Melissa (2/5): - This should be listed as a hostel and not a hotel. The bed is horrible, you can feel every spring in the mattress. It says no smoking but our room smelled very intensely of cigarettes as well as a jar of butts on the window seal. We were provided no towels and when asked for a towel the host argued that we had them in the room. The bathroom is across the hall so not very “private” and there is zero hot water. I got a partial refund for how horrible our stay was. Do not recommend!

There was barely any hot water. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty. There was mold all around the shower and under the non-slip mat. The bedroom door frame was damaged. And the bedding was old and full of holes. Don’t stay here. It is a total scam.

DENIS (8/5): Технологичная квартира - Никогда ранее не гостил в таком высокотехнологичном отеле. Загружаешь страницу - и весь комфорт в твоем телефоне: вход в подъезд - через телефон, вход в квартиру - через телефон, вход в номер - тоже кнопка в телефоне. Здесь, правда, стоит учесть, что нужен постоянный интернет. Внизу у нас его не было, но это не проблема - заходили через звонок. От квартиры самые позитивные ощущения. Большие номера, общий балкон, просторная кухня, жаль что готовить на ней можно только в микроволновке. Видно, что помещение сделано с душой. К числу недостатков можно отнести удаленность от центра. Но тут надо понимать, что и цена соответствующая. В центре жилье значительно дороже. Выгодней потратиться на транспорт. Минут 40 хватит, чтобы доехать до Колизея. В общем, если буду в Риме еще раз, поселюсь там же.
