• leka (10/5): - La struttura molto accogliente e bella, zona molto vicina alla stazione centrale e perfetta per gli spostamenti, il signor Alessandro è stato fantastico perché siamo riusciti a cambiare le date della prenotazione e aggiungere una camera in più senza nessun problema e ci è sempre venuto incontro ad ogni esigenza. Molto utili pure le sue indicazioni per vedere più posti e cercare di fare il più possibile in quei pochi giorni mangiando anche molto bene. Ci ha risolto pure un piccolo problema della tv in tempi lampo ed è stata molto apprezzata come cosa. Un ringraziamento speciale anche a titty per il servizio di pulizia e per averci lasciato dormire un po’ di più 😁

Il B&B è in una posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti dalla stazione centrale e dal cuore di Napoli. La stanza è pulitissima, confortevole e curata con amore. Alessandro è stato eccezionale — ci ha accolti con un sorriso e ci ha permesso di fare il check-in anticipato alle 11:20. Tutto perfetto, ci torneremo sicuramente! Consigliatissimo! • Martina (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto! - Soggiorno eccellente! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ho alloggiato al B&B Voglia di Napoli in via Arenaccia 26 e non posso che lasciare una recensione ottima. Alessandro, il ragazzo che ci ha accolto, è stato di una disponibilità e gentilezza incredibili: ci ha consigliato cosa visitare, dove mangiare e per tutta la durata del soggiorno è rimasto sempre presente e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. La mattina abbiamo incontrato anche Titti, sempre sorridente e pronta ad aiutarci se ci fosse servito qualcosa: un valore aggiunto! La stanza era pulitissima e dotata di tutto ciò che serve. La macchinetta del caffè all’ingresso è stata fondamentale e super apprezzata! La posizione è strategica: vicinissima alla stazione Garibaldi, a tabacchini, farmacie e negozietti utili in caso di necessità. Quando torneremo sarà la nostra prima scelta!.

Ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su dove mangiare e cosa visitare.La Posizione è ottima, vicinissimo a tutto.La camera accogliente e pulita ed Il letto era super comodo ci siamo sentiti a casa". La struttura è a pochi metri dalla stazione facile da arrivarci a piedi... Stanze pulitissime,🤣io ho fatto la prova del dito..e vi giuro ..non ho trovato un granello di polve(grazie a titty la sorella di alessandro)anche lei eccellente nel suo lavoro e molto alla mano e simpatica. Nella struttura avete tutto ...dalla macchinetta del caffè con cialde a volontà..all asciuga capelli con becco e diffusore..non cosa da tutti! • Reece (10/5): A great stay for one-night before catching a flight - A great stay for one night in a good location near the bus station so we could easily catch a flight the next morning. The room was clean, modern and had everything you needed. The host was extremely responsive and helpful and provided us with a free upgrade, which we really appreciated! Thank you for a great stay.

• Josefina (9/5): Would stay here again :) - Everything was super clean and detail oriented. Nella was so welcoming and nice with us, such a lovely person. The only issue was we didn’t have any hot water. We were told this was because there was no gas in the area, so it was unfortunate.. luckily we stayed only one night so it wasn’t that big of a problem.

Great set up and I would definitely return. No elevator which is okay because it was not advertised but accommodation is on 3rd floor with lots of stairs. • Adriana (7/5): Conveniently located but difficult to access - Great A/C! Very clean, and Nella is very kind. She gave us a good luck charm when we arrived. It’s located within 10 min walk from the train station, metro, and bus stations, which is very convenient! This is a B&B but breakfast wasn’t included in our room… neither was coffee! To get to the place, you need to climb 3 floors of stairs. The room is very small. The bed was super uncomfortable. I had a sore neck and headache the whole stay.

• Istvan (8/5): Good choice for 2-3 days city tour in Napoli! - Close to Main railway station and to the Airport shuttle bus station. This is a walk ca 8-10 Miutes only! The room was silent, which is rare in Napoli I think! The host was very flexible therfore arrival time freame and getting keys wasn't problem at all. We don't needed to lose time due waiting.

There was everything you needed, and it was also clean. the location is very convenient, near the train station, many cafes and shops. I also want to thank Alex separately for his hospitality. He met us, showed us everything and explained everything and was always in touch. It's rare to meet such a good host. -

Too lumpy I had to go to the doctor for pain relief for my back it was that bad. VERY noisy with people coming and going, found it hard to sleep. Photos on website showed an apartment including kitchen area ...there was no kitchen area
• Vasiliki (9/5): Superb - The room was spacious and clean. Everyday a lady came to clean the rooms. The host was very helpful and answered very quickly when we needed him. He even helped us with a problem we had with our suitcase. The neighborhood was okay, 20 minutes from centro storico and near the garibaldi station. The accommodation can store your luggage if your flight is later than the ckeck out. The hinge of the shutter was broken but the host immediately offered to call someone to fix it.

The bad: Check-in formally finishes at 10pm (there is no reception desk or anything) and since our flight landed at 10:30pm and we had to get into the centre of Naples (15-20 minute drive), we had to request later check-in. The owner replied to our message saying this was okay and that he would "give us a present" and not make us pay the £20 fee for check-in after 10pm - as if the £20 fee was even acceptable in the first place! Not to mention this was not clear AT ALL when we reserved the room. Had we known about the fee for late check-in we would have booked elsewhere. BUT IT GETS WORSE. Our flight was slightly late and we couldn't leave the airport until 11pm despite all of our rushing. We messaged the owner to let them know we would be a little late and he said that he would wait until midnight, but if we weren't there by then, then the booking would be cancelled. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Not at all any fault of our own that our flight was delayed of course, and again no early mention that our booking would just be cancelled if we were just a bit late! Oh yes, and the 'hotel' is basically a few rooms on the floor of a very rough apartment block. In a rough area. With no formal entrance we only found the place because the owner's nephew had his eyes out for us when we eventually arrived. He could see us looking very lost and came up to us, using our names from the reservation. Had he not seen us, I honestly have no idea where we would have stayed that night... Once actually led inside and up to the room, it was fine. A passable night, the room was nice enough, but having been extremely put off by the experience so far I was glad to be out of there as soon as possible.

The location is great and people who say it is shady are obviously used to some fancy hotels and luxurious stays. The AirCon was great, the place was clean and the balcony was great. The host provided us with a map of the city and recommended some sights to visit. It was a good experience. Unfortunately the oven was not working but that did not cause us much trouble. The pans and pots are made of thin metal and were already a bit bent but still usable. There was only plastic cutlery.

• Everton1864 (10/5): Excellent central located hotel - Great B&B in a residential complex. We had a galley kitchen and balcony over looking the main road. Lovely clean establishment, with owner who spoke excellent English. Secure location, requiring unlocking 3 main doors: 1 to the complex, 1 to the building and 1 to the flat. You will need to climb stairs as there are 9 flights over all, but that is compensated by the size of the accommodation and security it gives you being in a residential complex, remember you will be living like a normal Italian does. King size bed, with firm mattress and Rainfall shower. Down the road (7mins) is the main railway station and the bus stop for the Alibus (bus from and to Naples airport). The train station took us direct to Pompeii and Serrento on the Amalfi coast for day trips.
