• emilie (10/5): Je reviendrai !!! - Établissement neuf et bien équipé. La situation est idéale et le personnel adorable. Merci Sherif pour votre bienveillance ! Le gros plus était la clim (30C durant mon séjour) et la TV connectée. Si on veut vraiment chercher : Il manque juste une serviette pour les mains/cheveux car il n’y a qu’une grande serviette par personne.

Too close to reception. We could hear every word spoken which kept us awake or woke us early . Problem solved a little by closing the propped open fire door .Very small bathroom which made dressing and drying difficult.

• McCully (8/5): Short trip but made the most of it in amazing location - Room was bigger than expected which was fabulous. Location is amazing so close to the tube and Hyde Park. Staff were friendly and 24/7 availability, we had a small leak in our room which was fixed immediately. Beds were a little tough but the pillows are great!

• Anže (8/5): - It is very clean, great location, well manteined, like new. Two things really bothers me. First in the toilet there was like 15cm copper tube out of the wall and you have to watch out when you sit. Why not cut it? The toilet is small and then you have the tube out of the wall. Second thing there was no ashtray in front of the hotel, you have to go on the street and this is not nice gesture. A quarter of population in Europe smoke at least occasionally. Not 3 percent, a quarter.

• Sharon (9/5): - Everything seemed newly remodeled which was nice for an older property. We had a balcony which was really nice as the weather was exceptionally good. We were within walking distance to many restaurants and 2 Tube stations. Room was extremely small and we had to really maneuver around with our luggage. Bathroom was new, but they need a little shelf to at least put your toothbrush on. Only bath towels, no hand or face towels

• Tone (10/5): - Kjøleskap, kokeplate og micro på rommet. Buss-stop rett utenfor. Kort vei til butikker, undergrunn, flere busser og Hydepark. Rommet og badet er lite så obs om du trenger mer plass rundt deg. Men det er sentralt i London så ingen problem. Det var rent. Veldig positivt med aircondition som virket godt. Veldig fint utenfor hotellet. Avslappende å sitte utenfor med alle blomstene. Vi fikk oppbevare bagasjen gratis, men hadde forberedt oss på at vi måtte betale. Vi bodde 3 netter. Hyggelige ansatte i resepsjon. Her er ikke romservice, men trenger du nye håndklær, toalettpapir, te/kaffi så var det bare å gi beskjed på melding eller i resepsjon. Synes det er en flott ordning.

• Joakim (3/5): Inte ljudisolerade rum - Bra till, trevlig personal och prismässigt bra! Extremt mycket ljud, vet inte hur dom kan säga att det är ljudisolerade rum när man hörde precis allt. Hantverkare som arbetade utanför dörren på mornarna, en dörr som inte stängde ute några ljud. Dörren var också utanför, så en egen ingång vilket gjorde att vi hörde precis allt utifrån.
• Lauren (9/5): Great area and hotel - I stayed at Msk Premium 3 years ago and this property is on same street but definitely better for our needs. It had a lift and air conditioning which you wouldn’t think you need in early May but the rooms can get stuffy. Window opened too which was nice. Staff were great and consistent the same staff. They were contactable by whatsapp which was great they even let us use their computer one evening to check in to our flights as the app/mobile wasn’t working. Location is excellent. Bayswater and Queensway tube station within 5 min walk. 5 min walk to a great street of food and shops both ways on queensway and westbourne. Bus stop right outside we used a few times too. Had groceries delivered no problem as needed to order British sweets to take home and the local shops are only tesco express and Sainsbury’s local or Waitrose which is $. We stayed in the executive double suite which had a living room we had our suitcases in so definitely go for the larger rooms if you have those as we would have never fit (that’s London for you though) Only complaint they did only give 1 key card for 2 people which is fine until we realised needed to have key card in power slot for fridge to stay on and our food spoiled the first night after being out all day and that they only gave 2 of every utensils like cups and cutlery. Not a big deal but would be nice not to have to wash up every single time between dinner and dessert. Storage and design could be improved a bit but honestly it all works. Just more storage in the bathroom being so small and more coat hangers/ towel hooks in bedroom would be helpful.

Huge selection of restaurants, grocery shops and pharmacies. WiFi was slow, disconnected quite a bit, possibly due to our room placement (basement room)
• Paty (9/5): Muy bien! - La habitación era pequeña pero muy acogedora y disponía de todo lo básico, una pequeña cocina con nevera, un baño pequeño pero funcional. Se veía limpia, buenas vistas y la ubicación inmejorable. Es cierto que el personal de recepción no es la alegría de la huerta, pero son correctos que es lo que importa. Tienen una sala para guardar las maletas si lo necesitas a tu llegada o salida. Relación calidad-precio muy buena. La habitación tiene moqueta y eso no es agradable pero en Londres es bastante común encontrar moqueta por todos lados

• Allan (9/5): Dejligt ophold i hyggeligt hotel med flotte og ret nye værelser. - Hyggeligt hotel med flotte og ret nye værelser i roligt område. God beliggenhed i forhold til metro, bus, Hyde Park og indkøbsmuligheder. Vi var 3 afsted, Far, mor, og datter, med 4 overnatninger. Vi fik et værelse med en dobbeltseng (Queensize) og enkeltseng. Værelset havde eget badeværelse og thekøkken med mikroovn, kogelade og køleskab. Størrelsen på værelset var helt fint til vores behov. Badeværelset med toilet var lille men plads nok til toilet, vask og brusebad. Vi boede på to forskellige værelser, da første værelse var i kælderen. Vi fik ret let tildelt et nyt værelse på stueetagen. Alt i alt et hotel, vi gerne booker en anden gang. Værelset i kælderen var egentligt fint i størrelse og ret nyt. For os var udfordringen, at der var meget ustabil mobil- og internet-forbindelse i værelset grundet placeringen i kælderen, og vi var bl.a. afhængige af at kunne kontaktes hjemmefra, hvilket var årsagen til at vi anmodede om at få tildelte et andet værelse. Processen herom gik helt fint og der var ingen problemer med at blive flyttet så snart der var et ledigt værelse.

• Toshikazu (5/5): Nice location - Quite close to the Bayswater tube station. Interesting room with stairs within the room to reach the shower room above. I was OK, but some might have trouble going up the ladder. Shower room refurbishment seems still unfinished, with a pipe coming out towards you when you sit on the toilet (rather dangerous). There is a luggage space on the ground floor where you can leave your luggage before check-in / after check-out. However, that space/room is not under the control/monitoring of reception, and I dared not leave mine.

• Brian (10/5): This will be our regular digs in London from now on - Great bed, building is in excellent condition and very close to Kensington Gardens, restaurants, pubs, shops and two train lines with direct access to central London The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for Amenities was because the bathroom was on the small size. We are of average size and found it fine and it's probably appropriate dimensions for a boutique hotel but a really big person would find it hard to physically fit in the shower. Other than that the place exceeded our expectations

Resepsiyona iletmeme rağmen bir çözüm üretmek yerine sert bir şekilde bekleyin gelir dediler ama asla gelmedi. Başka bir arkadaş daha ilgili davrandı, teknik ekibe söylüyorum düzelir kısa sürede dedi ama 2 gün boyunca yine gelmedi. Kısacası internet yoktu. Otelin içi ve odalar inanılmaz sıcak ve havalandırma yetersiz kalıyor. Odalar küçük, aslında bu sorun değil kısa süreli konaklama için fakat sıcaklık daha fazla hissediliyor. Kısacası verdiğiniz fiyata karşılık olarak alacağınız tek şey merkeze biraz yakın olmanız.

This is our second experience with an MSK residences, and we are equally pleased. Book early so that you get to enjoy great discounts.

• Netta (9/5): - Sijainti rauhallinen ja aivan loistava, metro-asema vieressä. Huone oli juuri remontoitu ja yleisilme oli erittäin siisti ja moderni. Sähköpistokkeisiin kävi USB, joten adapterille ei ollut tarvetta. Keittiövälineet, fööni sekä silitysrauta uusia. Keittiön varusteluista puuttui kattila sekä jokin paistinlasta/kauha. Muuten aamupalan tekeminen onnistui loistavasti. Olimme positiivisesti yllättyneitä. Siivousta pitää itse pyytää ja se on maksullinen(paitsi kolmen päivän jälkeen), pyyhkeiden vaihtoa ja roskien vientiä sai kyllä pyytää veloituksetta. Roskien vienti voisi olla automaattista, sillä siivous henkilökunta oli paikalla vain 9-16, joten se aina unohtui pyytää.

• Vlad (4/5): Great location, terrible place if you get a basement room. - It is close to the subway and a great location We received a basement room, even if it says superior room. At the reception they said it refers to the size of the room - they should advise that they offer basement rooms as superior rooms. It was dark, not much light through the windows. The cleaning ladies did not pick up the trash in 3 days. It was also cold, the heat had to function for a few hours daily. The floor was extremly cold, no slippers were provided. Those should be minumum requirements for a 4 star hotel. The bathroom was small and so was the bed. Not really suitable for 2 persons. Lastly, the cleaning ladies were very noisy on the stairs. There was no soundproofing as advertised and there was a cleaning closet next to our door, we could hear sounds every time they were in the room.

• Gabriela (9/5): - La ubicación, el barrio hermoso y tranquilo, con buena cantidad de negocios cerca y transporte cercano que te permitia ir a todos lados. La habitación muy prolija y limpia con todo lo necesario para poder desayunar y comer algo allí mismo. Un poco pequeña la habitación.

• Ceri (8/5): Excellent location and value for short stay - Location, just a few minutes walk from Bayswater tube station. Lots of shops cafes restaurants and pubs close by but located on a quiet street. Good for a short stay. We were in London for one night for an event in the Royal albert hall and walked to the venue. Room is very compact but perfectly serviceable for a short stay especially for the price we paid.. Room 225 had a window looking out to the street.

• sandra (6/5): Nice area, friendly people - Nice Quarter, close to the tube. In the single rooms they have the smalles bathroom sinks I ever have seen. It is not very comfortable.
