• Wülfken (10/5): Un lieu pour se détendre - C'était notre deuxième séjour dans cet établissement. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était exceptionnel. On y trouve de nombreux plats chinois aux choix, des soupes à la demande, et aussi un petit déjeuner européen. L'hôtel donne sur un petit jardin, le personnel est très accueillants et parle anglais, l'hôtel se situe à 7 minutes à pied d'une station de métro qui donne accès à plusieurs lignes de métro. Une machine à laver et une sécheuse sont gratuitement mise à disposition. L'hôtel devrait proposer des chambres non-fumeur.

• Barbara (10/5): Un hôtel plein de charme où on prend soins de vous et où on mange très bien. - Notre séjour au SSAW Boutique Hotel Shmghai Yilin s’est très bien passé. L’accueil est excellent, le personnel est très sympathique, parle anglais et vous accompagne jusqu’à la chambre. Les chambres sont spacieux, le lit et les matelas parfaits, la salle de bains très bien entretenue. L’aménagement des espaces commun très réussi. Avec beaucoup goût. L’hôtel donne sur une petite cour arborée. Le buffet du petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Un très large choix. Il y a le choix entre petit déjeuner chinois ou occidental ou les deux. Avec un cuisinier qui prépare des soupes aux pâtes ou huntun à la demande. Le jour de notre départ l’hôtel a gardé nos affaires toute la journée et ils ont aussi conservé un sac pendant dix jour avec des affaires que nous allons récupérées à notre retour à Shanghai. Allez y les yeux fermés, vous allez adorer. Nous avons tout aimé !

• Nata484 (10/5): We loved it! <3 - First of all, t h e breakfasts. I wrote to SSAW before visit to mention we're vegetarians - as I know it may be difficult in China. The breakfasts were perfectly adjusted, giving a wide range of options and very delicious ones. Everyday was a better one because of them. Besides that; the hotel staff is kind and helpful, and they mostly speak basic English. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The cleaning service was ok, they've made a bed and fullfilled the bathroom's accessories. Everyday, there were bottles of water waiting in our room. We could use the lundary room for free. Location was good - close to the metro and convinient stores. I liked the traditional atmosphere and decorations in the hotel. It's small and private. Such a nice steppingstone from those huge ones in China. I recommend this hotel a lot! The lack of elevators can be troubling for some.

Convenient stores nearby also opens 24 hours. It is very easy to get food in the middle of the night. Clean and good location

I am very grateful for this. Next time, I would like to see more dishes for breakfast that are traditional for continental breakfast. And if Chinese dumplings are also available, it would be absolutely perfect.

• Yoko (10/5): Very comfortable and special hotel for us. - The room was spacious and comfortable and always kept clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep every night. The location was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were kind, tried to understand us even though we didn't speak the same language and were always happy to help. It was nice that they cleaned the room every day and changed the towels. The tea was delicious and the bottled water was replenished every day which was very helpful. The nearest metro station was very convenient for accessing tourist spots. It's not a special tourist spot so it was nice to experience the life of local people. I will choose this hotel again next time. Nothing in particular. There is no elevator, but the staff helped with luggage. I had to carry it myself on the way back, but it wasn't too difficult going down the stairs.

Special praise for Qin who went out of her way to help. Air conditioning did not work (was turned off I think) so had to open windows, which was very noisy!
