- gdhokie (6/5): Nice Hotel, Unacceptable Parking Issues - Overall, the AC Hotel is fine, but a few issues would give me pause before staying there again. The Good: The hotel, rooms, and bathrooms were clean. I appreciated the privacy and service buttons by the door, especially since many other chains won’t refresh rooms daily without a request to the front desk. The bed was comfortable, and the mini-fridge was ice-cold (though there is no microwave). The location is also excellent—walking distance to several restaurants and the LA Metro. While the rooftop was nice, it is frequently rented out for private events, which often leaves half of it closed off. You’re actually better off downstairs in the AC Lounge; it’s much quieter and offers more space. The Bad: Parking. You have a choice between valet or self-parking. I chose to self-park, which meant being relegated to the 5th floor of the adjacent parking deck. I didn't mind the walk, but the gate was broken. At check-in, I was told to use my room key to enter and exit, but the gate failed to recognize it. After returning to the front desk, I was told that the gate "sometimes fails" and that I should just take a ticket and hit the call button for the desk to buzz me out.That worked for one day—until they changed the rules without informing guests. A cheap note taped to the gate suddenly stated that tickets had to be validated prior to exiting, which isn't helpful when you're already at the gate. On my final morning, I tried to get my ticket validated at 5:00 AM but was told again to just "hit the help button." I ended up sitting at the gate for five minutes before having to call the front desk to be let out. At $40 a night for parking, that level of frustration is unacceptable.

- zamaras2026 (10/5): Always a great experience - I always love using this location for Airport Parking. They make me feel so special every time. We had Jonathan and JT take care of us, making sure the shuttle was on time and got us to the right terminal (even when we didnt know which one we had to be at, only knew the airline). On the return, Cesar brought us our car super fast, made sure we were good and taken care of. 10/10 service every time. Been using them for years.

- Medina (3/5): The stay was underwhelming and disappointing - Location to the beach was easy, beds comfy Our pipe under the sink was corroded causes it to pour water out which flooded the bathroom floor. The shower floors were scratched and stained. Had to move rooms but only had king rooms available so didn’t get the double bed option I originally booked

- 280randals (10/5): Great Shuttle Service! - We stayed at a hotel next door but we shared the shuttle so this is the only place I can write a review about it. Let me tell you, Reuben was the BEST shuttle driver we've ever had. Aside from the excellent service he provided us, he was such a warm, friendly, and just a wonderful person that I couldn't resist giving him a hug on our last trip with him. Thank you Reuben for taking good care of us 💖🤗! I will say that I will probably book our next stay at this hotel on our pitstop to LA on our return travel home, especially since they gave us their card to write this review 😊

- Happiness553904 (10/5): Best Parking experience yet! - Because I travel a lot I use park & rides to park my car when I leave out of LAX so when I needed a place to park my car some where I would feel safe leaving it at AC Marriott was the perfect spot. They valet your car so you can go straight to shuttle, the parking structure is secured next door to hotel. The employees where very nice and helpful to start I dropped my car off Weds 2/11/26 and Jay got me all setup and took me to the airport with no issues, he also explained what I need to do when I returned. Sunday,2/15/26 I called for Shuttle and GiovanniF took my name and gave me direction on where to wait for driver Vlad picked me up at airport got me back safely and GiovanniF had my car ready & waiting for me to drive home. I will remember AC Marriott next time I need to park my car in Lax area for business trips.
- rdk2u (10/5): Easy, friendly, excellent airport parking - This review is for the EXCELLENT airport parking service. The valet service upon arrival was friendly and easy. Upon return the shuttle picked me up pretty quickly and the driver called me as he was approaching my terminal to let me know he was almost there. When we got back to the hotel my car was already waiting for me at the valet desk. It was a great experience. The shuttle driver and valet, Giovanni F. And Ruben W., really know how to take care of people.

- Voyager18076555478 (6/5): Great hotel, staff not so much. - The hotel itself is quite nice - clean, modern and well kept. The staff however leaves a lot to be desired. On arrival, the person at Reception looked like he had just walked out of The Walking Dead and his personality matched. We exchanged less than 10 words at check-in. We stopped by the bar later in the evening - not very busy. We waited for the bartender for quite some time who was washing glasses and tidying the space. No acknowledgement. The bar waitress was standing about five feet away from us inputting checks into the system. Completely ignored us for awhile. Finally she says "he'll be right with you". Bartender loudly announced "I have to go put my shirttail in" and left everyone waiting at the bar. The waitress decided to come over and help, so we ordered. The cheapest Pinot Noir I have ever tasted! At the end when the bartender brought the check he asked how were the drinks. I told him the wine was terrible. He looked and said "oh she served you that one". No offer to replace it or try something else. We just left and left no tip. The representative at check-out was very pleasant. The valet guys are excellent and probably the best and most competent people at the hotel.

Super comfy king bed and pillows, stand up shower, plenty of counter space and a sofa. Complimentary coffee in the mornings 6-10am. Valet parking is $45 FYI. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed late at night. Excellent location (Santa Monica, LAX, Crypto Arena, DTLA). Very safe area.

- dav19pt5 (10/5): Helpful valet and service. - I was here only for the airport parking. However, I unfortunately lost my wallet in the airport shuttle. I called the hotel and an employee named Danny Llanos went out of his way to search the shuttle bus for my wallet and retrieved it calling me back, letting me know it would be kept safe for my return. Management should know he went far and beyond with customer service and should be rewarded for his very helpful behavior.

They provide free shuttle or ride share credit if the shuttle isn’t running. This time, Ruben W. (shuttle driver) and Giovanni F. (parki bf attendant) made it so nice when I came home. Ruben was super nice and helpful at pick up, and Giovanni had my car waiting for me when I arrived. That service and coordination was so appreciated after a long day of travel. Thank you!

The room was spacious and comfortable, lacked trash bags though and I don’t understand the rule of not getting housekeeping service if you only stay 2 nights…. Thankfully my cousin and I are very careful so we had our own sanitation system to keep our room fresh. Access to rooftop restaurant and bar, safe location, the shuttle from the airport was impossible to contact when landing in LA. The messaging was delayed on the hotels part. But the shuttle to the airport was a good price and on time. And safe. breakfast Saturday morning was nice but they had some croissants that were old and flat and crunchy. The options were great and the eggs were cooked great, just like asked for. Breakfast felt personalized. I loved that The hallways are not quiet enough. Walking down you can hear other guests in their rooms or when their doors shut, very loud and inappropriate to hear the next guests over having sex. Ew.

- Jrrob (8/5): Decent hotel - This is a perfectly nice, clean hotel. If you have a car, it will be easy for you to travel in the city. There is a restaurant that also has outdoor space. Parking in an extra $35. No complaints. It’s a typical AC Marriot hotel
- Adriana (9/5): Clean, comfy, and not too pricey. - Love that there are no carpets in the rooms. Makes it feel much cleaner. The parking lot was pretty full. Got lucky with one spot left.

- Aaron (5/5): Very Disappointing & Not a Value for the Price - Overall it was a negative experience so really didn’t like much about the property. There were many issues with our stay. First thing, our check-in process was not so friendly. Not being aware before arrival that there was a Refundable Deposit of $100 PER night; which not stated in the hotel details was very frustrating! The manager was rude in explaining the policy. Which again was NOT on booking.com listing or in hotel details or on the hotel confirmation email. The hotel room floors were sticky and had a weird feel on the feet which made the family feel uncomfortable walking barefoot in the hotel room. Lastly there was no housekeeping service during our 2 night stay even though we requested service on controls by the door. Even if they just given fresh towels and made the bed…that would have been nice. So disappointing that they couldn’t do a basic thing like housekeeping that makes a stay better! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
- Christine (5/5): - The room was clean and comfortable. My sister I stayed for one night to go see a concert. The staff, the clerks at the front desk weren’t very attentive or approachable/ welcoming. They overcharged me on parking even though I had stated that the email I had received said something different, they refused to honor the price. The restaurant on the top floor would take forever to attend my sister and I. The servers were friendly but felt that they were catering to the reserve party more. After taking our order we never saw our server again. My sister had to go ask for the check.

- Joseph (10/5): Quick overnight near LAX - Simple, yet elegant and modern in style. I loved the proximity to surrounding stores and restaurants and LAX 😀. Parking fee of $47.00 which I thought was too high. Beware of this astronomical fee.

- HHPoul (10/5): Quiet and Clean! - Hotel was close to where we needed to be. Very clean and quiet. Extremely friendly staff both; from front desk to valet to housekeeping to lobby bar! Def a wonderful experience! nothing that was noticed. Everything was great.

- Shapher (6/5): - There isn’t a beach bar/s or towel and chair service as advertised multiple times, on here. The pool is at an adjacent hotel. The food/dining experience was nothing notable. However, the room, property and staff were top tier.

- Kai (8/5): - This is my second time at this property and the roof stop was unavailable due to a private event again. I do wish that would be informed at booking. Other than that, the staff is incredible and the hotel itself is great for a quick stay.

Valets Jonathon G, JT and others for whom i have no name, to entire front desk and people that did things for us but i do not know their names. I talked to them everytime i saw them. And they were so happy to help.

I didn't realize that it had a balcony restaurant which was great and very enjoyable,but I decided to stay in the bar instead, because it was a warm day. The room itself is very comfortable and cozy. I will definitely continue staying at this hotel.

- Alexander (8/5): - My room never got cold and stayed hot all night. Woke up sweating… that said i like to sleep at 68 so it was probably 75-78 even though it was set at 66. Other than that loved the hotel, very nice modern touches, everything was well thought out. I hope the AC thing was just a fluke.
