- Karla (4/5): Horrible Service - First, I was not given this location and was placed in a different apartment because they said it was under renovation. Second, they took over 2 hours to meet me to check me in and give me access to the apartment they gave me. Third, the person checking me in did not explain how the washer, stove, or heating system worked. She gave me the keys and left. They provided less than half a roll of toilet paper for 4 nights' reservation! Finally and VERY important - they refused to register my visit! They refused. Be careful!
