- Joanne (10/5): Excellent stay great location - Pool is small but lovely, go early as beds are limited due to size of area, and sun starts to disappear after midday-2pm. Staff are so very friendly and helpful, can’t do enough for you, rooms are a good size and beds comfy. Hotel has lobby both road side and parking side so ideal for drop off and pick up. Location is good for tram and metro.

Nice pool but small so not always space available .Great access to metro which is easy to use. JamJars restaurant in hotel good for food and drinks. - Mariam (2/5): - Worst stay ever in Dubai!!!! Don’t come here. The room: Fridge leakage of water all night and I called the engineer twice to fix it, it was “fixed” and I woke up to wet floors and all my stuff was ruined. I ordered breakfast, no tray or table and my dishes was delivered by hand, hygiene issue. I asked for the cleaning to clean the wet floors, they said they were busy with other guests and I mopped the floors by myself with towels. They took my cutlery from my room and asked for 15AED charge to bring it back. They kept calling my room all the time for offers in the spa etc. I asked for a late check out, offered to pay extra charges while I check out, the front desk DEMANDED i pay now or empty the room and raised her voice while I’m explaining that im tired and I will pass by the reception upon checking out. They ruined my weekend and they’re expensive 0 customer service 0 attitude.

Very clean room with amazing views from the balcony, nice professional staff ready to answer any questions and actually help when needed - from transportation to the scheduling great tours all over the country! Nice cool pool on the second floor with gym, spa and massages. Hotel itself just great. But there are a few things to consider that might be a bit of a turn-off. 1. There's no refrigerator in the room. Something that's only designed to chill a couple of cans of juice isn't really a refrigerator. Even two bottles of beer wouldn't fit in the microfridge there. 2. There's not even a folding drying rack for clothes after the beach. 3. Slippers are not provided unless you specifically request them every time after room cleaning. 4. There's no microwave in the room, so if you like to snack late at night or have a late dinner, you're out of luck.

The friendly, professional staff is ready to help with virtually any question or request, from arranging transportation to excursions throughout the country. Clean rooms with stunning views from the balcony. But there are a few things to consider that might be a bit of a turn-off. 1. There's no refrigerator in the room. Something that's only designed to chill a couple of cans of juice isn't really a refrigerator. Even two bottles of beer wouldn't fit in the microfridge there. 2. You'll have to ask for slippers when you check into your room and after each cleaning. If you don't ask, they won't be brought. 3. Don't expect to find a drying rack for your clothes after a trip to the beach or pool. There simply isn't one, even a foldable one. 4. The room had a "fridge" that was, at best, good for chilling a couple of small bottles of beer. I wouldn't even call what I had in my room a micro-fridge; at best, it was a drinks cooler. 5. There was no microwave in the room. So if you like something warm to eat at night or just want to warm up something for dinner, you're out of luck. There's nowhere to warm it up.

- Stephen Charles (10/5): - The hotel is really situated for the Marina and the beach. Bluewater island is very close, and the metro station is a two minute walk offering transportation links all over Dubai. The only downside, and it really is a minor thing is the bed in our room was really hard, but get past that and the Millennium Place is the perfect choice. Would 100% recommend the hotel to anyone planning a visit to Dubai.

- Michelle (10/5): Lovely hotel - The room was immaculate, we were offered an upgrade to a suite which was wonderful, however we had been led to believe that both parties were offered the upgrade for a small fee. This was not the case and left me feeling bad as we had traveled to Dubai City to enjoy our friends 25th Wedding Anniversary. They should have been the ones offered the room, it was slightly misleading.

- Quynh (10/5): - I had a great time staying at Millennium Place Marina Hotel, and it truly felt like home. The location is excellent because it is short walking distance to the Marina, the beach, and the Marina mall. There is a grocery store right next door where you can find fresh fruits and many of your daily essentials. The hotel’s dining options are impressive. Their main restaurant JarJam serves delicious food. The breakfast they have has a wide variety of choices (I highly recommend you add that to your booking). They also offer happy hour from 1 PM to 8 PM with tasty appetizers and drinks at discounted price. In addition, the Japanese restaurant on-site is definitely worth a visit. The rooms are very clean, cozy, and comfortable. While some rooms may differ slightly, overall they provide a relaxing and welcoming stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. The front desk and team go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for. I want to shoutout to Nina, Kat, Marj, Anas, and three other gentlemen whose names I unfortunately forgot. They were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuine. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel more like a friend than just a guest. They don't have the waterfront beach but you can go to Solana beach (the Palm - about 15 minutes. They have a charter bus that leaves at 10AM and 2:30PM - they two pick up time at the beach too 2:30PM & 5PM. It cost 75 just to be on the beach & swim or 150 Durham. You get this credit back

- Lailat (6/5): - Clean room but my shower water pressure was very low, i didn’t really enjoy my showers. The AC wasn’t that strong. And the room felt stuffy. Breakfast options were not enjoyable at all there wasn’t even basic sausage hash brown and beans on the same day. However the location of the hotel is amazing close to transportation and the marina mall and JBR beach.

The staff were also very helpful, very attentive, and very hospitable. Also, the Dubai metro is a 5 minute walk, the Dubai tram is 2 minutes which you can transfer to Palm Jumeirah monorail, and JBR is 10 minutes away. There are shops and restaurants located all around the Dubai Marina near Millennium Place. I highly recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a convenient, clean, and beautiful place to stay. This was definitely one of my favorite locations to stay.

The staff were super friendly and always catered to our needs. We stayed here for over 23 days and befriended a lot of the staff and they were all amazing. When i come back to dubai i will definitely be staying here again, thanks to all of the staff, love this hotel, and thanks for the free room upgrade

- Sukhbir (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very happy with the overall experience. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Everything made my visit enjoyable and stress-free. The only area I feel could be improved a dedicated travel information desk. It would be very helpful for guests to get guidance on local attractions, transportation, and tours directly at the hotel. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Special shout out to Katrina as she ensured that I have such a great stay for my birthday! She’s so kind and helpful. Definitely visiting again.
- Paul Stephen (10/5): - First time in this hotel and opted for a suite rather than a traditional room. The suite did not disapoint with lots of space and comfortable furnishings. Breakfast was good and we got on room dining a few mornings which was good. Although is cheaper to eat out. Pool is ok although rather small for the size of the hotel and is a bit annoying having to take a lift to tje 2nd flpor and a second lift to the pool area but this is a minor issue. Staff are very attentive and the hotel is kept clean. Great for transport links around Dubai and within walking distance of the marina if you can hanfle the heat. I would stay again.

- Bradley (10/5): - This hotel is a fantastic place to stay at while visiting Dubai. Where it is positioned in the Marina precinct area is extremely convenient for accessing the Marina Mall for shopping & dining, the Metro Train & Tram public transport to go anywhere in Dubai and a short walk to the public beach. The hotel is well appointed, meticulously maintained and its own private outdoor pool area is a great place to deal with the Dubai heat. The entire staff are 2nd to none and could not of done anything more for us during our 6 night stay. My wife has to maintain a strict glutenfree diet for health reasons. Eric and his staff at the breakfast buffet were well educated in glutenfree and took great pleasure in hand delivering a glutenfree croissant & bread every morning to her. This made her feel very special. We just wished this level of thought and service continued through into the Jam Jars evening menu. Two options of glutenfree on a large menu is very poor at an upscale venue as the Millennium is. Please put some more thought in here. Also, you cannot refuse to give someone a glass of tap water with their evening meal if that is all they want. Then wanting to charging 30 aed for a bottle of water is deplorable. Apart from this our stay at the Millennium was brilliant and we would highly recomend for anyone to stay here. Cheers 👍 😁

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was welcomed with a smile and refreshing hospitality. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly designed with modern touches and all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep each night. I also appreciated the stunning views from my window, especially at night with the city lights.

I would recommend that they offer some snacks for hospitality to there guests when they first arrive. Also i would recommend the fact taht if you include breakfast to your package if you are not able to go eat it when you call they should deliver you that breakfast even if you have to pay small amout for the deliver instead of making us pay the breakfast we order in our room. O etall, I like the hotel so much everything was good. It's a good hotel.

- Avon (2/5): - Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here based on the following serious concerns. First, the cleanliness was unacceptable there was black mould in the shower, yellow water from the bathroom faucet, and very dirty counters. We were also only given a limited number of towels, which made our stay even more inconvenient. Worse still, our room door would not lock, and a piece of the keycard scanner was missing. We reported this immediately to the front desk, but instead of treating it with urgency, staff insisted the door was fine and delayed addressing the issue. It took nearly two hours for them to give us a new room which only happened after we refused to accept their excuses. This was a major safety concern that was handled extremely poorly. On top of that, the hotel has inconvenient and unreasonable policies: They charge 15 AED for a bucket of ice, even in emergencies. There are no microwaves in the rooms, and guests are not allowed to use any microwave anywhere in the hotel. The staff were generally unhelpful and dismissive of concerns. This stay left us feeling unsafe, uncomfortable, and deeply frustrated. Unless major improvements are made to cleanliness, customer service, and basic amenities, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
- Imogen (6/5): Not great, stay elsewhere - Before arriving at the hotel, we emailed them to ask if the Executive Place Room has Club access. The agent said it did and I had this in writing. Upon arrival at the hotel, they said this was not the case and said that I was reading the email wrong! They were completely uninterested about the false advertisement and would not honour this. When we ran the bath, the water was filthy so we couldn’t use the bath. The chairs on the balcony were so uncomfortable and old which was really disappointing. The cafe downstairs wouldn’t let us drink a small glass of water from the hotel reception after purchasing food and drink from them which just seemed very petty. If you have another hotel in mind for your stay, go there. We’ve always stayed at the marina and won’t return here. It’s on the very outskirts of the marina so you’d be better staying somewhere further into the marina. Real shame staying here considering how much more we paid to stay here than our first choice! We only stayed here after being told we get club access to find out the hard way that we don’t.
- Alejandro (10/5): - The Millennium Place Marina Hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, many shops and restaurants. The hotel has on premises 2 restaurants with bars. One advise would be to keep the pool open later into the evening. Currently the pool closes too early not giving guest an opportunity for guest to swim after the hot Arabian sun has set. Also it would be nice if food or drinks can be available to purchase in the pool area.

The service was amazing, and the rooms were just as pictured very clean and comfortable. The location is super convenient, close to the Marina, which made getting around easy. This hotel really made my first time in Dubai memorable, and I’d definitely stay here again. I even celebrated my birthday during my stay, and they surprised me with a cute towel art display and a birthday card that I still have it was such a thoughtful gesture that I’ll always remember. Highly recommend!
