• Victor (8/5): Un verdadero value for money. - El departamento es cómodo, amplio, con instalaciones modernas. Se nota que fue reciclado. La cama es muy cómoda. Esta cerca de la mezquita azul y el gran Bazar, se puede ir caminando. Lo peor es la calle del edificio, la vista desde ambas ventanas es horrible. En frente hay un edificio derruido, a punto de caer, junto a un baldío lleno de escombros. La vista de la otra ventana es un techo vecino lleno de basura. Lo extraño es que 3 cuadras hacia arriba o hacia abajo cambia completamente con restaurantes y calles más limpias. No es culpa del arrendador pero desmerece el lugar.
• patricia (10/5): - La amabilidad del propietario, disponible en todo momento. El apartamento está muy bien equipado a nivel cocina y toallas. No tiene microondas pero tiene dos placas eléctricas y un horno. Es amplio y cómodo. A 10 minutos caminando de la plaza de Sultahamed por lo que está muy bien situado. A 5 minutos de zona de restaurantes. El barrio es de gente trabajadora y pequeños negocios. Wifi funciona perfectamente. A pesar de estar totalmente reformado, los edificios de delante están totalmente derrumbados y con escombros, por lo que la calle puede crear incertidumbre si se llega de noche. El edificio no tiene ascensor, por lo que si se va un poco cargado, subir hasta un cuarto piso andando o si tienes movilidad reducida.

Yussuf host attento e pronto a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti: ci ha organizzato il transfer da e per l'aeroporto in maniera impeccabile! Internet scarso per non dire assente in certi momenti del giorno. Stanza al 4to piano senza ascensore.

Fue un detalle por parte del propietario dejar unas botellitas de agua mineral para el primer día. Faltaba algo de menaje, los cubiertos, tazas... Eran un poco escasos.

Both beds were comfortable, shower was excellent (strong pressure). It was clean and the arrival / check in was so seamless and easy. Very communicative hosts. Would definitely stay again and can’t wait to come back to Istanbul. It was all excellent

Il proprietario è stato estremamente disponibile e professionale fin dal primo momento, sempre gentile e pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi esigenza. L’appartamento è molto curato, moderno e sembra appena ristrutturato. Tutti gli ambienti erano perfettamente puliti, accoglienti e con spazi davvero comodi, ideali anche per un soggiorno in famiglia. La posizione è eccellente: si trova nel cuore della parte storica di Istanbul, a pochissima distanza dalle principali attrazioni come Sultanahmet, il Gran Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, la Moschea Blu e la Basilica Cisterna. Abbiamo potuto visitare quasi tutto comodamente a piedi. Consigliatissimo sia per la qualità dell’alloggio che per l’ospitalità del proprietario. Nulla.

Carrying three large suitcases up to the 3rd floor by stairs wasn’t easy, especially with an infant and a child. I would recommend the owner consider allocating ground or first floor apartment to families.

The apartment was very clean and comfy and Yusuf was allways very helpful. Thank you very much! Although it is the district with all the important tourist attractions, Sultanahmet is in disrepair.

• JanTambour (10/5): Супер - Удобные апартаменты, недалеко от основных достопримечательностей Стамбула. Кровать, ванна, кухня, Wi-Fi - все великолепно! Рядом с апартаментами много кафе с очень вкусной и недорогой турецкой едой, рестораны в 10 минутах ходьбы, рекомендуем Hurrem Sultan Lounge - очень вкусная рыба. Jusuf отличный хозяин, предоставил на трансфер из/в аэропорт - огромное ему спасибо. Как и писали другие - вида из окна нет, но это не важно, когда много гуляешь по Стамбулу вечером хочется только отдохнуть на удобной кровати, а утром вкусный завтрак в кафе.
• Oleg (10/5): Очень понравились апартаменты! - Начитавшись положительных отзывов решил взять данные апартаменты на 5 ночей. По приезду был слегка "удивлён" районом. Напротив входа в отель - разрушенный дом. Однако номер великолепный! Есть всё: плитка и посуда для готовки, микроволновка, чайник, утюг, фен, 2 кондиционера и центральное отопление. Очень нестабильно работал Wi-Fi в номере. Это был единственный минус. Ну и еще в душе было прохладно)

La posizione è fantastica, vicinissima alla Moschea Blu, in una zona piena di locali tipici e con i mezzi pubblici facilmente raggiungibili. L’appartamento era super pulito e molto accogliente. Il riscaldamento funziona benissimo, quindi è perfetto anche per un soggiorno in inverno. Davvero tutto perfetto. Se dovessi tornare a Istanbul, sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questo appartamento!

• Aleksei (9/5): Оптимальный выбор - Хорошее местоположение. Большая площадь жилья для данного района. Хороший ремонт и всё функционирует. Лёгкое заселение и отличная коммуникация. 2 кондиционера, Центральное отопление. Наличие функциональной кухни. Чисто От -2 до 2 градусов на улице, Центральное отопление не прибавляется, было прохладно. Но 2 кондиционера быстро нагревают помещение, но и кожа сразу сохнет. Отсутствие стиральной машины в номере или на весь дом, крайне неудобно для длительного пребывания (но это и не заявлено в описании апартаментов)

View is pretty bad, across the street you see a debris filled empty lot and a tear down building. But you can draw the sheer curtain and just enjoy the natural light.

Апартаменты находятся в очень хорошей части города: до Голубой мечети и Гранд Базара всего 5–7 минут пешком, рядом большое количество магазинов и кафе. Несмотря на то, что вблизи есть обувная фабрика, как писали ранее, она абсолютно не мешает проживанию — в апартаментах тихо и спокойно. Жилье отлично подходит для семьи. Кровать удобная, мягкий матрас, высыпались прекрасно, ребёнок тоже спал комфортно. Отдельно хочу отметить хозяина — очень добрый, отзывчивый и внимательный человек. Всегда быстро отвечает, помогает с любыми вопросами, подскажет, где лучше поесть, что посмотреть, и искренне заботится, чтобы гостям было комфортно. Чувствуется, что он делает всё от души. Рекомендуем эти апартаменты и с удовольствием вернёмся снова! Минусов нет!

The A/C was in a pristine condition and there were no weird noises from the fridge. A spare blanket for a person staying on a couch (when not spouses or other people sleeping in doublebed together), or when 3 people would be great.
• DAVID (10/5): Excelente alojamiento - Excelente ubicación, con buena comunicación con transportes públicos y muy cerca de algunas de las bellezas emblemáticas de la ciudad. Además está en una calle muy tranquila y al lado de muchos locales de comida y supermercados para hacer la compra y poder cocinar en el apartamento, gracias a las buenas instalaciones y menaje de la cocina. Ell apartamento es muy cómodo y confortable, buena calefacción en los días fríos de Enero que es cuando estuvimos. Muy limpio y bien acondicionado. Yusuf un gran anfitrión siempre atento a cualquier consulta o demanda. Sin duda lo recomendaré a mis familiares y amigos. Y si volviera a Estambul no dudaría en volver a alojarme allí. Nada

Everything was perfect there: crystal clean, working appliances, working sinks, fast Wi-Fi, working heating units + 2 air conditioners (which was important in December). A special big thanks for a TV device, which allowed to watch Youtube.

• Sarasventhar (9/5): - L'emplacement est parfait il se trouve en plein centre-ville. À moins de 15 minutes à pied, il y a plusieurs dizaines de restaurants, le bazaar, Sainte-Sophie, la Mosquée bleue etc. L'appartement était spacieux et assez grande pour accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. C'était très propre et les lits et duvets étaient confortables. Les personnels étaient très gentils et le check-in/out s'est bien passé. Le seul bémol: L'accès à l'appartement est sans ascenseur et notre appartment (avec balcon) se trouve au 4ème étage. Les escaliers sont encambrants. (deconseillé au famille avec enfants de bas-âge, poussette, personnes agées, à mobilité réduite) ou venir avec des gros bagages. Rajouter des produits de douches (gel douche et shampooing) serait un grand plus.

Great location close to everything Self service laundry 3 minute walk away was very convenient The 3 flights of stairs but understand in the old town lifts are few and far between and would be difficult to install. Challenging with large luggage which can’t be avoided on a long trip. Fitted sheets would have made for a more comfortable sleep.

Host was very accommodating and relatively easy to converse with. Fitted sheet would make the bed far more comfortable as sheet moves during sleeping. Doona/Quilt is a little small for the bed size. The 3 flights of narrow stairs, but understand that this is outside the owners control. :)

Мы останавливались в двух квартирах, обе были идеально чистыми и оборудованны всеми необходимыми мелочами. Расположение очень удобное для пеших прогулок по достопримечательностям. Если еще раз приедем, то обязательно сюда вернемся! Такого не было.

• Anna (10/5): Istanbul città nella città - Appartamento splendido pulito , Yusuf il proprietario persona splendida e disponibile ci ha fornito informazioni utili e ci ha indicato un ristorante di un suo amico qualità top a prezzi molto bassi , Sare House vicina a piccoli supermercati e vicina alla Street Food e alla piazza impronunciabile (fermata tram Gran Bazar ) molto vicina, a circa 20 minuti a piedi oppure a 3 fermate di tram si trova piazza Sultanamed dove c'è santa Sofia la moschea blu palazzo Topkapi e basilica cisterna .... Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto J
• madjid (9/5): - Spacieux et propre, belle salle de bain bien agencé Dommage que une clim ne fonctionnait pas et la télé aussi , la plaque de cuisson n'est pas approprié, beaucoup trop long pour cuisiner,il faudrait une plaque de cuisson au gaz
• Dmitry (10/5): - Удобное расположение - между 2-ми большими оживленными улицами, близко магазины и кафе. Апартаменты стильные, есть все необходимое для жизни. В холодильнике холодная вода, на столе - чай, кофе, сахар. Есть плитка, печка, мощный холодильник и кондиционеры. Все функционально. Для гостей - тапочки, мыло, фен. Удобное время выезда. Очень понравилось. Спасибо за гостеприимство.
• Aleksandr (9/5): - Нам очень понравились апартаменты! Несмотря на то, что вначале может показаться, что район, не очень, но это только первое впечатление. На самом деле логистика очень удобная. До остановки трамвая 10 минут пешком, до метро подальше - около 20 мин, но мы им пользовались только один раз - когда приехали. До Голубой Мечети, Гранд базара и других достопримечательностей можно достаточно легко дойти пешком. Мы дошли с 2мя детьми и никто даже не успел поныть. Апартаменты очень удобные и суперчистые! Спать ночью было тихо, т.к. звукоизоляция достаточно хорошая. 2 кондиционера помагали охладить помещение перед сном. Юсуф очень вежливый и гостепреимный. Его сестра разговаривает на русском и все рассказала нам. Рядом с апартаментами очень много мест где продается еда и маленькие продовольственные магазинчики - почти везде можно рассчитаться картой. Мы были очень удивлены, что цены в маленьких магазинчиках могут быть даже ниже, чем в больших. В общем нам очень понравилось и мы с удовольствием поселемся здесь еще, когда будем в Стамбуле. Чайник был новый и вода достаточно сильно пахла пластмассой. Поэтому мы кипятили воду на плите.

• Dmitry (10/5): - В апартаментах уютно, чисто, 2 кондиционера, кухонный уголок со всем необходимым. Хорошая локация - в пяти минутах ходьбы от транспортного узла, через дом небольшой магазин, за углом - овощной. Недалеко 2 крупных сетевых магазина.
• Victoria (9/5): - Alojamiento completo con utensilios de cocina, toallas ... Cuenta con aire acondicionado, lo que se agradece, y balcón, que no utilizamos porque daba a la calle donde había algunos edificios en ruina, gatos, gente transportando mercancía ... A 15 min andando de calles principales, gran bazar ... La calle en la que está ubicado el alojamiento no tenía el mejor aspecto. Era segura, no tuvimos ningún problema, pero es cierto que era oscura, muchos gatos, edificios en ruina a medio construir ... No apetecía pasear por ahí de noche.

• Viktoria (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment itself is like on the pictures, we were sent a door code and the key waitied for us inside making check in and check out very easy. I loved how clean everything was. We didn't physically meet our host, but he was available even in the late evening on WhatsApp and checked in several times if everything was in order. Location close to everything as it's a short walk from the tramline. The view from the windows is quite depressing, but I didn't mind that. The area gives the impression of not being safe at night because of how the streets look and the lack of people, but we didn't meet anyone who caused problems. Next door there's some birds that chirp loud from the morning to the evening, and while that was something I absolutely loved maybe it's not for everyone. It's not near the bedroom though so in the bedroom the sound is faint.

• Ivanina (9/5): Great value-price rate - The check-in time was flexible which was great, because we had a delay with the flight; also the host was flexible; it's on walk-in distance of the historic sights
• Stephen (8/5): Very good - Roomy and comfortable apartment in excellent location. Walking distance to all the attractions and shopping. Not appealing from the street but. Don't let that put you off as great inside.
