- hy795 (2/5): Dirty, moldy, disgusting, the worst - This is a dump. The images of their bathrooms online absolutely do not reflect the bathroom I have. Dirty/stained towels, broken tile from at least 50 years ago, leaky faucets, wonky showers, cigarette burns and holes throughout, stained light switches with caked on dirt, broken windows, bacteria everywhere (affecting my allergies), and to top it off, the toilet paper roll is behind and pretty far from the toilet and under the sink, meaning you'll need to balance while reaching blindly, rooting around for where the toilet paper should be. The "bath products" are so ridiculously awful and offensive (it's like generic "gel" with different food colors to distinguish them from each other), my kid insisted we go buy travel size shampoo and conditioner because the hotel's smelled bad. Never insisted on that during any of our dozens of previous hotel stays. The door doesn't align with the wall so sunlight steams in thru the crack. Walls are thin so we hear the babies next door very clearly. No hot water tonight. The pillows are super clumpy and awful. This place scares me. I highly recommend you not stay here unless you like dirty, broken, grungy, dark, scary, old, uncomfortable motel rooms. It's by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

- lydiafdez (6/5): Old hotel but well kept and no critters, close to Universal - The hotel is old but well kept and clean. Check in office and staff were great I was very nervous when we arrived to our room for I did find some dirt on the floor, curtains were a little dirty but the beds were comfortable, room was old but the rest was very clean and organized. The walls are paper thin so I can hear the snoring next for and people talking outside but once I fall asleep I can't hear anything so it didn't bother me.. The most important for me is not to find any critters and absolutely none were found the 4 days we stayed there. It was close to many restaurants, 5 Guys and bagel shop across the street. It was a 10 minute drive to Universal Studios.

Not much was needed outside of what was provided. The checkout time was phenomenal. 12pm is the startdard check out time…unheard of these days. Centrally located next to yummy and convenient restaurants!

- Shawnda (2/5): - We checked in really late , the guy at front desk was very nice considering he was dealing with multiple complaints at the time we were checking in. When we got to the room it was nothing like the pictures posted on here: the room was smaller, no sofa as pictured. We noticed Live and dead Bugs in the sink, in the tub coming out of fixtures and mixed in with what was supposed to be clean towels. The water would not get hot after running for at least a minute, water pressure was low in the sink (didn’t try bathtub) Had Black mold in the bathroom and on ceilings.the light fixtures were old and the light bulbs looked like they were about to fall out. The room was dirty, musty smell, stains on bed linens and chairs. Requested a different room, he switched us to a single bed room (there were 4 of us) and said that was the only one available, but that room was just as dirty. Because it was so late, he said no cleaning service available, we requested a refund and although he was willing to accommodate he said that since we purchased thru a third party that he could not. Note : there was another customer in front of us who had similar complaints plus was complaining about being billed twice. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel as we believed it was just too unsanitary for us to stay. The outside of the hotel did look ok but it was dark so cannot confirm.

- Manuel (2/5): - Honestly I’m more upset that the staff wasn’t willing to give me any kind of assistance a refund of any kind after I showed him the photos of the cockroaches I found in the bathroomroom I drove 6 hour and 375 miles to stay at your hotel. Your hardwood floors where dirty to the point where, every time I would walk barefooted and go to get in the shower at the bottom of the shower was black from the dirt off my feet from walking in the hotel Room! That’s disgusting cause that shows that your staff never cleans the floors that’s not sanitary from all the people that come through there that is very disgusting! I had to throw my toothbrushes And my daughter’s brushes because the roaches were climbing over everything and even through my Daughter’s brushes away because we didn’t know what all the roaches had crawled all over besides me seeing them crawl over my toothbrush. The chairs weere stained, as well as the ironing table. The bathroom looked old tile compared to the pictures it showed newer bathrooms. It was noisy because it close to a transited street. Pool had alot of dirt. No breakfast in the am, only coffe and some cheap bread, yougurt. I was specting more accorfing to th reviews..
- jennifer (10/5): - The property was great, parking was about $13, the pool was clean, the pool chairs were comfortable, there were 2 fire pit areas, lots of tables with umbrellas, and 2 water features. The rooms were clean, the bedding was Nice, and the AC worked great. There were a ton of amenities in the room TV, mini fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. In the bathroom, there was a hair dryer, dispensers with soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was an ice machine next to our room as well as a vending machine.. From 7am-9an there was a continental breakfast of muffins, danishes, yogurt, cuties, and coffee. It was on a main street so there was noise, but there were also lots of coffee, breakfast, and food nearby. We stayed because of its short distance to Universal Studios. The staff was very friendly.

The place does charge a expensive security deposit 150$ for being a out dated place its not worth it. There were stains on the ceiling, bathtub was dirty, TV had a blue hue, the headboards were missing and the wall had something on it and pulled my mother's hair. The bathroom door looks like someone punched it. The microwave was dirty. Parking is absolutely terrible. Definitely not like the pictures on the website! also the fire alarm was hanging off the wall!!! worst room ever stayed in.

- Tipton (5/5): Bad stay. Not returning - My daughter and I have stayed here before and usually we have a pleasant stay but not this time. We won't be coming back ever. The air conditioner barely blew any air and I was told by the clerk who checked us in that that's how they all work. Check out time was 12p and due to the fact that my daughter has Chronic Vertigo, vaso vaguel syncope, and brain lesion in her cerebellum it takes her a little longer to get ready. We only needed like 20-25 extra minutes and the maid advisor yelled at my daughter she's only giving her 10 ( i was loading up the car). When I tried to explain the situation to the desk clerk he cut me off and said I can only give you 15 mins. Then when my daughter was getting in the car they both watched her to see if she was faking it. Here a hint I know yall saw that handicap placard in my window and obviously it wasnt for me and she was the only one with me. Also check in time isn't til 3pm and I didn't see anyone waiting to check in when I was leaving. Also it doesn't take 3 hours to clean one room so a little courtesy could've gone a long way. Needless to say we won't be staying here ever again.

It's located close to my work places and appointments, has great dining options nearby and the staff always delivers great start. The rooms are spacious and give me what I need. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der private Parkplatz direkt am Hotel (13 $ pro Nacht) sowie der saubere Pool, der nach einem langen Tag eine angenehme Abwechslung bietet. Auch die Betten waren ausgesprochen bequem und haben für erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt. Sehr praktisch ist die große Auswahl an Restaurants, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Ein Zimmer zur Landseite ist grundsätzlich ruhig gelegen, allerdings war das Tor zur Ausfahrt in der Nacht deutlich zu hören – hier wäre eine leisere Lösung wünschenswert. Etwas schade war außerdem, dass die Sitzauflagen der Sitzgruppen am Abend entfernt wurden, sodass man draußen nicht mehr so gemütlich verweilen konnte. Weniger überzeugend war auch das Frühstücksangebot: Es bestand nur aus ein paar Joghurts und süßen Teilchen und war insgesamt recht spärlich.

The price was right, we had a clean and spacious room, a nice pool, water dispenser (filtered) in the lobby, easy cheap parking, coffee and pastries in the morning, all while being walkable to the fabulous restaurants on LA's "sushi row".

- Gerardo (2/5): - They gave me a room that had a terrible odor, it still had some sort of air vent equipment to get rid of the odor when we went to the room. I went back to the front desk and i told them that and they apologized and told me they had another room emergency room for me that was clean but they told me it did not have cold water and if i wanted to shower they advised me to take a shower in the other room. I asked for a discount and told me i had to talk to the manager the next day at 10. Not ok will never come back!!!!
