Ficamos no quarto 4, como tem uma salinha entre os quartos, fica barulho da maquina de cafe de manhã e de pessoas conversando.

- Marion (9/5): Logement spacieux, confortable et bien placé ! - L’emplacement de l’hébergement : à 2 pas de la Place D’Espagne ; sur une rue au calme donc pas de bruit Même s’il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel avec réception, les instructions sont très claires La chambre (avec lit rond) était très spacieuse, propre et fonctionnelle. La douche avec le plafonnier et pommeau fonctionnant ensemble est sympathique ! Comme déjà relevé, oui les murs sont très fins et on entend vraiment le voisinage (toutefois très silencieux pendant notre venue !) Prévoir des boules quies !

- LCB (9/5): Relaxing mini break in Rome - Large comfortable spacious Queen Suite (no.4) Very clean. Despite busy location, there was virtually no noise at all. Unlimited free hot drinks from the machine in reception was very much appreciated. Claudia was very helpful with suggestions of places to see/go to. She also booked the shuttle for our return journey to the airport which was appreciated. Occasionally there was an unpleasant aroma from the drains in the bathroom. We were also given a discount card for a local cafe (one xtra cafe) for breakfast but the waiter gave no discount inspite of the card being shown, and in fact the Cappuccinos were the most expensive we had throughout our stay in Rome (€5.50 Euros)

Hot and cold shower is working perfectly. Wifi is fast. The bed is just right, not hard and not too soft. The room is quiet. Location. It was a hiking type of stay. Not advisable for diy with big bags. The shower has a leakage.

- Maisey (10/5): This unexpected find is in a superior area of Rome, convenient to Borghesi Museum and sites. - There is complimentary espresso or hot chocolate for guests, but no food facilities are available on the property. However, a local restaurant offers a discount to guests, and at least eight nearby restaurants are within a 5-minute walk for other meals. The room was like being in my own small apartment: comfy double bed, window accessibility, very clean bathroom with rain shower and also shower hose, small desk with teapot/tea and sugar, glasses, still room to work; small safe in the room and hangers/area to hang clothes, small fridge as well. The complimentary Happy New Year Prosecco was such a beautiful and appreciated gift on New Year's Eve. The neighbors in the adjacent rooms were loud late at night and early in the morning; I heard them clearly, and put on earphones. I have severe insomnia, so it really was not an issue since I was awake, but if I were a light sleeper, it could have been an issue. The plumbing is a little bit loud, so when I had to shower and leave early on my last day, I worried about bothering guests who had come in late from celebrating. It was also clear when neighbors were showering.

- Alessandro (8/5): Ci ritorno - Il letto era vecchio, la testata rovinata molto brutta, il materasso da una lato sfondato come ci avesse dormito un elefante. Camera molto buia per trucco. Per il resto tutto molto bene per il prezzo.

- Sabrina (8/5): Stanza da letto e bagno molto spaziosi e luminosi. La vista su San Pietro e la vicinanza a Piazza di Spagna sono un plus - La stanza da letto ed il bagno sono molto più ampi rispetto a quello che ci aspettavamo dalle foto. Il bagno dotato di due lavandini è comodo e funzionale, mentre la doccia è molto spaziosa. La vista su San Pietro e la vicinanza a Piazza di Spagna sono un plus che poche strutture possono offrire!

Bebeğimizle konaklarken isteklerimizi nezaketle yerine getirdiler. Yatak konforluydu. Oda genişti. Bu paraya tutacağınız otellerde odalar çok daha dar olacaktır. Sadece banyoda ısıtma sistemi suyu açtığınızda ses çıkarıyor ancak bu rahatsız edici değil ve sürekli olmayan bir ses. Sadece duş alırken ve su kullanırken oluyor. Ayrıca bina girişindeki merdivenler ve dar eski asansör özellikle bebekli ailelerde zorluk yaratabilir.

We loved our stay at Lombardia 40 Luxury Suites!!! - The location was very conveniently locted near the Subway which we used extensively during our stay. There were several good restaurants near by, as well as other activities in the area. We didn't really feel comfortable leaving our luggage in a common area to come back for later. Other than that everything was perfect.
