Breakfast was the best, and the support staff at the breakfast lounge was extremely helpful and friendly -we felt very comfortable, thanks to them. A little far from the city centre, took a bit of time going back and forth. I think this was a compromise, being comfortable but far, versus being in the city but either expensive or not so luxurious.

• audrey (10/5): Très bon séjour dans un hôtel accueillant, confortable et bien desservi par les transports, avec une restauration de qua - Bel établissement avec un personnel accueillant et agréable. L’emplacement est un peu éloigné du centre historique de Milan, mais l’hôtel est très bien desservi par les transports en commun, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement. Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale, fidèle à la description, confortable et dans laquelle nous avons très bien dormi. Nous avions opté pour la demi-pension : pour le dîner, nous avions le choix entre deux entrées, deux plats principaux et deux desserts. Les repas étaient très bons et bien préparés. Concernant le petit déjeuner, il était également très satisfaisant avec un bon choix de produits. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le parking est payant 10 euros par jour

Pod hotelom je velke kryte parkovisko - odporucam zaplatit 10Eur/noc a byt v klude. Hotel ma vlastnu ochranku. V blizkosti hotela je zastavka elektricky a autobusu - rychle pripojenie na metro. Co sa tyka dopravy do mesta MHD je to skvela lokalita. Viacere dodatocne poplatky - bazen, parkovanie, atd. Lokalita je na okraji mesta, vecer to tam moze byt horsie s bezpecnostou. V blizkosti su stvrte kde sa nechcete pohybovat potme.

• Alain (10/5): Un hôtel qui apporte des atouts bien intéressants pour la visite de Milan - L'hôtel était très spacieux, très bien situé par rapport à l'accès autoroute et Milan et métro. La chambre était spacieuse, le petit déjeuner était incroyable. Rien à redire, j'y retournerai surement Je n'ai pas pu descendre ma voiture au parking souterrain, ma voiture touchait en dessous. Le personnel m'a trouvé une solution adaptée

• Kota (1/5): A deeply disappointing stay where neither a shower nor rest was possible. - Despite the late hour, the hotel eventually allowed me to use another room. A drink was offered as compensation after repeated discussions. (However, reaching this solution took a considerable amount of time and effort.) The shower could not be used due to a clogged drain. When I reported the issue, the front desk staff told me to fix it myself using a flathead screwdriver, instead of attempting any repair themselves. My request to change rooms was initially refused, and only accepted after repeated negotiations late at night. I checked in at around 11:00 PM and had to leave by 3:00 AM. I booked this hotel only to take a shower and get a short rest, but due to the situation, I could not properly shower and barely slept at all. Even before using the bathroom, the bathtub was dirty and there were hairs in it, which raises serious concerns about cleaning and hygiene standards. If proper cleaning and inspection had been done, the drainage issue should have been noticed in advance. At check-out, when loading luggage into my car, no staff offered any assistance and they simply stood watching from the entrance. Overall, the staff response was passive, unprofessional, and unacceptable, making it impossible to feel safe or comfortable.

• Jennie (4/5): The reception at the end of the stay was very unhelpful and put a downer on the stay - The property was okay doors didn’t lock very well and we had our door open for the whole day.
• Iona (6/5): Great location with excellent access to buses and transport links around Milan. - The hotel was overall okay for our stay in Milan and the staff were friendly and helpful when issues were raised. One of our rooms had an unclean mark/stain under the TV, so we requested a room change, which was dealt with promptly. We also experienced some problems with the door locks during the stay. We did receive conflicting information regarding taxis. We were initially told a taxi would take around 10 minutes and there was no need to pre-book. However, on the morning of departure we were told no taxis were available, although the hotel’s private car hire service was. Thankfully, a young member of staff contacted a local taxi company for us and a taxi arrived within minutes, which we really appreciated. Overall, the stay was reasonable and the staff tried to help when needed. One thing we felt was missing was a more relaxed lounge or bar area where guests could sit comfortably in the evening for a drink. The seating available felt quite formal, with mainly tables and chairs rather than a cosy lounge atmosphere.

La habitación, estaba limpia por encima, se escuchaba el ruido de fuera, además la habitación estaba en el primer piso muy abajo para nuestro gusto entendemos que no depende de ellos pero en cuanto al precio que pagábamos esperábamos algo mejor.

Die Auswahl des Abendessens ist sehr minimal, dafür die Speisen aber köstlich und die Portionsgröße üppig. Das Hotel ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ca 40 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, der Bus ist in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Hotel. Die Betten sind hart und die Polster nicht bequem. Wir hatten die letzte Nacht ein Problem mit der Lüftung, im Zimmer war es wie im Gefrierschrank. Mein Mann ist mehrmals nach Mitternacht zur Rezeption gegangen um die defekte Lüftungsanlage zu melden, wir konnten das Zimmer wechseln, als wir uns dafür entschieden haben, war auf einmal keines mehr frei. Nicht nur das es im Zimmer eisig war, sondern die Anlage war auch sehr laut. Das alles mit einem Kleinkind! Wir würden nicht mehr kommen.

Śniadania średnie ale wystarczyły, obsługa miła Mankament jedna butelka wody na 4 osoby i tylko 2 szkalnki oraz ukryte opłaty typu basen 8 e i parking plus podatek na start 90 e za 2 dni doszło a niebylo nic napisane o tym . Na koniec pani próbowała mi wcisnąć rachunek za 3 piwa których nie zamawiałem do pokoju na szczęście mowie dobrze po angielsku i się nie dałem. Pobyt ogolnie na plus

• Simone (8/5): Hotel an sich sehr gut, für den Preis ist aber Frühstück und Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nicht optimal. Beim - Das Hotel an sich war sauber und modern, die Betten bequem, die Zimmer waren gut isoliert, daher auch ruhig. Der Pool hatte noch geschlossen aber das wussten wir. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Die Tiefgarage hatte ausreichend Parkplätze. Beim Frühstück gab es zwar pflanzliche Milch aber leider sonst keine Margarine oder ähnliches um sich was aufs Brot zu schmieren. Einen Tag gab es kein Brot da wohl der Bäcker nicht geliefert hat also nur Toast. Und ab 09.00 Uhr war dann auch viel aus. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wäre theoretisch gegeben wenn sie denn funktionieren würde. Es gibt Busse und eine Straßenbahn die aber mal kommen, mal nicht.

• Nazia (8/5): Milano trip with the girls - Family trip there was 9 of us rooms was good sizes had a double and sofa bed we had 3 room that accommodated all of us we didn’t spend much in the hotel as we was out and only at the hotel for sleep we had let lovely stay no issues straight forward location was good only 20-30 mins by car to central which wasn’t bad as you have metro and trams near by Just disappointed about the swimming pool as it wasn’t open as the kids was looking forward to it
• Alper dayin (6/5): Fine but not wow. - Super friendly staff like Maria who was really helpful. The rainshower head was the strongest ive ever seen in a hotel its like a firetruck hose i loved it. The hotel garage is nice to have with EV chargers those actually worked! The room was in “bad shape” and needs a renovation, cracks everywhere.

• Nazia (8/5): Girls trip to Milano - We stayed 3nts had 3 room as we can group of 9 people rooms where big double with a sofa bed everything working staff was very friendly and helpful Was disappointed the pool was out of use as the kids where looking forward to it
• Carikcioglu (7/5): - Çalışanları güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi klimanın ısıtması çalışmıyor diyince odaya ek ısıtıcı verdiler teşekkür ederiz. Nisan ayı akşam hava soğuktu klimaların ısıtma tarafı çalışmıyordu.
