• Salvatore (6/5): Più o meno come mi aspettavo - Soprattutto la posizione, zona tranquilla e con fermata tram adiacente. Host disponibile a farci tenere i bagagli in deposito fino al pomeriggio. Si potrebbe curare un po’ di più il terrazzo.

• Stefania (1/5): - quando siamo arrivati il proprietario non si è fatto trovare. il cancello si apre chiamando il numero di telefono ma il portone del palazzo no, siamo entrati perché c’era la signora delle pulizie a tenerlo aperto. abbiamo provato ad aprire la porta d’ingresso dell’appartamento e quella della nostra stanza,ma non si riusciva, ci abbiamo perso la testa dietro a quelle serrature. è un appartamento suddiviso quindi noi avevamo dei coinquilini praticamente, la sala della colazione era in comune con tutti, con solo quattro sgabelli su un tavolino piccolo, e un divano, a stretto contatto con degli estranei. il frigo era in comune, non potevi neanche metterci una bottiglia d’acqua dentro perché qualche altro inquilino poteva prenderla pensando che fosse offerta nel servizio. il servizio non prevedeva l’acqua, solo acqua del rubinetto, tazze sporche e la “colazione” erano dei succhi di frutta in contenitori di cartone, latte sempre nel cartone 100ml, yogurt e merendine confezionate, di sotto marca, cereali nel cartone, aperti e lasciati così. nelle foto ci sono cornetti del forno, le foto non sono veritiere. la stanza con mobili tenuti male, lavandino sporco con macchie che non vengono via, infissi delle porte non curati. i cuscini all’interno erano sporchi. avevamo chiesto di farci cambiare gli asciugamani, ci è stato detto di buttarli per terra, ci hanno cambiato solo quelli del corpo, quelli del viso non sono stati cambiati, quindi abbiamo dovuto riutilizzare degli asciugamani che erano stati buttati per terra. l’ultima notte erano le 22.30 stavamo dormendo e hanno iniziato a suonare il citofono insistentemente facendoci svegliare, erano delle persone che dovevano fare il check-in e ovviamente il proprietario non c’era ad aprirgli, abbiamo dovuto aprire noi. non so se altre persone sono state trattate meglio ma non è stato purtroppo il nostro caso.

• laura (8/5): - La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda. Disponía de baño privado aunque un poco pequeño. El personal muy atento y amable. La ubicación maravillosa, bus en la puerta y el metro a 10 minutos muy bien conectado con el centro. Tenía calefacción en la habitación regulable. Cama cómoda y amplia. Nos hacían la cama todos los días. Me ha faltado champú y gel , ya que solamente te daban unas pastillas que se deshacían rápido. Por favor como sugerencia incluir un gel en condiciones para bañarse. Desayuno me ha faltado que tenga algo más de variedad, me parecía escaso. Me ha faltado que limpiaran también lo del desayuno y no solo tener personal para hacer la cama.

• Kim (6/5): Hat alles was man braucht - Einfacher Checkin, Host hat sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und war flexibel beim Checkin (etwas früher war möglich). Lage ist sehr gut - entweder ein wenig zu Fuß gehen und ansonsten sind Öffis in der Nähe. Zimmer war ausreichend für Übernachtungen. Einige Sachen waren teils beschädigt (Duschkopf, Lichter), aber das hatte kaum einen Einfluss auf meinen Aufenthalt. Overall war alles top!

• Hormay (8/5): It is a good value for money solution close to the city center. - It is a perfect value for money solution for a city break. It is basically a large apartment with 3 rooms (with own bathrooms) and shared kitchen and sitting room. Bus services, a lovely park, supermarket are a few steps away. City center is only 15-20minutes walk. The host was very helpful, caring, met my special needs. Very flexible. The bed was a bit too soft for me, but that is a personal issue. The apartment has a large shared terrace to have your meals outside. Typical Italian breakfast provided with juice, yoghurt, sweet pastry and jam. Overall I am happy with what I have received. The street behind is a bit noisy with a car and furniture workshop, but if you are there to see the city you will not be around much anyways.

Завтраки доступны в любое время дня , личная терраса для приёмов пищи и просто для отдыха. Душ и сан узел в каждой комнате , что не маловажно. Уборку делают каждый день по запросу. Если бы нам еще раз довелось отдохнуть в Риме , с огромной вероятностью мы бы выбрали опять данный отель ) Не смогли воспользоваться газовой плитой , но думаю этот вопрос решился бы )

• Peter (8/5): Very good for short stay, as base camp to discover the Rome treasures - The location, staff, cleanliness are all as expected, and proof of higher quality than some alternatives. Italian (sweet) breakfast was satisfactory, and cleaning was done on daily basis. Easy access to public transport. The support on WhatsApp is almost real time the neighboring street is not quiet, with traffic going through. The owner is actively planning on improving and refreshing some various infrastructure components

The location has many close restaurants and it is not full of tourists. Excellent location to work at the Sapienza or CNR. The bathroom furniture is a bit old, the illumination is not good. Not very close to a metro station.

There was no lock on the door to the individual room which makes privacy a slight concern. The location is in a residential area and a little far from the main attractions, but it is accessible by the Policlinico metro station by 13 mins walk. The walls were not quite sound proof when other residents use the common areas.

• Conti (7/5): Apart from a couple of things to fix in the room I would definitely stay again. Good location and very responsive host. - It was in a good location and a nice building. I didn’t get to see the terrace because I had a really short stay. The room was spacious and clean. Danilo gave me very good instructions for the self check in that went very smoothly. He was very responsive to any questions. There are a couple of things in the room that need attention. The water in the bathroom sink was draining very slowly and it would have been nice to have curtains in the room so that I could lift the shutters in the morning.
