Giulia clearly cares about the well-being of her guests, checking in to see if anything is needed and always friendly, never intrusive. This was a top-notch stay and I hope to stay there again. AC was a plus as was the small in-room fridge. This has the personal feel of being in a private apartment. Loved it!

Great shower! you couldn't really look outside the window because being at the ground floor you are close to the street and people would almost be able to look inside.

Most communication and instructions were remote and it’s as if we had seen her the entire time! Our room was clean, quiet, and perfect for our stay! The hotel is on a nice safe quiet street not too far at all from anything you want to see in Rome! Definitely a home away from home and we will be returning next time we stay!
• James (10/5): - My wife and really enjoyed our stay. Before we arrived Guila was so helpful in suggesting activities and sites to see in Rome. She also gave us some excellent dining and gelato options in the area. We’ve never stayed at a place with a host as helpful and friendly as Guila. The room was clean and very nicely decorated. The room was stocked with coffee, snacks, water and tea. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like about the room. The location was near many places to eat and shopping. It’s only a 10-15 walk to St. Peter’s square. We would definitely stay here again!

The accommodation was comfortable, homey, and felt very safe. Giulia, our host, was amazing—she made us feel at home, was always available to help, and was incredibly communicative. On the day of our departure, despite not purchasing breakfast, she brought us cappuccino and biscuits. I give this place 5 stars, 10/10, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

• Summer (10/5): - Absolutely fantastic location for a guesthouse. Very close to Vatican City, ample restaurants, shops and transport links. Gulia is an absolute sweetheart who made us feel right at home. The treats she left us were very welcome after long days sightseeing. The bed was comfortable and I personally loved the shower. The air conditioning was great. Definitely will be back soon!

This room was so cleanly that you can eat from the floor. Guilia take care to the guests around the clock and do everything that clients feel well. • Juhar605 (10/5): Nice room in the heart of Rome - Nice, comfortable and quiet room close to the metro (Ottaviano) and the bus stations, and only 10 minutes walk from the Saint Peter's Basilica and the Castel Sant' Angelo. Giulia is a very kind and helpful host, she was really nice, thanks for her. This is a small guesthouse (3 rooms) at the first floor (just few steps up) with new and good windows, when you close them the room is totally quiet. There are typical Italian shutter on the windows, so you can sleep in dark :) In the room you can find coffee machine with coffee, kettle and tea filters and some small snacks. These were lifesaver for us :) You can find so many bars, restaurants at the neighbourhood, and places to have breakfast. our favourite was the Caffetteria Ruberto. If you don't want to choose a big hotel, but you need a comfortable, clean and fully equipped room, you can book a room here, I can heartily recommend.

The room was large, spacious, clean and well-equipped (there is a small fridge, a kettle, a coffee machine, a hair dryer, a set of snacks, glasses, etc.). Giulia is a very helpful host who cares about the comfort of her guests. Easy check in and check out.

• THOMAS (10/5): Great stay made better by Giulia! - Giulia is an absolute gem! She keeps this wonderful property in ship shape! It is spotless, with a comfortable bed and spacious room. The bathroom is neat and organized. She provided coffee and tea as well as a nice welcome gift! Totally unexpected but a classy and charming way to start a stay. Moreover, Giulia was super helpful with local sightseeing and getting around. She also went above and beyond tried to hail us a cab but with the Ryder Cup on a Sunday morning. After trying for 10-15 minutes outside with us, she gave us subway directions and we ended up using the subway all day! Super easy! Thank you Giulia! We’d stay again!

Guilia not only gave me a good orientation to Rome and all important sights, she was kind enough to provide tips to good restaurants also. The location was great and the room met my expectations, I had a couple of small requests that were promptly taken care of so I don’t have any major problems to point out. The toilet is nice and spacious but there is one annoying problem, there is no place to put soap or shampoo when you shower, I ended up putting it on top of the shower head but I don’t recommend that if you are a smaller person :D Would be nice to have a bit more toilet paper stored, I ran out of it on my last day and had to use my own paper towels.

Unfortunately the fridge is quite loud, which is slightly annoying during the day but can make it hard to sleep during the night. I could of course turn off the fridge altogether, but I have food inside that I'd like to keep refrigerated.
