Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Eis-Automaten, der jede Stunde laute Geräusche macht. Nichts für Personen mit leichten Schlaf

• 341sali (2/5): GROSS/Disgusting - I am writing a 1 star for numerous reason, and ultimately, because they did not want to call me. It shows their true customer service. First, while I understand that early check-in is not guaranteed, I specifically requested a room on the second floor in advance. Instead, I was assigned a room on the third floor without any notice or discussion. After the fact, staff questioned me about my medical condition as justification for the issue. Being in a Legal Healthcare world, I found this highly inappropriate and invasive. My private medical information is protected health information (PHI), and I should not have been placed in a position where I felt pressured to disclose personal health details simply because my room request was ignored. Second, housekeeping left a disturbing and unprofessional note during our stay. What was most frustrating was not only the incident itself, but the complete lack of a sincere apology afterward. Rafael repeatedly minimized or brushed aside the matter rather than addressing it professionally and respectfully. Additionally, the service we received from staff throughout the stay was consistently poor. At one point, my partner requested a single yogurt due to an early departure, and staff responded with unnecessary attitude and snarky remarks over such a simple request. That interaction was completely unwarranted and reflected poorly on the hotel’s customer service standards. Off the elevators of the 3rd floor was totally gross. Pizza boxes sat on the trash can for days and crumbs from cookies on the floor were just inspect/rodent welcoming. We are also disappointed by the inaccurate statements made by Rafael regarding communication. He claimed that he spoke with me directly, which is false. He only spoke with my partner. Furthermore, the front desk informed me that Rafael would call me later to discuss these concerns, but he never did. All communication ultimately occurred through email only. Overall, the handling of these issues demonstrated a lack of professionalism, empathy, accountability, and communication. I expected much better treatment from Hilton, especially during a stay connected to a professional conference.

No nos hubiésemos dado cuenta pero dejaron un jabón dentro de la maleta. En recepción no le dieron la importancia debida ya que no se llevaron nada. Aveces la limpieza de la habitación no era buena.

• Liliana (8/5): - My stay at the Hampton Inn in Orlando was overall very pleasant. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and everything met my expectations. I would like to suggest an improvement for guest safety. During my stay, I slipped and fell in the bathtub, as there was no anti-slip mat. Adding a non-slip mat or surface in the tub would greatly help prevent accidents and make the stay even safer for guests.

• Jodie (9/5): Gute Ausstattung und Lage - Das Zimmer ist super ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel. Die Lage ist super nah zu den Universal Studios und es wird auch ein kostenloses Shuttle zum Park bereitgestellt. Das Frühstück ist sehr simple mit Papptellern und Plastikbesteck. Ein bisschen Käse oder Wurst und Obst/Gemüse wäre schön gewesen.

• DisneyFamof5 (10/5): Our Home Away From Home - We stay at this hotel 6 or more times a year and have a wonderful experience every time. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful at any hour. The managers are excellent as well! The breakfast staff ensures no food runs out EVER. My children love the afternoon cookies too! If any items are needed (extra towels, etc.), housekeeping is quick to respond. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve slept on while vacationing! The drive to Disney is easy! If you’re visiting to experience Universal, it is super close with a morning shuttle from the hotel. We (family of 5) highly recommend this hotel. You can’t beat the value and convenience of this location.

O hotel não cobrou no meu check-in uma parte do valor, por erro deles. Depois de 7,8 dias foram cobrar e eu estava no parque. Qual não foi a minha surpresa, na minha volta, os meus dois cartões do quarto estavam cancelados. Fui questioná-los e eles deram a desculpa que a catraca do parque desmagnitizou. Totalmente desnecessário. Eu estava lá todos dias, o café-da-manhã é na frente da recepção, eles tinham o meu cartão de crédito salvo. Não havia motivo algo para bloquearem o meu acesso.

Breakfast was tasty, with particularly excellent coffee that set a pleasant tone for the day. The property offers ample, well-organized parking, which made arrivals and departures hassle-free. The outdoor pool is well maintained with clean water and comfortable lounging areas. Elevators were reliable and kept in good, sanitary condition. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable choice for guests visiting the area. I normally choose Hampton by Hilton for its reliable standards, but my recent stay fell short due to serious service failures at check-in and check-out. At check-in a front-desk agent mistakenly placed a duplicate security hold on my credit card. Despite several days since departure, the second hold has still not been released, and I continue to pursue a refund. The agent appeared unfamiliar with the property’s systems, was unprofessional—including eye-rolling—and handled the situation poorly. Check-out was equally unsatisfactory. I requested an invoice that included the names of the people traveling with me (first and last names only). Even after discussing this with a manager, the request was denied. The manager stated they could not help and suggested I file a formal complaint if I wished. This dismissive response is unacceptable and inconsistent with the Hampton brand experience I expect. These issues—improper card handling, slow resolution of a duplicate charge, untrained or unprofessional staff, and refusal to provide a straightforward invoice amendment—made the stay stressful. I recommend management address staff training, billing procedures, and guest-relations protocols immediately to prevent similar problems for future guests.

• Al-shidar (1/5): Worst customer service ever - This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had in any hotel. We were checking out early because we had a 4-hour drive from Orlando to Miami. We went to the dining area at 5:30 a.m. hoping to grab breakfast early. The food was already out, so we served ourselves and sat down to eat. While we were already eating, a server suddenly came out and told us breakfast starts at 6:00 a.m. We explained that we were leaving early, yet instead of handling the situation professionally, she began slamming and aggressively dropping food containers, clearly showing anger and hostility, making us feel extremely uncomfortable. Then the receptionist, Filma, came over to lecture us about the breakfast time. We acknowledged her and nodded respectfully. Moments later — while we were still seated and eating — they turned off all the lights and left us eating in the dark. That was absolutely outrageous and humiliating. I immediately called their attention and told them how incredibly disrespectful that was. At no point did anyone politely ask us to leave and return at 6:00 a.m., which we would have done without hesitation. Instead, they chose the most rude, passive-aggressive, and unprofessional way possible to treat paying guests. I have stayed in hotels in many countries, and this is the first time I have ever been treated with such blatant disrespect. The behavior of the staff was unacceptable, shocking, and completely ruined our stay. Worst customer service ever.

• Cristina (10/5): De lo - Lo mejor de todo, fue el trato de los trabajadores, en especial, Ángela, quién estaba pendiente de que no faltara nada durante el desayuno y fuera de él. Muy atenta a cualquier necesidad de los huéspedes. También, el trato de María en la recepción y otra chica (no recuerdo su nombre) que nos facilitaron todo para movernos por la ciudad y trasladarnos a los parques de Universal. En cuanto a la habitación, cama muy cómoda, temperatura adaptable y agradable. El baño, muy cómodo, limpio y con opciones a champú, gel, acondicionador, pastilla de jabón y crema corporal. Con respecto al desayuno, mucha variedad, leche, café, té, zumos de varios sabores, tortilla, salchicha, gofres hechos por cada huésped, pan de sándwich y tipo dónut, cereales, etc etc. En general, súper encantados mi marido y yo. Sin duda, si volvemos a Orlando, nos hospedaremos de nuevo aquí. Nada malo, pero si puedo era mejorar algo sería el bus que proporciona el hotel para ir a universal (totalmente gratuito) podría ajustar la vuelta en las horas de cierre de los parques para aprovechar hasta última hora. Aún así, genial el trato de los conductores.

• Riadh (2/5): I do not recommend going to this hotel. - Just location The hotel is unclean and dirty, especially the bathrooms which are disgusting. The air conditioning in the room doesn't work, and the breakfast is unhealthy with very few food options. The hotel also has an unpleasant smell, and the staff are unhelpful.
