• Laura (9/5): Excelente ubicación y amabilidad de Juan y Lucas - La ubicación es excelente , es súper céntrico , hay transporte cerca , lugares para comer , lugares para comprar comida , en las instalaciones hay muchas facilidades para poder cocinar , tienes espacios para guardar tus cosas y la casa cuenta con utensilios genéricos , la calidad humana de Juan y Lucas es increíble , siempre están pendientes de ti atendiendo a cada una de tus necesidades , nos dieron recomendaciones , fue excepcional su atención Las instalaciones a pesar de que han intentado modernizarlas tienen un poco de vejez , en cuanto a mantenimiento se puede mejorar , se escucha mucho ruido de las otras habitaciones y de la calefacción general , a pesar de que fueron muchos días no hay servicio de limpieza en la habitación durante ese tiempo.

• DALMA NEHUEN (10/5): - Ubicacion excelente. Las instalaciones son muy lindas para trabajo u ocio. La terraza nos encanto! muy bien cuidada. La limpieza un lujo todo el tiempo habia olor a limon y perfume. Lucas y juan estuvieron atentos en todo momento a lo que necesitarasmo. Muy predispuestos.

• Deirdre (6/5): - Spacious room and very quietat night. There were a number of different spaces to use. Owners very responsive via WhatsApp. Good security which was important as no one on-site and not best neighbourhood. Issues with bathroom re very noisy fan, they said they would fix but didn't ( I was there 18 days). Kitchen could do with a very good clean and have more utensils, plates etc. Think is ridiculous not to change towels more often ( happened only once in 18 days) and had to pay extra!

Es un lugar que fue un hotel pero ahora solo tiene habitaciones y una cocina que se comparte con todos los elementos necesarios. El colchón para mi gusto estuvo muy bien, es de resortes. Muy bien ubicado pero si vas en auto tenes que usar estacionamiento para dejar el auto porque no es simple conseguir. El baño y la habitación nuevos, amplios y cómodos. Si te gustan los lugares de época, el hall y sala de estar datan de 1906. Le falta un poco de limpieza al piso de la habitación, habia tierra. Pero el baño impecable. Las almohadas podrían mejorarse.

• Michal (7/5): - You get what you pay for- a comfortable bed, a small fridge and a nice bathroom we received an older looking apartment, and a smaller one that does not represent the pictures we saw in the listing The floor was creaking and made a lot of noise, the bed-side table was broken

• Bienvenido Jr (4/5): Honestly, it was a not a very comfortable stay. - The location is close to the many restaurants and shops and its walking distance. The building was very secured and they ensures the safety of the visitors as the door locks and codes are strictly private and personalize. The Apartment was not very clean. The washroom/toilet has a lot of molds and the toilet cover itself is broken, it’s really not a good impression for the renters or visitors. The Air conditioning was fix to 18 degrees and the temperature was uncomfortable and harsh cold for us since the blankets they provide us are not thicker enough we feel congested already. Also, some of our blankets was smells off i feel like it doesn’t wash or changed and the pillow sheets has visible stain as well. The Bath towels they provided was old and stained, it looks like they have blood stains or if not it looks really disgusting to use the laundry person probably did not do good job. I have hesitant to use the towels to be honest but we have no choice. For 6 days of stays they won’t give you another towels unless you requested them. On our second day, i ask the housekeeper name “Juanpi” to change and give us clean towels unfortunately, he seems he ignore it or he forgot. We only get new decent towels on our 5th day when i spoke to another housekeeper name “Lucas”. He was very attentive and respond quickly to our concerns, he is a good man i really appreciate him. Also, the kitchen was shared it was fine and spacious however, it will be so nice that they provide and purchase new Pans and couple more pots because the one they have was also disgusting to use it was old and rusty already. It is so important that they have new kitchen equipments for cooking because its food safety.

• Lucia (10/5): Descanso y Paseos en la ciudad donde la tranquilidad y la seguridad destacan notablemente. - Tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días hernernosos en la ciudad, excelente ubicación y Juampi súper atento en todo, lo súper recomiendo, las camas muy cómodas y el ambiente súper amable y tranquilo. Solo mi sugerencia es poder dar un toque más moderno en algunos espacios que podrían estar mejor aprovechados, pero lo demás 10 de 10.

Tampoco hubo recambio de toallas durante toda la estadía
• Damian (10/5): - Las habitaciones son muy hermosas, todas las instrucciones en perfectas condiciones. Tenés cocina compartida para cocinar y también un balcón compartido. La atención de Juan Pablo es excelente, siempre está muy atento para resolver todo.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Bom local - O Juan foi super solícito e atencioso. Deixa fazer check out sem horário pré definido, o que é muito bom. O local é perto das duas principais avenidas da cidade e é bem seguro deixar os pertences no quarto. Os únicos pontos negativos são: ter que pagar a mais para usar o ar condicionado, limpeza que deixou a desejar e interior dos quartos e banheiro, com pintura descascada/mofada e afins, além do banheiro ser muito pequeno e sem janela.
