We booked a room that was advertised as a room with city views..However it would have been better to advertise it as an office or courtyard view.I was not expecting a harbour view but a high floor overlooking Kowloon. Looking into an office building was not my vision of a city view and seeing the housekeeping staff making beds in the block opposite our "city view" room was also not our vision of a city room.
