- DHS1818 (2/5): Extremely Frustrating Experience - No Transparency. Policies not Honored. DO NOT RECOMENDO THIS HOTEL AT ALL!! - Extremely disappointing experience. We made a reservation directly through the hotel’s official website, at no point did we use any third-party service like Expedia. However, when an issue came up, the hotel claimed that the reservation had been made through Expedia, which is simply not true. Even worse, when asked to provide proof of this claim, the hotel refused to share any documentation. Meanwhile, we provided clear evidence, including the hotel’s own policy, supporting our case, and it was completely ignored. We also made several attempts to escalate the issue and speak with management, but our concerns were consistently ignored, with no effort to properly address the situation. This raises serious concerns about how this hotel handles bookings and customer disputes. It feels like responsibility is being shifted onto the customer without transparency or accountability. Because of this, we were left dealing with unnecessary financial loss and a very frustrating experience. I strongly recommend that anyone booking here take screenshots and keep all documentation — although even that may not be enough, as our experience suggests that cancellation policies may not be honored, even when you are clearly within the allowed cancellation period. I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

- Marleen (8/5): Vriendelijk en aangenaam hotel met een warme service en comfortabel verblijf. - Ligging Het verblijf was over het algemeen oké, maar het bijzetbed voor de derde persoon was echt van slechte kwaliteit. Tijdens het slapen voelden de veren van de matras zeer pijnlijk aan, waardoor een comfortabele nachtrust onmogelijk was. Dit was erg teleurstellend en verdient zeker aandacht.

AC not working. Room was very hot and humid. Staff was not helpful with the room even tho i complained at check in very first day. Breakfast was very bad quality for the price.

La vue sur la rue était charmante et le personnel sympa et à l’écoute de nos besoins . J’ai trouvé le mobilier vétuste et en mauvaise état . La cuvette des toilettes était bien usé ainsi que le fond de la baignoire . Pour ma taille de 1m80 j’ai trouvé le lavabo un peu trop bas en hauteur ce qui n’est pas très pratique .

Il faut enjamber une baignoire, il n'y a pas de rideau de douche ni de paroi de douche. Difficile de ne pas tout inonder en prenant sa douche

Just needs a little touch up! - The location was incredible, a quick walk to the Champs Elysées with plenty of bakeries and convince stores within a short walk too. The staff were also so helpful and friendly throughout the stay always saying hello and goodbye as and when we came and left the hotel. That I can’t fault! There was some slight areas in the room that lacked a little TLC, dust on the towel heating rack that didn’t get cleaned during our stay, some areas of the carpet weren’t hoovered and the water in the room I’m assuming was a glass bottle refilled with tap water. A little spruce up and this would be a hotel I’d come back to over and over again!

Camere spaziose ma molto datate e lasciavano a desiderare nelle finiture, molto usurate. la mattina della partenza, nonostante fosse scritto (anche in ascensore) che la colazione era servita dalle 6.30 alle 10.30, ci hanno mandato via dicendo che la colazione era servita dalle 7.00!!!! avremmo dovuto immaginare che l'orario del week end fosse differente! ovviamente il tutto pagato per 5 persone! Inoltre all'interno delle stanze si avvertivano molto i rumori di scarichi o tubazioni dei bagni di altre stanze.

- Eryn (9/5): Great Family Paris Hotel - It was fantastic to have a family room in Paris to accommodate our family of 5. We enjoyed breakfast. On New Years Eve we walked right out onto the Champs Elysee in less than a minute to see the rear view of fireworks over the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower in the distance. Close for attending events at Palais de Congres. Kind and helpful staff. Bed needed a mattress topper, hallways dark.

- Ulrik (6/5): Hôtel bien placé mais vieillot. Prix néanmoins attractif. - Emplacement par rapport au palais des Congrès. Chambre vieillissante et un vis à vis dans la salle de bain avec l’immeuble d’en face. Un vitrage opaque aurait été de bon augure.
