- Teresa (7/5): Correcto - La ubicación es muy buena. Muy cercana al centro de la ciudad. No tiene vistas, ni sol lo que provoca humedad. La entrada está en un callejón que por la noche puede generar sensación de inseguridad. El callejón estaba muy sucio.

Even it is on side road , it is still to loud to sleep with open windows. And have not seen the outside area with relaxing chairs as seen on the pictures!?

- Kristel (9/5): Mooi appartement op fijne locatie met terras in de zon - Prachtig appartement op een fijne locatie. Het appartement zit op de tweede verdieping en heeft een kamer met open keuken en een badkamer. Boven is de slaapkamer met een terras. In november hadden wij daar zon van 11 tot 15 uur ongeveer. Het appartement was schoon en stil. We kregen een link waarmee je de buitendeur en de deur van het appartement moest openen. Ik heb liever gewoon een sleutel, maar bij dit appartement werkte die link goed. Goede locatie, je bent meteen op een mooi plein met terrasjes en in het oude centrum. Naar het strand was het 10 minuten lopen via de tunnel. Een supermarkt zit vlakbij. Wij vonden het bed vrij smal.

Hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. Plenty of amenities, shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. 10 minutes walk to the port. We would highly recommend staying here.

- Claire (10/5): Highly recommended place to stay. We would definitely stay again. - Beautiful apartment, nice and bright, very clean with everything you need for a few days stay. The terrace was lovely we sat out there for breakfast and chilled after a busy day exploring before going out in the evening. It’s in a great area for exploring very short walk to everything. About 15 walk from the train station. Host were very kind and helpful replied quick to any messages. Nothing we didn’t like There is quite a few stairs both from the front door and in the apartment to get to the bedroom and terrace. This wasn’t a problem for us but worth thinking about if you struggle with lots of stairs.

- Alina (8/5): Very good - It was very clean. We were provided with everything we needed for our stay, like cleaning supplies, pads for the washing machine, coffee, tea etc. The location was perfect. Only 5 minutes to the historical center. 10-15 minutes to the beach. A lot of really nice restaurants and cafes in the area. The host was very nice. Fast replies to any questions we had and luckily it was possible to have an early check-in in our case:). Not sound proof sadly. Sometimes we could hear the people upstairs or loud groups outside at night.

Appartment was good and with the expected nice top tarrase (No sun before afternoon - but that suited us great! Cleaning really nice! (There was a power out in Spain - but Centro Picacho fixed a key very fast. Good job also in communication) All in all - we will come back!

- Maggir (9/5): Quiet apartment close to the historic centre of Málaga. - We had an excellent experience from the beginning of booking. Immediate feedback from staff and up graded at no extra cost to a slightly bigger apartment on the first floor. The facilities were clean, bright, good washing machine and air dryer supplied plus adequate wash liquids, coffee on arrival. Also able to arrange a later checkout. Close to Centro historico and 15 minutes to the shoreline. Very quiet at night so good sleep throughout our week. Really would recommend Picacho situation as so near to everything yet a quiet street.

Perfect. No view from the (1st. floor) apartment or a terrace but we knew this. Could not connect phone to TV via WiFi to obtain channels following instructions in manual.

- John (7/5): Good accommodation. Quick and easy access for arrival and check-out. Quiet neighbours. - Easy to get to - close enough to Plaza Merced, without the late-night noise. The room was a good size for two people maximum. I required a fridge, washing machine & wifi. All were available in the flat. There wasn't much wrong with the flat - only that it was hard to dry washed clothes (that's all)

Possibly a drains issue - I was in the basement and there was definitely an issue that meant the air was not fresh. Hopefully a short term issue the owner should be aware of.

- Nicholas (10/5): An amazing apartment in a great location. - This lovely, very clean and comfortable apartment is in a great neighbourhood close to the old town, the harbour and the beach. It is easy to get to from the Malaga Central Station, which runs direct to the airport. A fantastic place. Everything was excellent. We have no complaints or issues. This was our third stay in Malaga and the apartment was easily our favourite.

- MARIE_PIER (6/5): Location, location, location they say… - If you rent picacho bajo it is not a queen bed, but a double bed. You will have only one sheet in your bed, no blanket, nothing. The pictures gives the impression that you will have access to a patio/roof top. This seems accessible only if you rent app #2. When questionned, the host didn’t reply… If there are people outside speaking, you will hear everything from your room. Plus, you will hear the loud door banging at the entrance. (There is a sign that ask people to hold the door, but nobody cares..) It is not quiet. Very well located though… Like they say, location, location, location…

The stop of bus A from the airport is very close by and easy to take as it passes every 30min unfortunately there was some smell of mold; we couldnt leave the windows slightly open during the day because the apartment is on the groundfloor. curtains are a little bit short and tricky so if you open the windows when you are present there, people will see you from the streets.

Key sticks and difficult to remove.

- Thomas (9/5): Lovely week in Sunny Malaga - Clean and modern. Easy to check in. Good to have kitchen facilities. Ideal location for exploring the old town of Malaga. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The usual noise of Spanish city life in the evening, but I expect all properties will be similar in the area.

- Fiona (10/5): The apartment was a home from home - The location is 5 minutes from the centre of Malaga. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a 9 night stay. There were supermarkets close by, plus plenty of restaurants and bars. Top notch Nil

- Matea (7/5): Good - The apartment was nice, it had everything we needed. Host was very accommodating. Ground position is not really a good option. When the windows are opened, there is a lot of noise from the street and the people walking by are basically looking into your room. And with windows closed (the noise isolation is really good) we had to use AC over the night to get some air, and as it blows directly on one side of the bed, it's really easy to catch a cold :(
- Vi (8/5): Fantastic hidden gem of loft apartment in a busy location - The outside space was lovely, nice to have plants and outside furniture to escape from hustle and bustle of Malaga Centro. Lovely owners who ensured our safe arrival and departure with care. The air con was most welcome after hot walks around the old town. Well equiped apartment which if the opportunity arose i would book again without hesitation. Only a couple of minor things i would have improved, it would have been to have extra sheets available so didnt have to launder mid week. I am sure if i would have asked they would have been made available. Also would consider an outside handle on patio door to avoid accidentally being shut outside.

- mary ann (10/5): Great location for sightseeing in Malaga. - Great location for seeing sights. Could walk to everything we wanted to see, including the beach. Only problem we had was connecting to Netflix, but it was probably user error. Taxi service to the airport was 25 Euros, a bit high, but our taxi was waiting for us at 6 a.m. so I guess that's worth the convenience.
